I spent an hour today got hung up on them two times trying to get help to fix my air conditioning. If this is the way, they treat your customers they all go out of business.

Trying to install a new air conditioner in my camper needed some help and I kept getting hung up on after an hour on my phone. If this is the way, they treat their customers they have no business being in business.

Late Service for Cleaning, Extremely poor customer service, only wants your money and does not care at all about workers stealing your things

The person called Keith or Mr Chong at first was very nice and approachable. Once they have taken your money, they do not care about their services anymore. The cleaners come late and they do not even let you know until the very last minute. Do not even expect an apology and their solution is to expect you to pay more money as they are unable to complete their cleaning services. The person on the phone also has a lousy attitude and shouts back at you as well. You would expect a cleaning service to have at least decent customer service but do not bother talking to their customer service as you will only receive harsh words in the end. The workers even steal your things when you are not looking and you only know after the cleaning service that they did.

Used for cleaning

Poor service from domestic one - cleaners not Provided as agreed , cleaners quality varies a lot , some lazy and not expeirnced despite the boss saying so, Keith was angry when I complain and not nice - no reason to bullee - don t rekomend them

Poor quality

Not cleaned well. Places that cleaner claims to have cleaned were not clean. Things went missing. The boss doesn't seem to care.

*** cleaning!! Never use them!!

The apartment looked as dirty as it was before the cleaning, oven was not cleaned properly, helper could not remove grease, I had to do it myself and finish the cleaning as she could not complete it in 5 hours, however, there was not much. No logic in cleaning, she started mopping floors before she cleaned the bathrooms wtf.. there were stains left on the floor, obviously she did not touch those areas and a lot of dust

Poor experience

First helper did once and says unable to continue due to sensitive hands. Second one did 2x and did not come for the 3rd and 4th time (only to inform last minute on the day of the cleaning). Had to do the cleaning myself in the end. Paid $180 agent fee to have the "privilege" of replacement helpers for 1 year if I like to. I have never change helpers but the helpers are the one not keeping up to the deal. Do not

Lousy cleaners

Cleaners are not experienced at all despite what their website claimed to be. Not only that, they are not accountable for doing a sub standard cleaning, blaming the vacuum cleaner and mop when both equipment are new. It's ridiculous when they mentioned stay spotless when we engaged their part time helper when after 3 hours of cleaning the floor is still spotty with hair and dirt.

Worse cleaning service ever!

According to its website, Domestic1 looks so professional in their cleaning services but in actual fact, this is the worse cleaning service I have ever used. I was looking forward to some professional cleaners to do my post-reno cleaning but instead Domestic1 sent two China aunties who have no clue whatsoever! And I paid $308 for a *** job! Do not ever use Domestic1! Its a scam and ripoff!

Worth reporting to CASE

Terrible service on the long term. Only worth to report to CASE Initially, once you pay the agency fee, they will allocate cleaners once or twice to your house (and never the same cleaner, by the way). After a while, when I tried to schedule cleaners again, the manager keeps on cancelling on me on the actual day when the cleaner is supposed to come! He cancelled on me at 8am for a service that is supposed to start at 9am! Best part: I got so fed up that instead of dealing with him via Whatsapp, I filled in their online form for enquiry, to see if they would treat my request differently. And so, they did. Very eager, the same manager called me back less than 10 minutes after I sent the online enquiry, explaining to me about the yearly agency fee, and blabla. He said that he could allocate me Ms May from Thailand, very good cleaner. And when he suddenly realised that I was already an existing customer, he went MIA.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Worst cleaning company ever, tried 3 different cleaners and each time a drama has occurred. it’s not necessarily the cleaners but the people who manage the business. They have no idea about customer service, no idea how to manage the people that are working for them and they argue with their customers. You have to pay a membership to use this service (which i find completely bazaar!) and for what point? For a business to argue with you on the phone, not apologise and tell the customer they’re wrong when the cleaner shows up half an hour late. Also to not find a replacement cleaner when one isn’t available to show up on a scheduled day. For your own sake please do not use this company!

I have changed almost 6-7 helpers in 3 mths, their promises on web is rubbish, the helpers are either fussy, incapable or just there to earn the money. All sorts of excuses have been come up with Cleaners. Torturous procedure and the owner’s attitude adds up to the kind of shoddy services they provide, not sure why they get nominated by CNN, the Asian parent and all coz they are everything else but help.

Bad follow up and not replying to messages.

Send the incorrect helper on first visit, after which sales person made unnecessary comments. Cleaning not done properly on both occasions. Made the floor slippery and dirty (worse then before cleaning). Salesperson (Keith) mentioned that can contact him anytime, however this doesn’t seems to be the case. Send multiple emails and not even one reply. Very bad service. Think twice before engaging.

Not customer focused

This agency acts fast and will respond fast but they are not customer focused. Sales person has no common sense - for an English speaking household, sent a PRC worker, who can't even read washing labels to do the laundry properly. Also from the address, able to tell customer lives in luxury apartment, but send a helper who can't clean ceramic hobs and use high end appliances.

Very bad follow-up and Emails Not Replied

The service with the company started on 5 January 2019 and a cleaner was sent to my home for a 3-hours cleaning session. The cleaner was awesome and we informed the agent that we would like her to do the cleaning for us, we were even willing to have her clean on a weekend because she was only able to clean on weekdays. However, later on in the week, we were informed by the agent that she will not be able to clean our home until mid-feb as she went back to China. We were fine with that, and another cleaner was sent to our home that weekend. However, the second cleaner who cleaned our home, not only was she always late, up to half hour late, she also complains when we tell her what she has to do as per the jobscope sent by the agent. Then just last week, she informed at the last minute that she was sick and unable to come. We texted the agent and later on was informed that she was sick and he will arrange for another one, but it will be on a weekday. On monday, the cleaner came and although it is another cleaner, she was late. She was tasked to vacuum the room and she was done in less than 5 minutes. It was found that she did not vacuum under the bed, and cot and did not vacuum behind the door. My mum proceeded to inform her that she did not vacuum under the bed and cot and behind the door and even showed her how to use the vacuum, the cleaner left in a huff. I called the agent and informed him and he says he knows his cleaners and he just stood up for them. I proceeded to text him to explain what had happened and instead of taking the matter seriously, he nonchalantly replied with one word replies "noted". He does not have proper follow ups, emails sent prior to this incident were left responded to, just texted him to ask him about the lady for tomorrow and its been an hour plus and he has not replied. The service from this agent is lacking and i will not recommend this agent to anyone at all.

Terrible Service

I have engaged DomesticOne for my office cleaning. The lady turned up and I walked her through what she need to do. Before she starts, she asked me IF she can leave early after she completed everything and i said fine. She then said she cannot make it weekly for Mon & Thurs where I told Keith my preference. Ding *** and he sent another lady for the next cleaning. Keith called me that this lady will be late cause the husband left the hourse for something so she has to wait cause she has kids. Finally she came and realise it was her daughter that is unwell not the husband not at home! And her name is different from what Keith told me. Few minutes another lady came up!!! I was like WHAT is wrong with this company? Then I called Keith and he explained to me. And i shared with him my displeasure with the service. He then said in a firm tone...Mdm, you must understand people has kids and she already took a taxi to your office. I said Keith, I totally understand but that is DomesticOne problem and not mine cause you should not have asked her to work since the child is sick! Then the week when i was in Taiwan, he text me and said this lady is sick so cannot come!!! I was so damn upset throughout my holiday. Then he sent ANOTHER cleaner! My colleague was telling me that she is ok...so i decided to keep this lady. At first was quite ok thereafter when I grant her access to my office, she usually will leave before i reached at 9am. She told me she reached my office at 7am plus...The cleaniless is horrible. The desks are not clean. I waited for weeks that the latch at the window full of dust and totally not cleaned! I tried to close one eye until the changing of cleaners START ALL OVER AGAIN. Worst is that cleaner complained to me that the company will delay to pay them! I finally decided to cancel their service as 1 cleaner has health issue then swop to this indian lady. Twice on MC and Keith did not even send a REPLACEMENT and only whatsapp me!!! What kind of service is that!!! I emailed with official cancellation and he totally did not call to apologise. Please DO NOT use this company as the service is bad as well as the cleaners are not clean at all. They do it FAST and leave the place!

Terrible

Numerous Cleaners that kept cancelling on the day or leaving early, poor cleaning job, Keith who manages the Cleaners always full of excuses. Don’t use them.
