I had declined dvd of month. They sent anyway which then I have to waste my time calling to try to resend.

I have a transaction on my account and I contacted the other numbers they said they don't recognize it and they hung up on me

I had a transaction of 1796 on my account I contacted the customer service couldn't get through found another number and she said she didn't recognize my information.

I cannot make contact to cancel a bogus membership and void an invalid purchase invoice.

This company is horrific to contact. My problem started with this company last summer. I received an order of 4 video's, in a different person's name, but sent to my address here in NJ. The scam artist had somehow gotten my identity and credit card number off of my "secure" Amazon Prime Account. He billed it to my Amazon Credit Card. It took me forever to contact Amazon and Chase Card Services to nullify the bill. Today, January 11, 2022, I received an "Amount Past Due" $90.36, no merchandise, but my name and address has been used. This company Disney Movie Club is the worst company to try and resolve an issue.

I need to cancel my subscription

Can no longer afford to keep it due to economical family crisis and my household, we can't afford to keep getting the movies and paying the high prices sorry we just need to cancel our subscription please and thank you it's our wishes and our needs at this time.

I did not approve auto pay

This morning when i woke up ...i checked the balance in my bank acct. , well there's a $30 charge for the movie Jungle Cruise ... I know how the club works ... I could swear i declined the offer... but , apparently i missed it . i don't want the movie ! I tried calling and speaking to a representative...to no avail , because It's Saturday. I cannot believe there's no way to cancel this order... I will be cancelling my Disney acct. Unless the money is refunded ...and allow me to return Jungle Cruise. Sincerely, Brian Birks

Yall keep taking me money

Ive never opened any acoount with u damn people u send me movie i send them all back but for some damn reason u keep taking my money outta my bank .i called and called and called ..im telling u stop stealing my money for im proceeding to legal matters ..i dont want your movie i tired of putting return to sender on them ..and im tired of u taking 32.12 or more once twice a week outta my bank ..STOP STEALING MY MONEY ..
