I never got to speak with anyone and my online conversation was ended without resolution. I miss the days of a live person customer service. Not all problems can be addressed by an automated service.

My package from BugMD never arrived.
I am still waiting on the "Free" delivery of my online purchase from BugMD.com after almost 2 weeks after payment by credit card. I have not heard anything from BugMD.com about my order delivery status.

Package not received you have made it basically impossible for anyone to contact a human being regarding problems with delivery. I will never use DHL again.
A package from DSL sent to me from Germany to the United States, never came here. When I checked the tracking number, it said that the quote package was ready for collection. However, I never received a notice that the package was here nor any place to pick it up. Also, when I went through the myriad of insane obstacles to try to find a real person to talk to, and asked for a tracking number of 10 digits when the one I have is a mixture of numbers and letters of 15. Anyway, this was my first experience and my last experience with DHL. Ill stick to UPS and FedEx.

Looking for my package #797-941-****
The carrier stated that they left the package When I checked the tracking it said the package has been delivered and signed for but it was left outside of the building. The date that was mentioned in the tracking for delivery was July 6, around 10 AM. The building was open for operation at 7:30 in the morning until 9 PM at night never received a package from the carrier. No one signed for it. this has caused a deficit in my business and has delayed me from. rendering services. to schedule clients packages self was close to $300.

my complaint is that I have a simple problem but there is no one in no way to fix it. the customer service representative told me she would not help me and the website is useless. All I got from these people is a big head ache and wasted more than 2 hours

The delivery man was b-pleasant, my concern was asking Google for direction to went to 4 different DHL sites that was closed & move
I received something that needed to be return. I asked Google for directions got 4 of your location drove to them DHL had closed & moved completely wasted valuable gas & time. Your Harford rd, hunt valley, Joppa rd Towson location all closed, in which my rating are regards to . I did get my package off w/ Mr Joe at ship / copy who save my sanity DHL need to have Google remove those sites for your potential new customers like myself.

Avoid like the plague
I was waiting for a parcel, still not delivered 10 days. I asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour who is always in during the day without success. I asked for it to be dropped at local drop off without success. I tried to ring but you get through to a machine. I tried live chat - waste of time. I now think DHL are WORSE than Hermes delivery. Disgusted I am going to cancel the order with Bolton Wanderers and get a refund. *** company, *** customer service

Extremely poor customer service
Always issues to pay invoices online. When you call customer service, they's send email to pay via wire transfer which is highly inconvenient. None of the DHL contact answer phones or respond to email. And when the invoice becomes overdue DHL consistently sends email threatening to suspend account.

Hello, We have send a shipment from Egypt on Apri 17 which contains a cookies wishing to catch our Muslims's Holidays. We received an sms indicates shipment will be delivered at our side by Friday April 21 unfortunately, our package still in Transit in Frankfurt Germany. Most probably cookies is ruin by now as we did not receive the package till now. Hopefully, no one touch the cookies with his hand as this related to Human health . So now we lost our goods amount plus shipping fees You must compensate us for all this. We are not really happy to lose our money and we are not the cause by any mean We do not know the reason of holding the shipment till our product got ruined This is really for ridiculous Even DHL did not send us a message to notify us with the last update Sorry to say that but this is not a professional service from Multinational companyi
