Its not good that you do not have a customer service phone number where you can speak with a live person. I had questions about my order. They were supposed to be a 12 piece steamer for the floor with attachments and they said that there was only a 10 piece so I was trying to find out about that and also I didnt know the name of this company was the perfect dog which has nothing to do with what I ordered.

collar hurts the dog.dont use it inflicts pain by squeezing the dogs neck with pinching jaws it is torture

I have had this system for 6 or 7 months. I used it at lease 2 = 4 times a day. My purpose was to get my 6-month-old Yorkie to come when called. When I call her to come. She just looks back and keeps ongoing. The closer I get the faster she runs. For instance last night. I took her out to my fenced yard. When it was time for her to come in she was still sniffing and just looked up and kept sniffing. I could not catch her. She is extremely fast. All I want out of this system is for her to come when called. She has managed to chew up the collar. It is frayed and has chewed the blue part. I need help.

Horrible ordering method
This is the most disgusting order method Ive ever seen. I had questions before ordering but no way to talk to an actual person. I have no idea how much I paid... was never given a total. The offers at the end of the call makes me think this is a scam. Right now Im contemplating canceling this order altogether. irritating! I hope the return policy isnt so ridiculous.
