Changing crossing

I took a journey oit with direct ferries when in Spain I could not use my own Internet as I did not have it . I used an person to use her e-mail address as again I had none..the journey was booked on 11 September ok, everything was fine. I had to go home for personal reasons. I could not get hold of first ferries and was told that they were not obtainable and also they were not going again until 7th Sept, no good for me.i had to order another ferry straight away that cost me £266.00 and came home. I had taken out the insurance when I booked with direct ferries but could not contact them. I have been doing this journey for years with DfDS and never had any problems with then. They have ferries going every day, I am most discussed with direct ferries, so what will direct ferries say about this. I wonder?

No contact at all possible with Customer service

I have sent now 3 mails in the last weeks but no response I have tried to call the customers service but voicemail I have a mail of your company confirming That we would get reimbursed 270,54. This is our booking number DFPC16144**** Please tell is what to do to get in contact with your company

Horrible business and no customer service

we booked on July 12 and today they told this is a 3rd party company and they cant help us. we cant even call them to resolve.

Dubble booking and payed for and no conformation

No one to reach out to. No reaction on mail, only to review. Review what? Nothing! We payed twice to take the ferrie, bbt both times we did not get a confirmation. We tryed to call, but only online possible. We are foreigners, trying to get a boat to Norway.

Dere har trekt penger fra kontoen min og jeg har ikke fått billett

Direkte ferger tok penger for billetter, men jeg fikk ikke billetter, og det er umulig å komme i kontakt med kundeservice, for å få en forklaring og for å få beskjed om når pengene kommer tilbake, nå i 2023 så finnes det dataprogrammer som kun trekker penger når billeter blir bekreftet , dere trenger ikke reservere penger før dere vet om det er mulig å gi oss i billetter

Impossible to reach customer service

Made a mistake in the date of my booking and booked for the next day. I suspect the website purposefully leads to confusion by showing the dates in tiny characters. Tried to call to see if possible to change, the message on the hotline says no help available via phone any more, please send email. My trip was in 3 hours so not an option. Lost my ticket.

Cannot change my email address

I tried to change my booking from 6 August to 10 August, however, I put the wrong email address in, no matter how hard I try I cannot change it, I have asked customer service for help but I keep getting the GDPR procedure put too me, apart from one representative who gave me a link that offered me to change the booking but it lasted an hour, which I missed because of a hospital appointment. So to change the incorrect email (noobby@***.co.uk) to nobby@***.co.uk the correct one I could change the booking, but the site will let me try change the booking, however, the site cannot send a confirmation because the email is incorrect, the booking number is DFP16265****, the passenger named is my friend Mr John Ayling, he is taking my dogs back in my car for me, I paid, booked it but no one is willing to help me. The only option I have is to cancel the booking, but that cost money, so please help Kind regards Michael Clark

Annulation

We wanted to annulate our boot because we took the boot 2 days earlyer. We paid for de boot two times. Annulation of the boot was nog possible on the account of color line. They didn 't react anyway. So i stil paid for two times.

Reimbursement

I made wrong order. I realized that instead of 2 children tickets I got 2 infant tickets. I canceled it wright away thinking to get correct ones. I was charged immediately and was let know that I am getting 20 $ less for my mistake which is ridiculous. first of all it is very wrong to penalize person who made mistake and secondly let me know when will I get the refund. I am dissatisfied and will not use your site for any tickets now or ever in future

I have paid for the tickets & they are not on the system! The ticket office won't issue My tickets and this is super stressful thinking were not going to make the ferry!

Additional charge for vehicle change

Dear sirs, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint with your company concerning my booking management. I had to pay 165 for editing my car details in my account page yesterday (booking number DFP15669****). This is not what is expected by your policy (additional charge of 10 for any change in the booking). Please note that I've just edited my car model and plate and the car is smaller than the previous one. I would like to demand for a full refund of the amount, except for 10 service charge. I will seek legal action against you if we do not receive a response from you within seven (7) days for a satisfactory resolution of this complaint. Yours sincerely, Matteo Marciandi

They overcharge you

I booked a ferry from Turku to Stockholm with directferries. I then checked the ferry website (for updates) and learnt that the ferry should cost almost HALF of what I had to pay with directferries. For context, I paid 100 with directferries when I shouldve paid just 57. Dont ever book with directferries its a scam Pictures: NOK and SEK have a very close exchange rate. Literally paid double for nothing!

First i have bought 1 ticket and it was cancelled then I have bought ticket and get confirmation letter that everything is ok.Thank you for booking through Direct Ferries Direct Ferries Reference Number: DFP15910**** Tallink Silja Reference Number: 6888**** When my husband come to ferry they said it is cancelled and they have to buy another ticket so, how can it could be? Do you return money??? Why i dot a letter with confirmation but in the program it was cancelled? But i dont get a letter for cancelled. I dont understand anything. I want to get money back. Because i have paid for 3 tickets, 2 were canceled and only 3rd were correct. 86758**** my number i dont know how edit another number i have made a mistake.

Although I had a flexible ticket they didn’t accept to amend my booking

I have amended my ticket for later departure and I have been informed after 13 hours , too late , that my ticket departure hasnt been changed. I did not have enough tome to get to the ferry in time so I was forced to buy a new ticket departure with P&O to get on time to the Ferry
