Complaint against employees

I went to the dickeys on Tyrone in st petet fla..I made a purchase and the guy wouldn't wash hus hands ..and I said I didn't want that because he didn't wash his hand ..he told me if I didn't like it ..I can do some place else..which I did..

Over charge

I order a bogo combo buy one get one free 2 sandwich meal I put code in and it showed me 13 plus change so I checked out picked my food up my husband and I ate checked my emails and it charged me 27.00 plus I know I put the code in

Seriously concerned

Odessa tx 530 pm Aug 10th university Blvd Street. A heavy set mam handling my food was sweating severe. Pouring sweat while making my order. My order was 35 dollars and I didn't want to be rude so I didn't say anything. I couldn't eat it. I can't risk me and my family catching an infection. It's serious like hep b can be passed. Either way I love the food and service but that is a concern for everyone's safety

Paid over $100 and didn’t get nearly what I paid for.

I ordered an XL combo pack. It is supposed to feed a cat six people. It is supposed to come with four large sides. I got all very small sides maybe an inch tall, not enough to feed more than one or two people at most. I also was supposed to get Texas toast which is dairy free. This is safe for my anaphylactic allergic to milk daughter. Instead, I received some sort of rolls that I have no idea whether they are safe or not so she was not able to eat those either. Then I ordered separately one of the kickin come back pork sandwiches. Which is over a $10 sandwich. Instead, I got a plain pulled pork sandwich, which I would not have ordered because I got pulled pork as part of my big combo meal. Very disappointed in our order overall. I have called and left several messages and gotten no response.

Bad customer service

Absolutely ridiculous ordering online ordering. Placed a big order, put my gift card, promo code and debit card in only for my order not to be placed, but all money taken off my gift card. Store said there was nothing they could do and not trained for that. So disappointed

The food is inferior they don't have a catering vehicle and the owner is a Hindu that lies and cheats

I worked for Dickies barbecue in Waynesville NC and the owner refuses to pay me the 28hrs he owes me if I don't get payed I will put out bad review after bad

Coupon code not working

Dickeys has been sending me coupon codes for a while now. But every time I try to use it, they dont work. So why is the company sending faulty coupon codes? Dont think that its a good business tactic to send codes to loyal customers that dont work. Also the customer service is non existent. Dont think Ill be eating at dickeys any time soon.

Complaint against manager

The store was unable to serve customers until 45 minutes after posted opening. Staff yelled at me for inquiring how much longer it would be and manager laughed it off in a sparky VM. How does corporate still allow Eagan MN to have a franchise with such horrible customer service??? WHO YELLS AT THEIR CUSTOMERS???

Because. I were charged to much for my order in little Rock Arkansas, on Rodney Parham

The cashier over charged me for my meal. Because he said that the machine chargers $2.00 for using a credit card. I never heard of a restaurant charging to use a credit card.My meal were $12.50 but on the receipt it showed 14 something and 60 cent for something and my total 15 something. Plus I got a senior citizen discount. Help me figure this out

Corporate overlook

I personally have worked for 2 different dickeys franchises and the corporate side of them is absolutely useless. The past month they have been sending our store fermented sauces fresh off the truck on multiple occasions with the expiration dates smudged out, incorrect sizes for lids and bags stuff the owner has told them about many times. They always say they are gonna do something or fix the problem but a rep hasnt even set foot in the store in over a year. You think for a multi million dollar company they would maybe invest in the resources for their front line but they unfortunately only care about their profits not customers or workers.

Food was bad

This was my first visit to this location I recently moved to this area first thing the okra was so salty I could not eat it then I found a hair in my brisket never going back and I should be refunded...there food was gross and then the hair...they have lost my business for good not a very good first impression.

Resolved: Manager is not a woman of her word!!!!!!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. This has been resolved.

Corporate contacted me about the issue, and an apology was given for the manager's mistreatment of me.

I was also given a full refund of the order; even though I continued to only request the brisket to be replaced; corporate felt it best to refund my order; as they want me to remain a customer. I feel vindicated & have been made whole.

My Experience at Dickey's Barbecue Pit!!! Backstory: On Friday, April 28, 2023, I went into this establishment to buy dinner for my family. As I walked inside, I noticed that they were having a grand opening for their new restaurant. When it was my turn to order, I ordered (2) XL Barbecue Packs. This came with (3) meats, (4) sides, and (8) Texas toast for each XL pack. This order consisted of sliced brisket, sliced chicken, smoked sausage and the (4) sides and the (8) pieces of Texas toast for one XL. And the other XL consisted of: sliced brisket, barbecue ribs, and Pulled Pork with the (4) sides and (8) pieces of toast. The total order came up to $187.18. After buying the food, I then went home to feed my family. Once I arrived home and begin serving this meal to my family, I noticed that the brisket had so much fat on it. It had more fat on it than it was meat. And the little meat that was on the brisket was so tough; I felt like a cow chewing cud. The meat was very tough to eat and to digest, and we ended up spitting out the meat. I did notify the establishment of my order within hours and spoke to a manager by the name of Melissa. As she stated to me that she would make the order right and will replace my brisket as that was the only thing that was wrong in the order. She began apologizing for the meat being tough and for being so fatty and told me that they had a new smoke, and they were trying it out and they were experimenting on trying to get the right temperature. She even thanked me on the phone for being patient with them, and asked me to come in when I had time to pick up the replacement. She asked me for my name and my number and said that she will put a note in the file that I will be coming in within the next few days to pick up the sliced brisket. This brings me up to today 05/02/2023: I went in this evening after work to pick up the sliced brisket that was messed up in my order from Friday as was instructed by Ms. Melissa, and this same woman did not honor her word, and tried to make me feel as though I was stealing from them even though I spent nearly $200 worth of food a few days prior. She went on to try to make a spectacle of the whole situation and asked me why didnt I bring the spit out food back to the restaurant so that she can mark it off her order as food wasted; so that she can get her money back I guess from taxes whatever. I asked her who does that? Who keeps food like that around for (3) days? She couldnt give me an answer so I told her since she was not going to give me my order that she promised to make right, that I was never coming back to this establishment again ever and I will not refer this establishment to anybody. This is why I said do not eat here as they do not honor their word. Im from Texas and they do not have food like this down there. Totally disgusted. Next time I will eat at Gigis or Adams ribs.

Vomited pig guts hidden in my plate

Extremely Rude African American male and Hispanic Male cook. The BM has the nastiest attitude for no reason. My regular place was closed so I decided to try Dickies since they bombard me with emails. Got there link didn't work, it's ok ordered anyway and when I went to pay , I put no tip because I paid by card and wanted to tip ones in cash so the employees get it. After I pushed no tip the BM said something slick under his breath, I said excuse me? Incredulous that he'd be so blatantly rude. So I kept my singles. Then as I waited for my food which was cold , he went over to the HM who had already started chopping my brisket, so I didn't know why it was taking so long . When I went back to sit is when he put an entire long anus/ intestine under the brisket. I also requested lemonade twice and he put iced tea on the receipt but gave me ice water instead. I placed my order to go and when I started eating my food it was cold, ok no problem, I started eating the brisket and bit into the pig guts anus intestines. I threw it up and grabbed my drink which was all water and filled with ice. I vlog my food on YouTube so this plate was very important to me. I made an online complaint and haven't heard from Dickies. Called the store no answer and or no manager to help. Called again and left a message and still waiting for a call back. I also requested chicken wings and got sliced chicken breast instead and no barbecue sauce... From a barbecue restaurant? Beans were cold and inedible. I paid $17.00 for french fries during lunch hour. Fries were the only thing I could eat, I threw the entire white styrofoam box in the trash the fries came in a separate bag and the baggie was only half full. It's ok because I was so pissed I only ate a few and tossed those as well. My appetite was spoiled for 2 days. Stay away from the Los Angeles, CA location. Sadistic miserable employees. The female who greeted me was nice but went on break while the 2 males f#cked up my order on purpose. The intestines weren't chopped so it wasn't a mistake. I asked for lemonade twice...all this over a tip?! That I was trying to give in CASH! I used to work for tips and be a hostess at a restaurant, so I tip generously. If they hate people or are broke, maybe get another job . I read the horrible reviews prior but still decided to give them a try since they are pretty new in the area and always empty with no line. Guarantee this place will be out of business soon, meanwhile the other restaurants in this food Hall are packed and busy with happy smiling customers. It takes a lot for me to write a review or call corporate, this experience with everything being bad is not going to be taken lightly. I'm so disgusted and I feel violated because for all I know they could have spit in my food too. Despite the BM rude behavior, I was still chipper and happy and had no idea they'd sabotage my plate. This makes me want to cook all of my food at home .

Took my online order and my money but the restaurant was CLOSED

I put an order in on Sunday evening (3-5-2023) for delivery they charged my card took my money and the restaurant was closed. Two minutes before my order was to be delivered I received a crazy text from a California number ( I live in Florida) saying my order had been modified or cancelled to please reach out to the restaurant for more information. I called the store and it says the number I dialed was out of service?? So I got in my car and drove down to the restaurant only to see that it was completely CLOSED. I tried calling every number there was from the restaurant to the customer care number. The customer care number just keeps playing a message saying they are closed at that time. I waited until the next day when they said they would be open but still same message were closed so now I am out of my money for the order and NEVER received my food?? I still cannot get an actual live person on the phone no matter what number I call. So I will NEVER again deal with this company. I have now called my credit card company and I am disputing the charge. So be very wary before you order from this restaurant unless youre actually inside the store looking at someone. Even then after this experience and still do not have my money back or my food I will NEVER step inside another Dickies again. Be careful I learned the hard way.

I ordered online from the Little Rock, AR location and it said as long as the order amount is over $35 then they would deliver it. An hour goes by and I NEVER get my order nor is the tracking option updated. I finally called the store only to be told that they are under staffed and cant deliver my order. I just want a refund! The associate at the store did NOT know how to issue a refund and was telling me to use the website or mobile app to cancel the order. There is no option to cancel the order. Basically I was charged nearly $50 plus tip for an order that I NEVER received. My information was taken and I was told that a manager would get back in touch with me. I want my money! I will NEVER order from this restaurant again. The service is *** poor and the guy answering the phone is unprofessional.
