Was call out my name

The Domino's Pizza in Olive Branch, one of the work who said that she was the assistant manager call me out my name and did replace my money back on my card, after I was quoted the wrong price, never never been spoken to that way, what make someone think just because they're white they can talk to you in a kind of way, if you don't know how to talk to people then you shouldn't be in customer service every customer have the right to talk to each person that's working back there the right way in each and each management has the right to talk to a customer the right way.

Refuse to enter another dominos pizza store

I wouldnt order a pizza from any dominos store even dominos was the only pizza place on earth. Not worth the hassle. I dont have to put up with attitude or bull F on service Grade F on quality and politeness of employees total Failure

DM at my Domino on Beechmont av in My Washington!

The DM did not was his hand after handling my food, when I asked him to please make me a new order, cause he didnt wash his hands, he refused to make it and cancelled my order, the other other employee offered to make it for me but was told no because it was his store and asked me too get out! I will never eat there again!

Charges

I feel like there should be probably a minimum!! of at least 10 pizzas owed to me as much as I eat at my Domino's and this is the reasons why: number one is mainly because nine times out of 10 especially since the new answering service has been incorporated my pizza never has enough pepperoni on it, and you can see by my order record every single time !, I order extra pepperoni and nine times out of 10 the pepperonis that I get on my pizza never looks like the picture and according to the research that I've done at Domino's there is supposed to be a minimum of 50 to 75 pepperonis when you order extra pepperoni and I can guarantee you I have even taken pictures of my pizza before and currently, and I can guarantee you there's almost nine times out of 10 there are 20 pepperonis or fewer when I order extra pepperoni on my pizza I even went through the extra hassle to call the store right after I place my online order to make sure that number one it has extra pepperoni on it and more importantly or just as important it's cut through and through there's nothing more that drives me nuts then getting into the car with my pizza because I almost always do carry out, and I grab a slice of pizza out of the box to eat on my way home and instead of one slice I pull two or three out messes up my pizza and messes up in my car of course since lately whenever the answering service was incorporated it's 10 out of 10 times that there's never enough pepperoni even though, which I'm sure helps out the store greatly it's a pain in my *** because whenever I call now to make sure that it's cut through and through, and it has extra pepperoni I always have to talk to some people before I get transferred to the store and by the time I get transfer to the store they've already got it made and in the oven which is a feather in their cap don't get me wrong because that means I get my pizza a lot quicker than you can at any other place that you order pizza from whether it be carryout or delivery they are the quickest they are the best they are the most courteous respectful and positive employees when you meet them whether in the store or at your home that tells me only one thing that Domino's is taking care of their Frontline soldiers which is a feather in their cat most definitely if you don't take care of your front line soldiers they're the ones that do your advertising by showing up positive Peppy respectful looking clean and courteous says it all about the company taking care of them the only other problem I have as you can see in my ratings is the website I build and repair computers I have now for over 30 years including building websites, and it just drives me nuts whenever I order online, and I don't know how many times I've mentioned it to the store and there's, and they mentioned it to whoever is working on the website I bet you right now I could go to place an order and the Fanta orange I don't know if the other pops like Coke or whatever if they're the same way, but I know for sure I always order Fanta orange and there is never a selection for a 2 L only for the 20 oz and that brings me to the other problem that I have and that is since I do carry out all the time of course it wouldn't matter if it was carry out or delivery if it wasn't for convenience only I wouldn't even order my pop from Domino's because what I have to pay for one 2 L I could purchase three at Walmart on the way home of course I got to get out of the car and not be lazy and go straight home have to deal with the checkout and walking all the way to go find the pop and bring it on out Etc of course that's me just being in pain unfortunately like I said, but it's convenience and boy we end up paying for that convenience which I don't think is right especially since I got two blown out discs in my lower back and having to get out of the car and walk and go all the way into the store just to get a couple of 2 L to save a couple bucks in the way gas is price it's easier just to pay the extra at Domino's, but I wish it wasn't because I end up getting less pop Because unless you're one of the elite in this world because there is no middle class anymore you're either rich or you're one of us unfortunately I hopefully that'll change someday soon but all we can do is prey, fix the website, so it's right and if you can drop the price ...kudos if you can. Well I think I've covered all of my points as far as on the four stars instead of five I have to admit though and be honest about it Little Caesars has excellent Quality Pizza as well and the Little Caesars I use I used to go there all the time because they always I mean always when I order an extra most bestest pepperoni it is extra most bestest pepperoni there's tons of peps on it and for the price you can get two Little Caesars for the price of one Domino's and those are huge pizzas not just 12 in we're talking large and tons of Pep the only reason I quit going to Little Caesars is because of the personal aspect of the business just one day all the sudden I call Into My Little Caesars that's by my house and nobody answered I mean I was just flabbergasted because literally for years years I ordered from Little Caesars in the main reason was because when I called I got to talk to a human they took my order over the phone not texting not online and I knew for a fact that my pizza was going to be right when I went to go pick it up they knew who I was it was a very personal way to purchase my pizza from a business they always knew who JP was and they were already always positive courteous respectful prompt and my pizza was always fresh right out of the oven when I picked it up I'm only 5 minutes away from there so when I got home my pizza was still hot and steaming when I got home and then like I said just one day I call up there because they always answered before the third ring or at least by the third ring every single time third ring somebody would pick up or before the third ring somebody to pick up and take your order and one day boom all I got was the no answer or this *** answering machine and you leave a message and nobody ever would get back to you or the mailbox would be full and you couldn't leave a message even if you got a screwed up pizza you couldn't call back and get it fixed because nobody ever answers anymore and I own my own business and when a customer calls I always pick up by the third ring always that's what businesses should do like Walmart you call Walmart in the beginning third ring man boom they pick up the phone now you could bring any one of the Departments and the phone just rings and rings and rings and Rings nobody ever picks up what if there was a freaking emergency what if I was calling to tell him that the parking lot was on fire or something and nobody picks up you know that's stupid every business should pick up by the third ring no matter what that's just courtesy to the customer so the way I feel is like if you're going to incorporate a answering service or some kind of answering AI you should definitely incorporate that third ring rule that's how I grew up that's how I always remembered it and nowadays it's unseen very very rare does that happen and when it does you bet your butt I'm going to be going to that business because I know they're on top of things if they're answering by the third call anywho I'll let you all go now and I hope I've helped out by giving my opinion I hope you all enjoy your pizzas be safe be well and God bless Respectfully yours JP

Gm located @ Broadway Camden nj

I ordered with domino's app. Actually a reorder from my recent orders. When I received my food it was the wrong order. I called store and explained to Gm. From the Broadway Camden NJ location, And I offered to pay delivery fee and give back the two pies that I didn't order so I can receive my order correctly the general manager hung up the phone on me and told me that I messed my order up and he will not help me. And all 4 pies I received were sloppy that the cheese was hanging off the crust. I'm very disappointed I want a refund or my pies. But after GM hung up on me a young lady answer the phone when I called back. she agreed that I should get my pies that I ordered. But since the GM hung up the phone on me he didn't even want to listen to her or me. He should not be there working as Gm if that's the customer service that he provides.. I don't deserve the type of respect that he had towards me. Very disappointed he gives domino's pizza a bad reputation.

Property damage

The issue wasnt about an order, I couldnt get in contact with the corporate office and so I thought id try this way instead of immediately making a police report. I was driving on NC-49 today and there was a delivery drivers sign in the middle of the road. It bounced off the tire of another car and flew infront of my car causing it to get stuck under the front of my car. I pulled over and had to reverse to get it out and I took pictures. Theres clear damage to my car. I went to Dominoes (address 608 N Church St. Concord NC) and asked if anyone was missing their sign and one of the employees nonchalantly said oh yeah mine fell of in the middle of 49, I wasnt about to stop and get it The other employees were shocked but they didnt do anything either. They werent even aware because she never let them know it had fallen off. She then asked for her sign back, I gave it to her and she said I dont know if dominoes will do anything about that then she proceeded inside the store. I then left and took that as a sign to call Corporate.

Really pissed off

Ordered 127.57 which included 1 med thin pizza with no sauce mushrooms and fresh spinch, 3 ind. Foil pasta alfredo, 1 med thin pizza with banana pepp,mushrooms extra fresh spinach garlic parmesan sauce 1 large handtossed meatzza 1 32-piece parm bites and 16piece hot buffalo wings was missing large meatzza pizza other pizzas cold tasted nasty one not made right they were called said would send pizza back out no pizza called at 10 drive went home manager got bad attitude would not refund or wanted to bring pizza after 12 am when she would bring it this bs said left store at 8:15 and finially got here at 10 minutes til 9 less than 10 minutes to my house would like this handle asap we spend alot of money at dominos but dont think i will anymore thank you my name is 229733****

This is the fourth time we’ve gotten a pizza and they have been messed up !

I have photos and would love to share this is very messed up and Im angry I wont be back! The pizza isnt cut all the way through. I order half pepperoni and cheese I received two full pepperoni pizza I have a child that only eats plain

On 6/8/23 I place an order on line,I have not received it,it went to the wrong location and driver said it was deliver,I tried multiple times to contact the store but the number is non functional,I sent emails I tried to reach customer service but to no avail,last email I sent a reply stated that I would be contacted,I never was.I have not received a refund so far.

Terrible customer service experience in Easley, SC

I am writing in reference to a recent experience with your Dominos Easley, SC location. I placed an online order on 6/7/2023 at 6:47pm. I got an email confirmation for the order and the estimated time for my order to be ready was between 7:08pm-7:18pm. I got to the restaurant at 7:10pm and when I got to the drive-thru window to pick up the order the young lady told me it wasn't ready. I sat at the window a few minutes and she asked me to pull around because there was a car behind me. After pulling back around I waited at least 10 minutes behind the same car I was asked to pull around from. This was very upsetting because you would have thought if that person's order wasn't ready and they still had to wait they would have been asked to pull back around as well. When I finally got to the window it was around 7:35pm and when I told the young lady my name again, this time she told me they did not have an order for me. I told her I had the email to show the order was placed and I also had gotten a text at 6:51pm that it was being prepared. I was told if I had a problem that I could drive around and come in to speak with a manager. Due to the fact I needed to take food to my kids I did not have an opportunity to go inside but I called and asked for a number to the corporate office. After being told there was no corporate phone number that I could be provided I asked for a manager and was placed on hold. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before disconnecting the call and calling back. A manager by the name Nicole came to the line and I explained to her what happened and she said they had been really busy and obviously the young lady was wrong about not seeing an order for me. I told her I understand completely but I had wasted an hour waiting for my order only to be told they did not receive an online order from me therefore that was poor customer service and definitely unfair to me as a customer. Nicole then told me they have the order now and that I could come back to pick it up if I wanted to. I am not sure who trained the employees in Easley, SC but in my experience with dealing with customers the way I was treated should not be tolerated by a business. There was no apology given and I felt as if the manager thought it was my fault for their error. At no time did the manager try to rectify the situation at all! Please provide your employees proper training to avoid another customer experiencing what I endured at the Easley, SC location!

Wow their tots for 6.99 are not worth it. Don't waste your money. Got pasta and it was all sauce. 26.00 down the toilet. Domino's Pizza commercial are bull. They don't live up to the BS they say. I picked up the food. And they had the nerve to tell me they will remake it and come pick it up. Their sauce is so sweet. Just get a bottle of ketchup and it will taste better. If those are real executives in the tots commercial should be fired. They have no taste .Again don't waste your money for garbage that is being served to hard working Americans who are trying to help out these companies but with takeout they don't care and they will serve garbage to people. 26.00 for 2 tots and 1 pasta dish is BS. I am tired of this.

Treated Horribly

I ordered two specialty pizzas on Saturday, April 15, 2023, right before closing via my cell phone. When I arrived home, I found that my order for both pizzas was incorrect, missing most of the toppings I had requested. At that time, they had already closed. I called Sunday morning, April 16, 2023, and spoke to an individual that told me No Problem we will make it Right and give you a credit. I told the individual thank you and would be in later in the week. Wednesday, April 19, 20223, I called to collect my two pizzas and ordered an additional pizza. I asked that customer service transfer me to the location. They asked why, and I explained to them ordered two specialty pizzas on Saturday, April 15, 2023, right before closing via my cell phone. When I arrived home, I found that my order for both pizzas was incorrect, missing most of the toppings I had requested. At that time, they had already closed. I called Sunday morning, April 16, 2023, and spoke to an individual that told me No Problem we will make it Right and give you a credit. I told the individual thank you and would be in later in the week. Wednesday, April 19, 20223, I called to collect my two pizzas and ordered an additional pizza. I asked that customer service transfer me to the location. They asked why and I explained to them I had credit. I was transferred and I placed my order again. The individual I spoke with was very pleasant. I waited 20 minutes and proceeded through the drive-through window with one car in front of me. Sat and waited my turn for another 20 minutes. The vehicle in front of me was never waiting on and drove to the front of the store and walked in. They told me they had been waiting for over 30 minutes at the window. I also pulled around and walked in to collect my order. There were only two individuals working and they were terribly busy. I waited patiently. Another customer walked in. One of the individuals working came over to the counter and asked for our names. He located the other customers order and placed it on the counter. The individuals working then walked away to collect more pizzas coming out of the oven and processed to box them up, leaving the customer waiting to pay. The other person working that had been preparing the orders came over and asked what my name was, I processed to give my information. I was informed there was no order in that name and that they had not received a call for my order. That I must have called the customer service line and placed the order. I explained the situation regarding my pizzas being incorrect and that I had a credit, etc. He looked up my account and told me I had no credit and there was nothing he could do. This was the General Manager of the establishment. I understand they were busy, but the General Manger was very rude. I explained again that I spoke to one of his employees Sunday morning. He said repeatedly there was nothing he could do. I said yes there is, you can ask your employee. He said I would have to ask all my employees. He continued to say, I can put your order in, but you will have to pay. I said for an order that was done incorrectly. He once again said there is nothing I can do. I know if an order is wrong, they make it right. I have never been treated so rudely. If he worked for me, he would be written up. I ordered 10 boxes of cheeses pizza.for a party Somehow there is bacon under cheese and it is hard to see. (For religious reason no body are eating bacon) I did talk with a manager about that but he didnt really care.

A credit was added to my account for $25, making my order essentially free. They were also very kind to me and more than prompt in their delivery the next day, during the time of my beloved grandmother’s death, at which time I had enough people visiting to constitute an army and all ate. This is the kind of service I have come to know and expect from Dominos.

This was the worst experience by far that I've ever had at Dominos. First, I placed an order and they said no apartment was on the order. I dont understand how that was possible because when I placed the order online, I verified that my apartment number WAS IN THE SYSTEM. Then, they took my food back to the store forcing me to come pick it up. Next, when I called I was obviously upset because I told them that I have a sick six month old child and didn't want to come out. Instead of even apologizing, they told me in a nutshell that's not their problem. After that, I was told I was wrong and that the bottom line is I had no apartment listed on my address. No apology and for the record there is one listed .
