I’m still waiting on order and can’t to a person

I ordered two harnesses on July 24th and Im showing that on the 25th of July that my order is in progress but no movement since.. It has been 2.5 weeks and still no tracking # on my order. I would like to know the status. I cant seem to talk to a person or get any further information.

Doggy Kingdom is a scam

Goods made and sent from China. They are unbelievably poor quality and undersized. When you complain they wont accept it. Literally told me a supposedly 31inch dog bed was the correct product when the maximum measurement I could get (when I squished it flat) was barely 29. The beds are unusable, lumpy, like fried eggs but charged at $100AUD each. You will never get your money back. These people are liars they have no problem ripping you off. Doggy kingdom is a scam and should be shut down.

Poor customer service.

Ordered harness to their specs, Collar opened while walking dog. The buckle is too large for collar. When I wrote they said I can't return because item is personalized. I told them name is only velcro attached but they countered. I returned product without name tape, now they can resell it. This must be a Chinese company. Would never buy from them again!!!B

Did not get a replacement or refund.

I ordered a coat for my dog which did not fit. I returned it and did not receive a replacement or refund. I have contacted their "support" and I do not get an answer. Do not buy from them.

Hello, the platicc latch for one harness has broken. I am not certain what happened. the first time i had put it on Mina and gone to work. I'd come home to not see her wearing it. I was suprised to sa

happened as i had just put it on Mina before I'd left for work. I returned less than 8 hrs later to discover the plastic on both ends had broken as to where it wouldn't stay connected. i had thought the pictures i'd taken had been downloaded from my phone to computer. No luck. I also tried sending you email from my phone to attach 2 pictures but was not able to. Could you please help. Jeffrey Gruschow

My order on January 21

I placed an order for 2 Dog Backpacks & 1 Safety Seat Belt from Doggykingdom on Januar,y 21 and still HAVE NOT received my order! I have already been billed on my card for $92.45. I got the confirmation order being Order #290922 with a tracking # CJPQE321030****YQ. It is now 3 weeks as of today. I have tried the tracker # but it still shows processing on Jan 23. I have sent an email to your support on Feb 4 and received a reply on Feb 5th showing it was on the way to me from your warehouse. I tried plugging in the numbers for tracking but it has Not changed showing processing still on Jan 23. It states on website it could take 15 business days. I am still receiving your emails for products you have as of now. I am wondering about my order. I think someone should check on my order to see it it is really being processed. No real customer service

Received dog jacket order with correct measurement for medium, if it fits a squirrel it's a miracle you call the c/s number and bot says sorry cannot transfer to a human being, the chat is joke willing exchange for larger size with appropriate new payment all the chatbot was to advise only store refund The company is in China not in Florida.. Read the other reviews same story they need to be investigated someone even reported them to the BBB, but they keep scramming

Paid for small red harness with my dogs name Gucci on it. Never received order. I have emailed 4 times. Poor customer service. Please refund my money.

This company is a scam.After two months NO Harness. Company is in China.

Ordered product two months ago, still no harness. received several emails relating to order, still no product. Most emails were related to placing additional orders with coupons. Today i got another email supposedly from the USPS stating the shipment was on hold for shipping cost, I was instructed to send $3.95 to an unknown company to pay the shipping cost.

Customer be aware

This company is in Shanghai and sells cheap products. Everything on their website is a lie. The address, the phone number, the service etc. Dont fall for the discounts. Its a trap and you lose money. Better buy at Amazon.

Scam Company

This is NOT an Orlando or US company! Orders are processed and shipped from Shanghai, China!! I placed an order three weeks ago being told my shipping would be delayed for 3 days for personalization of our no-pull harness. That was reasonable. Today I am being told "due to the international Pandemic" orders may be delayed 28-30 business days! Order from this "business" at your own peril!
