Corkscrew vine was received dead..

It appears that even though all the info for my order was available. This company chose to just ignore my request for them to please just send me a living corkscrew plant.

Yup I got screwed...the one plant I wanted was dead on arrival, but the free stuff I didn't want was fine.. They just can't be bothered to make my purchase right,and ignored my request.. I didn.t ask for money, etc... I just want a living plant to enjoy..

Pretty sad to charge that much for a dead plant.. I just don't understand , they didn't even have the guts to respond to my request.. oh but they sent me a sales email..

they want me to but more dead things...SUPRISE! Ummmm *** NO!!!

My corkscrew vine was DOA...I have tried to revive it and there's been no results other than the vine crumbled to dust. Please can we fix this issue? I have a great pot ready n empty, it looks sad. PLEASE HELP ME ..IT WAS TRICKY JUST FINDING A COMPANY THAT STILL HAD THESE, THEY'RE ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES. THANKS, DEBBIE TAYLOR

Bought a climbing shade tolerant rose bush from the house of Wesley last spring and this year its dead.Any warranty?

Bad customer service and product quality.

I contacted your service department about several plants I purchased not growing. Was told to send original invoice shipping label to receive replacements. It has been nearly a year without any updates. When I called the customer service department to inquire about it they hung up on me 3 times. If I don't get a response to this then I'll be contacting the BBB. Thanks, former customer.

For a full refund

I never got a response of any kind from this company. Im out over $50 and am very frustrated. Its next to impossible to get through to customer service.

I have not received the remainder of my order

my free Glads,Polar night Rhododendron, and my Pear of the earth never came I would like the remainder of my order.The plants that came are doing well.

Hard to place order

Had too many problems trying to order so cancelled. Got a text to finish my order so tried agin.did finally get the order approved. Then went and reviewed the order.It said 1item for1 one quantity . When I originally placed the order it was for 4 bushes at this special price. Not happy with this but not going to cancel but will never use you again

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY EVER!

Absolute WORST COMPANY I've ever dealt with. They shipped dead plants to me, then after contacting them by email directed me to plant those dead plants and if they didn't grow in 6 weeks to send back with original shipping label. Did as directed, but dead plants don't grow. After required 6 weeks, followed their rules and requested replacements. After 3 more emails asking where my replacements were they reply with will be shipped SPRING 2022 DON'T BUY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY!! Called and they even had wrong plants to be replaced even though I had specified what I needed in letter I sent with original shipping label. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!

Poor results

bought 2 polygonum aubertii. very poor size of plants. only one is still alive and is 3" tall.not doing wellat all. ive been gardening for over 50 yrs. you people should try harder. wont be ordering again !!

Appalled

Do not buy from this company. My credit card was charged the day I placed my order on May 8. I sent an email asking for my order to be cancelled. Today is June 30. No one has responded to my email. Shipment arrived today. Everything is very poorly packaged and DOA.

Dead weeping tree rose -cannot get through on always busy line

I purchased a pink weeping tree rose last year. I planted it according to directions and watered it faithfully. I called once and got through to someone who said if it was still green under the outer bark that it was OK and it was so I have waited. However this summer I was sitting out weeding in that particular hill and apparently leaned over too hard and the entire stick that comes out of the ground and broke off. It is totally dead I would like this replaced if at all possible. But cant get through on the phone line because its busy at. I have called multiple times during the day and it doesnt seem to matter

Customer Service telephone number is ALWAYS busy.

Placed order 5/1/21. Have been trying to get shipping status for about 4 weeks now. The three CS telephone numbers are always busy. No ability to leave a message.... very frustrating.

The House of Wesley finally sent my order too late for spring planting and they were dead! (have pictures of the plants and the damaged containers.) I have returned the dead plants to House of Wesley along with a letter and asked that they refund my money.

I have not gotten a refund or any contact from that company. I have a copy of the letter as well as the receipt from the Post Office.

I tried this "new" company after I received their catalogue and I was excited about getting the two plants that I decided on. I sent a check for the amount owed but this is June1, 2021 and I have not seen any plants nor gotten any mail from the company. I'm so disappointed because the new plants looked beautiful and would add so much to my beds.
