Guy was nice

Almost impossible to contact you guys search forever and ever had to wait on emails and then a phone call. Finally absolutely no resolution to my problem tired of paying for something that I dont get and I have to wait for.

Why is so difficult to talk to a live person all these commands to a recording is useless waste of time

Its to bad that we cant talk to an actual person and have to listen to these recorded messages that take no where.

Naked and afraid complaint

To was trying to find out why I couldnt watch the last episode of Last one Standing. Instead of episode 11 my tv looped back to 10. I was told for $5.99 one time fee I could get an answer. Are you kidding me!!! It shouldnt cost anything to get an answer.

Episode wrong 1 on last one standing

Episode 1 played instead of Episode 9 of naked and afraid last one standing. That's just all I can say.

I cannot get any help. I didn’t want to cancel, but I have no choice

I removed my credit card information on my internet. We lost service. I cannot remember my passwords and have tried all that I know. I have repeated tried to get help and I cannot get any. Beyond frustrated, and yes I say that I was dealing with a department called Pissed customer. Ironic. I would love to reinstate my account but for the life of me, I dont know how.

We have not received our full order and this is ridiculous

We have ordered from your store online many many times and the fact that we have not got are full order is infuriating right

I need to talk to a representative and I can’t.

I am being charged a monthly charge on my credit card but havent had access to Discovery in over a year at least. And when I go into Discovery website I dont even see a place to sign in. There is a place where they want you to sign up for the Discovery channel but thats it. Very poor website design as far as Im concerned.

One of your cast members on naked in afraid, has killed a bald eagle, or national bird

Im very very upset at this preview of the last one standing from naked in afraid clearly the guy has killed a bald eagle, yellow feet, brown outer feathers and white feathers on the breast. This is a bald eagle and he killed it so he could eat. this is not entertainment. This is an insult to our country. The guy looks like an idiot holding up a bald eagle that he killed. Doesnt look good for you
