YouTube Music

I just got a busy signal. Im releasing an album through DistroKid for the first time. The form seemed to say I needed a YouTube Music Channel. I do have a YouTube Channel but not a YouTube Music channel. I believe I was able to submit my songs without one. I would like help setting one. Id like to receive emails helping me to see what I can expect as I share my songs on social media. Thanks! -Jef

Music and Earnings disappeared without any reason

Hello, I'm Francesco Petrone (manager of the artists "Popping Soda Vibes" and "Polar Stardust Vibrations)". Circa a week ago my music and all my earnings disappeared from my account and every streaming platform without any explanation. I've sent mails over mails without any response. I know that there are a lot of people complaining everyday but I've already sent a lot of e-mails and I would have expected at least one response. Please fix this problem. My youtube official artist channel is not connected

On distrokid, it shows that the channel is verified and is an official artist channel, whereas on YouTube, the channel is not verified as an official artist channel. Please solve the issue and provide me with support.

Custom Release Date Error, Card Decline

I'm currently facing 2 problems with Distrokid First, I uploaded my track on July 23, 2023, and I have a "Musician Plus" Plan which offers a custom release date, I selected a custom release date i.e. July 25, 2023, and announced it to my audience. It's July 28th, 2023! today and the song is still being processed and has not been released in even 1 store, Disappointing me and my audience. What is the point of paying more for a subscription when an artist can't get the services the company claimed for? This is extremely disappointing and cumbersome to deal with. Second, Distrokid keeps on threatening me to update my card or they will delete all my music from all the stores! I personally have tried adding 10 cards and they deduct $1 and revert it back. I am fulfilling all the conditions they asked for, and my cards are still being declined, to which DistroKid has not given any logical explanation and neither any other payment methods.

Released song

I have been voted on to Distrokids Spotify Country playlist. The email they sent to inform me I had won the vote included links for me to use to promote the playlist and my winning. The email went on to instruct me that it would be for one week only. The email provided had no information on when this week would start or finish. All links provided to promote directed to Page Not Found. My attempts to find the Distrokid Country Playlist on Spotify found no such list. My attempts to contact Distrokids customer service have not been fruitful. The reply to my emails say that I am in the que but it takes at least 3 to 5 business days. I am over 5 days with no response. I am now worried that the week that my song is to be on their playlist has come and gone without my ability to promote or find. Finally, any attempt to reach a human has failed. So I am left scratching my head wondering if I should release the rest of my EP somewhere else???

Duplicated spotify accounts

Hello, I had a sing that i dropped and after the days i didnt liked my name that i had and i went to album page then to the song and edited release and changed the name from YVUNROSE to YvungRose and that did not went as supposed because it created another spotify account which is connected to the first one and its like 2 accounts in one and i would like to delete the account of YVUNROSE and stay with YvungRose because its the one with all the views since thats the one it shows in distrokid but yeah please help me fast.

Horrible customer service

I paid twice for a subscription. When registering my account, I accidentally misspelled my email. I do not have access to that account. I need to change the email in order for me to login. I can not get in touch with anyone from customer support for this issue. Its ridiculous.

Refund

I thought I wouldn't be billed more than 3.33 dollars a month / 39.99 dollars annually. But now I can see that I have been billed 99 dollars + 40 dollars and 22.99 dollars. I would like to stay on the Musician Plus plan where I'm billed 39.99 dollars annually, but I don't understand why I have been bulled that much and would like a refund, with everything but the Musician Plus plan where I'm billed 39.99 dollars annually. Hope too get a refund on everything but the Musicians Plus package. Victor

I have already paid $7.95 for my extras fee subscription for the whole year

They are trying to charge me twice and won't send my album to the stores. They have a set price for a one time tee that pays for the whole yearly subscription and they are trying to charge me again upon release of my Str8t Soldier Album, I'm Steppin Up.Since I have already paid for this subscription. I don't think that I should be charged again for my extras.
