Can't find signed and sent document

Absolutely no help was involved I tried to resolve this issue but I didn't receive any help.i honestly believe that I'm being ripped off

Because your company is unreachable

Unless you are buying no body is available To help you I have files that are lost in space and cant even get to my right account.

$960 charge no proper invoice

They have billed me 4 x with no proper invoice and tried to say it was for 9 previous years usage I did not even have the account that many years they are Scam artitst

Password issues

Put the password in five times. It doesnt take it. Read it five more times put five more passwords. It doesnt take it.

Account suspended

The call ended suddenly. Not sure if we lost the connection or what happened. The issue it's sorted out. We have a bigger issue with our account that has been for 2 months. Difficult to find someone to help us and that takes the time to review the entire situation.

No longer interested

To many inconsistencies. One day this price with Kendall Dunn then next day lowered $4000!!! By Cody!!! With 0% interest rate!!! Shady dealing!!!

Urgent Billing Issue

This company sucks. They used an old account of mine, changed me without my consent, won't answer my phone calls. And I use a totally different method for securing document signatures. If they do this to billing imagine what they do to your clients!

Paid up and functioning. I was turned down several times when I was trying to renew my subscription and eventually my subscription was dropped but I dealt with somebody on the phone and we got it taken care of. Now I need to keep talking to fill up 100 characters.

No USA customer support

Cant sign in nor can I get help from someone in USA. No one understands English nor do the have supervisor

Trying to get information about the docusign process

I am a recipient. ie I don't pay them money, but I don't understand the process, so I won't be signing their electronic contract particularly without understanding the signing process and security and the audit trail Absolutely no response from them

To cancel my subscription

No fault on DocuSign, I started the subscription with the intention of using the service for my life insurance business however after a few months I realized that most of the carriers that I am contracted with issues their documents with that service already included. It didn't make sense to continue paying for it.

Poor customer service

Not only is DocuSign NOT user friendly (good luck figuring anything out) but their customer service is atrocious. I called three times to have a refund issued for billing my canceled account, and it took well over two months to resolve anything. Still waiting, but Im not holding my breath. AVOID using DocuSign if you value your time and money.

Trouble with a free account that is sending sign requests to my workshop participants

I need to speak with a person to resolve this issue. The company has out me in an embarrassing position by spamming my list. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online service provider. Caveat emptor!

Customer support is the worst

Do not use you can't open documents and support is rude and cant fix any issues Still waiting on hold after an hour. Was hung up on 4 times previously, techs couldnt fix the issue or spell. Still cant open a completed contract and support cant figure out what the issue is. Asked for a manager was disconnected 4 times now on hold for over an hour
