Sprint debt

They agreed to settle out with me and I made a payment they didnt send a letter of this agreement its been about two weeks and its still saying I owe close to the amount with the subtract of what I paid towards the debt.Theyre real untrustworthy after they have u on phone over an hour it took a whole three hours for me to try to get to the bottom of this and its still unresolved no call back or anything

The Worst of the Worst

These people continue to call me, 4 times daily and yet leave no voicemail. Realizing they are calling about an AT&T bill which I have disputed since 2018 (AT&T triple charged me for data plans for 18 months, refusing to credit it), I finally called them and said "I know who you are, and why you are calling, and you are not to contact me again". The extremely rude person on the other end said "I need to advise you, blah blah blah". I said - you needn't advise me of anything. I've just informated you that you are not to contact me again. If you do, I will file a complaint with the Attorney General. 40 minutes later, you guessed it...two phone calls, back to back.

Harrassment by Diversified Consultants

This company has been calling my house many times a day for weeks. Their recorded message is in Spanish, so I don't know what they are saying. When I wait to talk to a person and tell them to take my name off their automated list, they hang up on me. The calls come from many different phone #s but it is always the same Spanish recording.

Bill from 2013 sent to factoring company

I got a credit report and it says that I have an outstanding bill for $135 from 2013 for Charter Communications and they turned it over to a factory company. When I called Charter to find out how to contact the factory company, I was told they do not keep a list of the factory companies they use so they could not help me. Charter said I could pay them the $135 but could not work out a payment Plan. I can not afford to pay this all at once. In fact, they are not sure I owe this because their records show I had a bill in 2011 but it was for only one month and then the account was closed. Since the 2013 bill shows up then I must owe it. I have been turned down for a ow income govt. senior apartment because of this. I am trying to contact the factory company to set up an payment plan or see if I can pay a reduced amount. I do not even know if I really owe this bill but I need the apartment. I would appreciate any assistance you can give me

Diversified reported a fake outstanding account

I received some calls from Diversified and when I answered they wanted me to give my SS#, well I wasn't about to do that because of all the scams out there so I hung up on them. Now I have a collections showing up on my credit report from Diversified and they say I owe $526 for comcast cable. Well I have NEVER had comcast cable, and not only that, they aren't even in my area as an option so I know this is not a legit collection. I wonder how many people pay them without even owing them for supposed debt. I am going to call them and see what they have to say about my supposed Comcast account and if they don't remove me from their list and take their name off my credit report I am going to report them as fraud.

Multiple calls daily - leaves no message

This company has been calling my home repeatedly, multiple times daily, beginning early in the morning. They never leave a message. I am so fed up with the harassing - with no valid reason to even be calling my home. This must STOP or I will take legal action. A legitimate business would leave a message regarding the reason for the daily calls. I have not had this phone number for that long of a time span, so there is no need for the repeated calls. The next time they call they will get a rude awakening when the call is answered and they will not like it. This company really needs to verify the number actually belongs to the person they are trying to harass. STOP THE CALLS NOW!

False Credit Reporting Practices

Had a past due bill with Comcast that was turned over to Diversified. Paid Comcast and I guess Diversified was pissed off that they didn't collect and reported me to Equifax AFTER the bill had already been paid. If you don't think I'm going to make a big stink about this Diversified, you're WRONG!! They never even had the account long enough to make any collection attempts!!

They tried to get me for 194.00.

They make it look official, and when I called Direct TV to resolve the issue I actually have a 5.00 credit coming. I called these crooks back to tell them what I discovered about my account the person on the other end hung up on me. So..I called back. This time I lost my temper cursed em out and hung up on them.

Horrible

Trying to have an account remove, but they will not. I believe the color of my skin has a lot to do with. Out of all the reviews I've seen, all the people were white and of different color, they had no problem getting their account removed. One account was $900.00 and they removed it from that person credit report with no problem. Really pissed off at this matter over $278.00 funky dollars. I really feels that I am being racially profiled and this need to stop. There is no way that I have to write a review about my experience on the matter. What are you fearful of? Point blank I'm just trying to get this stuff removed.

Trying to collect from worng person

They have called my cell many times from different numbers. Never left a message so I finally got curious and called back and asked what the call was in regards to. They gave me the last name on their account, which happens to be my last name, never gave me a first name, but then the last 4 digits of the social security number they have on file, which does not belong to me. I did not volunteer any of my own info. They said I owed Direct TV $500. I have never had that company in my name, ever. They have the wrong person and keep calling. They even admitted they have the wrong person. But they just keep calling. I am having my attorney send a cease and desist letter. This is ridiculous. How can they keep calling 3-4 times a day when they have told me they are taking my phone number out of their system? I have absolutely no debt so I am very confused. Do they just Google a name and whatever number pops up first they start calling?

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Make a long story short, I’m a victim of fraud at the moment. I started getting these phone calls from Diversified about a few accounts in collections. They are the RUDEST people I’ve ever talked to in my life!! I called them back today to try and get some help/info on what I need to do about this since these ARE NOT my collection accounts, and I was hung up on 3 times! They won’t help me at all. They have ZERO sympathy, ZERO empathy and ZERO respect. I’ve now blocked all 5,469 different phone numbers that they call me from EVERY single day! And I guess I’ll just take matters into my own hands since nobody at this company wants to try and help anyone!! It’s pathetic how aweful these people treated me!
