Unsafe for the dogs

The location on Hendricks ave when I took my dog there it was so unsafe for the dogs , their play yard has exposed rocks thats my dogs have ate and came how and threw them up, they also have a kick plate on their door thats falling off because the door is so rusted that its rising off and the screw is expose , I have heard many other pet parent had to take their dogs to the vet because they split their paw or nose on the kick plate . Its just over all not a safe location they need a lot of remodeling to do before its safe . They also have dogs that attack other dogs on a daily basis

My puppy Bleu has been going to dogtopia for almost a month. He finally started to get adjusted and we had plans to board him next week. He was viciously attacked by another dog. We were told it was completely unprovoked and the dog never showed aggressive behavior before. My dog has staples under his chin,above his eyes, and in his legs. He also has a chipped bone in his lower leg. Over $1,300 vet bill!! The way they handled it was so unprofessional. Asked me to step outside to chat because they didnt want to have me upset in front of other dog parents, told me he did great with having them clean his wounds. I just happen to pick him up early that day because I was around the corner, didnt tell me what time the incident happened. I am 33 weeks pregnant and they literally just had me walk my dog to my car who couldnt even put weight into his leg and didnt even offer to help, while my 7 year old is balling her eyes out worried about the puppy. We get in the car and his leg is excessively bleeding all over the towel we put down. Today we called 3 times to speak to management or someone about the incident and no retuned call. Didnt even call to check on our dog. They also ca canceled all upcoming appointments and boarding without speaking to us. Not like were boarding him anyway. This place is a *** show. 20-30 dogs in a room with one person, throwing my 8 month puppy into any room not seeing how he gets along with all the dogs. They put this front on and then you watch the cameras and its a *** show! Dont send your dog here!!

Resolved: Complete Negligence of Dogtopia Staff in Roswell, GA

My dog had been attending the Roswell location for almost 4 years. Last November, when I picked my dog up, I was told (by the manager, Sean) that my dog had been attacked by another dog. He had multiple gashes/ chunks taken out of his leg. I needed to take him to the vet immediately (He needed stitches and staples). I was told by the manager (Sean) that no one was supervising and the cameras weren't on. Therefore, they couldn't tell me which dog attacked him. Either this was a lie or a huge incompetence on their part. After communicating back and forth with the area manager, Lexi, I was told to send her our vet invoices. Nothing has been done, no follow up. This has been a HUGE inconvenience on our part especially since this was not our fault or our dog's. He is a gentle dog with no history of aggression, which has been reiterated by the Dogtopia staff. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG THERE. They honestly could have cared less to do the right thing even when they are completely in fault. AND they will completely ignore all phone calls.

Complaint

The tip of my dogs tail has a sore that bleeds a bit when she hits the tip as she wags her tail. This morning she was excited to be at doggy school (as was I) and her sore was bumped thus causing her tail to bleed. The employees didnt want her to remain at Dogtopia. This was a major inconvenience for me since she has had this sore which is healing since day one. I always have a problem when ONE particular employee is in the front. I am extremely frustrated by this Tuesday rules are different from Wednesday rules mentality. I really enjoyed your company but this is no longer the case.

Dispute charge

I need to cancel the automatic charge you put on my debit card on 2/28. We are leaving town for a few months and went be using your facility. I've emailed twice and have not received any call back or any credit. Can't land a message on your pissed. Com so it's of no use. Issues with a store

I need to speak to a representative. I worked for Dogtopia since June. I was treated awful and some of the things that went on are down right wrong! I was let go today for some reason I do not believe! Its ok for employees to call out all of the time but I get fired! I explained and have proof of a medical condition and they refused to look at it!

Don’t bring your dogs here

I picked up 2 of my dogs from Dogtopia of Viera in Florida, today. 1 has a possible eye infection, as well as *** all over her. Both dogs were staying there for 5 days. I noticed that 1 of my dogs was in the crate all the time on the webcam so I called and they said that my dog was sneaking back in and they left him alone. Fine. Then they proceed to tell me that by the way, both of your dogs havent eaten. I told them that I will need to speak to a manager when I pick them up. I talked to someone today and they said that both dogs were eating? Just not a lot. I told them thats not what was told on the phone and they didnt offer me any inconvenience fee. Theres much more that has happened in the 5 days. But the fact that I was told my dogs werent eating pissed me completely off and unacceptable. I will no longer be going to Dogtopia and plan to post my review everywhere to let others know. I have been to this Dogtopia before for boarding and was contacted the SAME DAY because both dogs werent eating. This stay was in july. I told them that today and they didnt care.

Abuse to my dog in your Fishkill location

Boarded my puppy over the weekend picked her up Monday no one said there was any issues. So went home . After petting her discovered many teeth marks 2in scratch behind her ear tooth bite marks all over her neck and cheek

Not being paid for work

I was hired on April 2, 2022 at the Nasa location. When hired, i was told that I would get around 30 hours a week because they were in need. I have done my Canine Coach 1 training and completed it at 100%. I was told by Giovanni that pay day would be on May 7th. When the date came, I had no check and was told that Chris King lost my check and they are trying to figure it out. I have spoken to Giovanni once a week about being paid. I continue to be told that they are looking into it. To make it worse, I am no longer being scheduled to work. So I am emailing hoping to get paid and be put back on the schedule. No, I am not in trouble or have ever had a write up. I enjoy my work at Dogtopia and want to learn all I can to pursue a career with pets and their families. Please contact me so this problem can be resolved and I can get back to work. Thank you!
