Bad customer care
My money has been deducted and payment has been made but neither the order has been received nor the money has been returned.

It's very bad. Delivery was too late
I ordered 2 medium pizza. Order no is 265. Delivery , reach by 8:54pm but it was delivered at 10:00pm. My guests waited alot but due to such a big delay in the order, they went without having pizza. For the first time i ordered and as a customer, I am disappointed. I want my money back

Delivered order in an hour
Ordered a pizza with "30 minutes guarantee" and got it delivered in an hour and now they are not ready to refund this order.

Pizza delivery time
Good evening. I ordered pizza , one cake through dominoes app. They are taken my order at 7:49 pm . My order no is 107. They are also mentioned with in 30 minutes we can delivery. After one hour I trying to reach the store through app no use . I called to dominos no use . Continuously iam trying to contacting no reply . In live order status also not showing any thing . Finally I got call from delivery boy night at 9:56. Now Iam coming I asked him why this much time taken for delivery he simply said there is no boys in store what can I do . Iam not delivery boy Iam store manager brother. My daughter is asked me multiple times for pizza & she is sleeping what can I do This is your service

I have placed order of 3000rs n above , but in online payment, money deducted but order shows error . M trying to contact but there is no way to contact the service centers or customer care. This time i will complain in customer care regarding this.

No proper billing.
All these companies are only making money. They don't give you proper bill, if you take soft drink or mineral water from their store. They will take all the money and add it to the of the name of pizza and charged you 10 percent tax plus 2.5 CGSTand 2.5 SGST ON MRP. THIS IS VERY BAD.

I placed an order at 11:32 am in Domino's stores at sector 25 Gandhinagar and I did not receive the order till 11:40 so please refund my payment.
