Order not arrived

I ordered some shoes from you. I have been watching the tracking - the link says that they were delivered 8 days ago. They were not. The delivery pin on the map is at the other end of the country from me. Please can you look into this for me? Thanks

Customer service

Called and spoke to a representative regarding a store issue and she was . WONDERFUL considering I was calling to report a bad experience. 10/10 for the CSR who helped out

Not happy

went to store with not alot of time but ample. The two cashiers that were working ended up having issues with both their current shoppers so line got really long finally another associate came to front and opened drawer one or the first one closest to the door. I paid for item and was now on *** of being late to practice so I just took my change wadded it up in receipt and left once I got my son to practice while sitting waiting I pulled receipt and change out only to realize that instead of the 33.80 that was due I recieved 13.80 so I called asked to speak with manager and asked if when she closed drawer to call me as it should be $20 over well she never called so I called this morning and she had associate tell me drawer wasnt over well I know that there is no way that it wasnt. I realize that these young people cant cou t change even when it is on register because it happens alot either you get back over or under . I usually always count because of this , but because I was late I didnt . I know without a doubt drawer had to be over unless they had given change that was over to someone else. And either way manager should have called me back last night. Will not be going back to this location.

Never received product always received all my other packages this is the first I was out of town so Im not sure what happened

I finally received our order but was very late. I assumed I would atleast get a discount or gift card but did not.

I never received my order that I put in on the 22 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas or I would be refunded. Its 5 days later and still havent received it. Company only offered to refund shipping so yes Im very pissed.

Credit card charge

I have been double charged on my credit card for a purchase at *** sporting goods in Bangor, Maine on October 12. Unable to reach anyone to help with this. The online chat person was very nice and limited to what they could do. Problem not fixed so I will need to contact my credit card company for an investigation

GT bike pedal damaged within 3 months | Order 104********

I purchased a GT bike from Dick's 3 months ago, and one of the pedal has already got damaged. This is not what I expect from a $650 bike. I have hardly used the bike within this time. They was unable to help or give me an answer they blame my bank and my bank says its *** sporting good so I guess Im out $31 dollars so I hope some one enjoys it

The worst customer service I've ever witnessed!

The *** by my house is actually gigantic. They have a lot of different types of sporting equipment available and a ton of space to display it. With that said, when I went in the other day, I couldn't find what I was looking for (they don't have any signs for each department, so you have to walk around to find the section you're looking for) Trying to find an employee was not as difficult as they actually hace a decent amount of employees just kinda walking around, however everytime I went to ask someone a question they would just walk away! I ended up finding what I was looking for by myself. EVERYTHING in *** is SO over priced! I was looking for a pool noodle and I kid you not, $80! Taking my very over priced item to the register, they only had 1/9 check outs open and there was no one at the open register. I saw an employee at one of the non open registers and asked if anyone was checking on 1 (the one open with the light on) and the employee looked up and over to the empty register and said "yeah, probably" and continued what he was doing. I was so turned off by this! There was a line behind me! Eventually someone came to help but this experience sat with me for a while. I felt completely invisible! That purchase felt so terrible I ended up returning it and vowed never to go back. ""Yeah, probably..." I just can't! Sorry *** you lost a customer in me.

Paying 4000 for employee abortions

I absolutely will take my 3 athletic children 2 of which will be playing college sports to another retailer. The USA needs more children NOT less. Good Lord get your priorities in order. Longtime customer no more Toni
