Issues with a gun

I purchased a 300 blackout AR from Sportsman guide. I received the gun Friday took it to the range Saturday and issues started with the first round fired. It shoots kicks the brass n reloads a new round. After that it will not fire. I have to switch the safety from fire to safety then back to fire and it makes a clicking noise and then it will allow me to fire. After it's the same process

Horrible Place To Work

Used to work for Diamondback Barrels. I know what their about. They hire mainly kids who don't belong in the workplace. Most are not qualified to do the work. High turnover rate. Just google Diamondback Firearms reviews and you will read about alot of their guns not functioning properly and horrible customer service. You would think a firearms manufacturer would be on top of their game. They are not. Don't buy their guns, their junk.

A order I thought I had made

I had order a diamondback db 15 off the internet. Diamondback saved my butt !!! They informed me they didnt sale full firearms on the internet , it was a scam and please dont give them no financial information. Diamondback helped me find a dealer and once again saved me money. I have only good things to say about them and the way they do business.

Talk to rep

I have been trying to reach someone all day regarding a potential purchase of one of Diamondback's rifles. My efforts have been by phone, email, and your website massaging page. Nothing. Obviously, Diamondback doesn't need my money. Don't care about a new customer? Fine, I'll buy from another firearms company. Oh yeah, I'm going to tell all my gun buddies to steer clear of Diamondback Firearms because they have *** customer service.

Product information

Question one. I saw on a Gun blast Video you were making a 45 acp carbine. Have you any plans to make an 10.millimeter carbine. I had one made by Just Right. Also use glock mags I really liked the gun but it was very unreliable so I got rid of it and I hope someday some would come Out with one that works. 2nd question. Trying to choose between the DB10p and Daniel defense. Your DB10p Fits my budget better. My concerns are the loud noise and Flash. I'm in my late sixties and my ears are sort of ruined from working in the machine shop when I was a young man they already ring enough. Would I be better to look at doing something like that in the 6.5 creed more or going to a 16" barrel. I'm kind of partial to the 308 because it's availability. My basic interest in the gun would be self defense at home and if I had to bug out go to the woods I'd want something I could hunt with. I'm not interested in making 500 yd shots. And do I Order directly through you and you send to my dealer who does not stock your product Or search the Internet for the best price.

Lost instruction manual to db-15 rifle, and also have a question

I had two issues, the first one was a lost instruction manual but I found it. The second issue is the rear hellfighter pin. I found it difficult to operate like as in I was unable to operate it. I took it to a gun shop and the worker after looking at a video and struggling with it finally got the rear pin out. And then it was even more difficult to get it back in. My question would be is this supposed to be this difficult, is there something I'm not getting right about this rear pin, or could something not be right ?with it?i

Gun defective

I called Dback and they said they were going to send me a return label to send them the rifle for repair but I never received anything at all. Wow, customer service is out the window with this company. Companies like this makes it very hard to buy made America with their customer service. But, what can one do!!!

Jamming gun

Its jamming.... its putting a dent I N the brass shell.... Gather info on a used db380 I purchased

Just trying to find out info on when my db380 was made what generation I have etc the serial number is zf6382. If I could get details for this fire arm I would appreciate it. Also I have some confusion on ammo that can be used in the book it states that Sami/nato can be used from what I gather is +p is along the same 36000psi rating or am I all wrong. Do not want to replace defective parts.

DB9 gen 4 captured spring assembly. They know the assembly is defective ,but do not wish to replace unless I give up all the purchase information and send a copy of sales receipt. A fine case of Taurus quality assurance.

Am2 come in 10 round mags.

They make a firearm that I would like to purchase,but cannot because of it magazine capacity. This is according to New York. This affects their sales in a big way I want to purchase a gun that I never fired but would like, because I like the reviews on it.
