They sent me a code that didn't work for my phone, and I didn't get a refund for the money I spent, I want a refund

Top up issue
I had made a payment through Drsim for my t mobile it's been two days my t mobile is not been topped up , drsim has not taken steps to topup my mobile service umpteen mail were sent and until now my balance is 0.4 cents whereas I have paid 59.35 US$s , very disappointing! I would advise to stay away from such scams .
