Missing reward
I appreciate how courteous, helpful and professional the customer service representative was. He tried several ways to identify my transaction without success. He then had me forward the restaurant's order confirmation. The points were shortly added to my account.

Unable to open my Outback app
No help whatsoever I am really pissed The dine web site is awful. I can never access it. It's a waste of time.

Missing points
Was unable to log missing points as I could not fine the location in the drop down menu. I also had used a bonus gift card as well as a credit card and did not know how to get credit for my points.

I forgot to tell them waitress today that we were a rewards member. The app would not let me submit my receipt information tonight.

Amy customer service is the worst
I already had bad experience with Outback but Amy from customer service call center made it worst by telling us what to do and not even apologize for the incident and top of that, she refused to hang up the phone so I can rate her service. Really poor customer service

I was not told on 3/31/ 23 that I had available rewards after giving my phone number and received an email that my rewards expired on4/23 before I used them.

No whereas good as what it was before, now just more BS and jumping through hoops for so very little reward. Not to mention, food is going down hill.

New rewards are terrible
Don't go to any of these restaurants hardly anymore, post covid the portions were much smaller, prices went up and the new Rewards program is absolutely terrible...especially compared to the previous. A $5 off coupon after multiple visits is not enticing. Why bother having a rewards program?

You used to be able to spend $80 in 4 visits (spend $20 each visit) and get up to $20 off the next visit. Now you have to spend $70 to earn $5?! And it expires so quickly. Not worth it anymore. Prices went up and the rewards are a joke now. Their excuse is it was too difficult to earn the $20 off, so they made it easier. No, just admit its corporate greed. I used to love Outback and would go once a month. Not anymore. I'll figure out the recipe for the bloom sauce and the ranch and be happy eating at home.

They will not credit my purchase despite many attempts by e-mail, phone and website. Worst customer service ever!

Hi. I can not log in. It says my phone number (717-940-****) does not exist. It does and it has for years. I was in Outback, North Pointe Dr, Lancaster PA Sunday 2/19/23 and spent $80.00. I spent another $16.41 at lunch Monday 2/20/23. I was told by the server I was close to getting $5.00. Please tell me what to do so I can see my account. Thank you. Not worth it
It used take almost half the total off, now it's just $5. Ohh that such a savings! *sarcasm* it's just not worth it any more. And it expires! I'd have to go Outback or Carrabba's just about other day to make it worth it. Oh well, it was a good run.
