My Digitech trio plus band looper will only flash Amber trying to reset it

My Digitech trio plus band creator looper is not working it powers up and blinks. Only Amber and I have been unable to reset it. Please explain to me how to straighten this problem out.

Zero customer service

I have a Jam Man Stereo which was purchased a while back and is a great looper. A couple of weeks ago it just stopped outputting sound. The unit works but does not have any output. I wanted to find out if I could do anything to fix it myself or do I have to send it somewhere to repair. So far I have not received an answer at all after numerous calls and emials. The experience is very frustrating. If anyone has an answer, please let me know. Thank you.

Received notice that my subscription for service was to expire march 22 and my account would get charged $199 I don't even know who they are they said if i did not call them which i did not they are crooked scammers nothing has happened as of now

Can't get the Trio+ to learn chord progression after erasing loop

My brother ordered a Trio+ plus from Amazon for me, arrived 3 days ago. First 2 days have no problem, till I followed the quick start guide 10 to erase the loop today, the LED armed with flashing red light, but the light won't stop blinking to learn when I teach it a chord progression. How do I get the Trio+ to learn a chord progression after erasing a loop? How do I properly reset to factory setting, would it solve the problem? How you turn the Trio+ on/off? Thank you very much for your assistance.

They emailed a notice that they will be automatically renewing my subscription and charging me $389.99. Never subscribed to them. Called them and they wanted access to my computer so I can cancel my subscription. *** no. I told them if they charge me I am reporting them to the police and will take legal action. Unreal! Dear customer, Thanks for using DigiTech solutions, we have sent you this email to remind you that your subscription will expire on 05/02/2021. it will be renewed automatically on 06/02/2021. your debit balance of $389.99 will reflect in your account after 48 hrs.

Tried to scam me with a fake invoice.

I received a fake invoice, don't let them have control of your computer, Read.. and they speak poor English. They wal you through a process which seem real don't fall for it. It's all a scam. I hope you read this before you call them...

Trying to charge for a service never signed up for.

Received an email indicating Digitech had charged $399.99 to my account. The problem, I never signed up for the service and created no account with them. . When I called to get more information and cancel any charges they were trying to apply, they insisted that I must be in front of my computer before they would send me a cancellation form. When I requested they send the form to the same email address they used to notify me, I was told it was not possible. To me that did not make any sense. If the charge notice could be sent to the email address why not the cancellation form. I believe this is a scam. I ended the call after telling them I would take legal action.

Broken ex-7 concentric pot

Hello My digitech ex-7 has been one of my go-to pedals for a couple of years and one of the concentric pots stopped working, so I can't adjust the volume level of the pedal anymore. I was wondering if it was possible to buy a new pot from you guys or if you guys could tell me where to buy a replacement pot. Best, Patrick.

Bad business

We signed up with them although they didn't disclose that the machines were leased not rented and then they were unable to set up our GC provider as we have assigned account numbers this was Dec and they continue to take money from our account monthly what a scam we had made it quite clear we deal with givex if you are unable to fulfill then cancel don't continue to rip off small businesses
