He was nice he didn’t know his job

I got done what I needed and he did an excellent job. He should be more customer service representatives like him friendly, and to the point and not give you the runaround he needs a raise.

Your outsourced employees don’t let you speak and can often become annoyed with me when I try and speak.

Each time I speak to customer service I can never get a full answer. I consider myself a bright person but there is only so much you can take before becoming angry. They never fully answer questions and they leave you wondering what the heck happened. Because of the conversation I just had with your employee Ive decided not to continue with Direct TV when I move into my new home.

I am done with not getting my Fox News channels. Enough already! They have strung this disagreement out long enough.

I had DIRECTV for several years when ATT purchased them. When I went in to get a new receiver, I was conned into changing to ATT and lied to about the service, monthly chargesevery aspect of their contract! Couldnt talk to anybody, couldnt get any satisfaction, just kept getting strung along. Now this dispute has deleted channels I use every day. VERY disgusted!!

Lied to me from beginning

Was told I would get a 300. Visa card. Never got & got the run around until The Att reward part said it was too late to issue one.

Lack of effective customer service

Ive told my story 4 times tonight, & 6+ times 2 days. Look up my account -909 609-****. Im not repeating again. C.S. Says 24/7 service- Ive had the run around to 5 different places & numbers- including an RV repair mechanic- only to be told that CS is closed. Call tomorrow. *****

Can’t access website to pay my bill

This exercise occurs every month recently. It used to be if I hit the make payment button it would take me to my account and Id pay the bill. That access apparently has been disconnected. Sometime back you made me change my password which I have forgotten and now I want to get in but cant. Help!!!

No notice of taking local channel off the air!!! Shame on you. We pay extra for local channels!!!!!

We pay extra for local channels!!! You have removed one of my favorite local channels! Please!!! We must write 100 symbols to get this complaint thru to the rest of the people? What a sneaky corrupt way to not listen to your critics! I hope you get the reaction you are not expecting to receive. Most people will not take your time up !

Resolved: I wish there’s a warning a bill ahead whenever the current price package will change. It’s always aggravating when you open a bill and find it much higher than the last due to an expired promotion.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with discount on future orders.

When promotions expire, it would avoid much aggravation if there was a notice for 1-2 bill prior that this will be coming. Currently it is a bait and switch tactic that is very disturbing for consumer relations and satisfaction.

DirecTV deleted the chat logs that proved I was to receive a free tech visit.

A storm damaged my dish. I chatted with DirecTV to schedule a tech visit. I was told multiple times that the tech visit would be free of charge. The tech came and fixed the issue. But a few days ago, I see a $99 charge for the tech visit. I contact them and explain I was told it would be free. The proof I had was a copy of the transcript when I set up the visit. It shows what was discussed, and it also shows the chat rep telling me the visit would be free multiple times. Yesterday they even looked up the chat transcript and confirmed it on their end. But today, they say that the chat transcript has vanished from their system. Even though I have a copy of the transcript, they claim it's not in their system, so I will have to pay the $99. My mind is blown because this is a blatant scam. Get this, they actually have the transcripts from other interaction's, but somehow the one I need has vanished.

New TV guide sucks

Your a bunch of idiots at att directv. AT&T has ruined everything about directv. With this new guide they should be paying me to watch and use their crap. One more wrong move and I might as well go with the *** local tv spectrum. It’s a lot cheaper and you get the same crap AT&T has brought to directv. Thanks you morans.

New guide disaster!

This is company is a daily ad for other tv companies! Why would you change your guide so that the background and small writing make it almost impossible to read! If I didn’t know the channel numbers by heart, I certainly wouldn’t know what I wanted because you cannot tell, and when you select something you still don’t know what you have chosen, ID channel, Lifetime etc, because it does not say anything to let you know what channel it is other than the number! Someone should be fired over this!! Also we are still getting audio, video, and slow remote problems!! 2 months ago when called about the first two things the said they knew about this, as they were working on fixing the problem, after letting me explain the problem for 20 mins,! The remote is a recent problem since the guide change. Changing to cable!!

What happened to MeTV?

Direct Tv has lost MeTV. It is available on our local cable provider, I don't understand why they lost it. I asked them about it and they didn't get back to me. MeTV was an enjoyable channel with lots of classic shows. I would like Direct Tv to reinstate the channel. Does anyone else like the channel? If so, please let them know. the more people that contact them, the better the chance that they will do something. this probably comes down to cost, like anything else, but if the cable provider can offer it, I would expect Direct Tv to offer it as well.

There IS power in numbers. Bombard, innundate Ms. Filipiak's office with your concerns and complaints. If there are as many as I believe there are, they will not be able to ignore them. Additionally, I urge you to contact your Better Business Bureau (again, if they get enough complaints, they CAN do something about it) and contact your County Consumer Affairs office (contact name and address can be found on your local County website). Stop these people from stealing our money and providing abominable service.
