Horrible company. I ordered a grey jumbo dog bed. When the package came and I opened it I knew it was wrong. Instead of a jumbo bed in grey, they sent a tan bed that only a newborn kitten would fit in. I contacted the company, which i found out was in China and they wanted me to pay to ship this tiny scrap of a bed back before they would refund my money. I asked for the correct item to be sent to me and they said they couldn't do that until I returned the wrong item. Why would I spend more on Shipping a product back than the actual cost of what I ordered!!!! I'm very upset with this! Buyer beware. Don't order from this company!

Finally received order after 4 months and it was not complete
After 4 months of waiting for my order I finally received it...incomplete! I had ordered 2 LARGE comfy dog beds and received ONE XS with no pillow! I should have read the reviews before ordering. To top it off, the email address is non-existent for them and GOPUPPY doesn't respond to their emails! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered the comfy pet bed for my 80 lb. Lab, went over my order carefully to be sure I ordered the correct size...when I finally received it I was soooo let down! I could wear it for a fuzzy hat!!!! That's the size I got!!!! I am 5 ft and it fits on my head!!!!b

Clever way to screw people over. FREE merchandise &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; shipping. You should be ashamed. Even the color was wrong.

Ordered a large grey cosy bed... What I received was a small brown bed cover.. no cushioning.. website address invalid... Luckily I paid through PayPal!!!

Totally pissed!
Ordered an XL calming dog bed, measurements were quoted as 90cm. I received a scrap of material about 20cm, no padding, nothing. These people con and scam then try to charge you high rates to ship back to put you off getting a refund. Dog bed???? This would only be useful if you ran out of toilet paper! Tired off these Chinese scams

Full refund from PayPal within 56hrs. Was told do not communicate with them at all and due to high volumn of complaints. PayPal were going to investigate this company themselves.

Contacted PayPal and included their threats regarding my credit score If i wanted a refund.PayPal within 56hrs issued a full,refund and were investigating their shop which has now been closed down within a week of PayPal being Involved.

I PURCHASED A VERY FLUFFY DOG BED AS SHOWN IN ATTACHMENT PIC 1 HOWEVER I GOT NOTHING LIKE IT AT ALL. THIS BED I RECEIVRD WAS XXS WIYH DIAMETER OF 12CMS. IT HAD NO LUSH PADDING TO THE SIDES OR BOTTOM OF THICK CUSHION MATERIAL AS SHOWN ON THEIR SITE..... I RECEIVE A PIECE OF FELT LIKE MATERIAL 12CMS CIRCUMFERANCE ACROSS WITH A CUT FRINGE OF PIECES OF WOOL. THERE WAS NO PADDING ON THE FLOOR OF THE DOG BED AND THE SIDES OF THE DOG BED RESEMBLED WOOL FRINGE WHICH WOULD NOT STAND UP AS IT ALSO HAD NO CUSHIONING TO HOLD IT UP.... IT LOOKED LIKE A MOP HEAD TO BE HONEST AND TOOK ME A FEW MINUTES TO WORK OUT WHAT I HAD BOUGHT!!! IT CAME IN A GREY PARCEL BAG SCREWED IN NO BIGGER THAN A CAN OF COKE NOTHING LIKE PIC 1 I AM SENDING YOU THERE IS NOTHING LIKE THIS PIC ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE I HAVE LOOKED. Received the pet bed on 7/14/2020. It is flat. The center is more elevated than the sides.

The confirmation of my order had the total listed as $24.99. My card was charged $32.95. I have contacted them repeatedly about not receiving this order. Initially, they made excuses but have since stopped responding.

Purchase not received
I purchased 2 dog beds. My order hadnt arrived so I clicked on the link in my order confirmation only to find page not found. Then I emailed their support staff. It bounced back. I was initially hesitant to place the order, as I wasnt really in a position to be able to afford it, but my babies deserved to be spoilt. I am extremely disappointed and have reported them to Facebook and PayPal. I have since seen them advertising under another company name, but the same marketing campaign. It makes me so angry that there are dishonest people in the world.

Didnt get my dog pillow
I placed my order for a xxxl dog pillow on April 18, 2020 they took $108.95 out of my account on April 20, 2020 as of yet i have not received an order number or tracking numbe. I put a comment in comments on one of the commercials because they were responding to some of the comments, they never got back to me, so about a week later i sent them an email they sent me back a tracking number that didnt work it said to send it to my inbox, still didnt work, sent them another email same thing. At the bottom of where you order it said 10 to 15 days now today is May 8, 2020. I want my money refunded ASAP i cant afford to just throw my money away.
