I ordered a water pipe from DHGate excited about the price and a low price vendor with a huge variety of products. As the months progressed i sadly started how tracking working and refunds or compensations I realized more then three months had already passed so I was burned letter emails even speaking with vendor. No one would try to help or anything. Last I checked in Shang HI with their tracking. They blamed pandemic for long wait time but not budging on regulations they created...realized I am in a kangaroo court I gave up on my searched product or $80 I got totally ripped off.

djehuty maatra IS NOT LONGER A PART OF DHEALTHSTORE.COM HE LEFT THE COMPANY IN 2015. THE PARTNERSHIP HE HAD ENDED. HIS HERBAL FORMULAS ARE NO LONGER USED AT THIS WEBSITE . HIS WEBSITE IS DJEHUTYMAATRAHERBS.COM. HIS PRODUCTS WORK! I PURCHASE SEVERAL PRODUCTS AND THE ALL DID WHAT THEY WERE MADE TO DO. HE IS ONE OF THE BEST HERBALIST I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS. I was POISONED BY DHEALTHSTORE
I WAS POISONED BY HIS HERBS AND SUFFERED SEVERE INFECTION AND SEVERE SWELLING. THE OWNER REFUSED TO HELP ME AND CREATED A VICIOUS FILTHY SEX SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST ME TO JUSTIFY MY ILLNESS. I WAS NEVER SICK UNTIL I TOOK DHEALTHSTORE HERBS

Waited 28 days an still no order...
I haven't received my order, no returned call, no returned email an no one is answering calls

I ordered a product April 13th 2018, I waited till April 23rd to check status, someone answered the phone to tell me to go to there site to look at the policy to wait 28 days. I called back for a refund and someone gave me a refund minus 5.85. On your site it says under the section of returns, cancellations and refunds 4. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns (orders that have left our facility and are in transit or have been delivered). This amount will be deducted from the refund amount. If My order was in Awaiting Fulfillment stage,this is not a stage were product has left!!!. You charged a 20 percent restocking fee me out of spite.

Crap Reviews
I think the majority of these reviews are false. What herbs do you know make peoples teeth fall out? Who in their right mind consumes what they think isn't activated charcoal even if it looks and smells different from what he is used to receiving. Why not say anything to Djehuty or his team? Where requests for refunds made? Any valid complaints made? I have ordered from this guy and company for years and they have always made best efforts to correct a mistake. So much so I usually got double what I ordered. Pissed off consumers on here probably part of the original partnership with Djehuty who tried to illegal use his formulas without compensation and credit where its due.

Bad experience and embarrassing
I had completed the full body detox about 2013/2014, I emailed him because on my last week I was getting all sorts of skin rashes that were black and other issues. The rashes were on my lips almost like eczema but worst, on my fingers and knuckles, behind my knees and arms. He said he did not know what they were but surely it was a result of the products. I had no choice but to throw away the other products I ordered due to the opposite of me doing a detox. Please be careful with the products. It was really a long time for the apparent allergens if we could call them that to go away. Needless to say people looked at me odd and questions of what the black rashes were and it was during winter time.

Why Djehuty's Customers Experienced Poor Service!
Djehuty has always had bad service even when we all worked at Dherbs because Djehuty hires people who are not like him or have his knowledge base and then puts them on the phone which is ***. Djehuty wack hires anybody who tells him they want to be a herbalist and this is where the poor service comes from. Now that he works almost by himself he's flourishing obviously. No bad reviews from anywhere including here. People should also know that he is no longer with Dhealthstore the business he had with his ex wife. He said he closed the stores in Glendale and on Crenshaw because his customers kept worshipping him when they would see him at his own stores working and that by having stores he kept needing employees and he said his employees were too *** and were getting paid to cause problems for him to clean up. He talked about his employees like a dog. he said he tried to give poor people a chance and they weren't like him and were only looking for a hand out. He called them all frauds. lol.

Never received items
I placed an order in May 2015. Here we are in August 2016 and I still have not received two items. I've emailed customer service numerous times and they said there was a huge back order. Well I waited patiently, and then decide to go on the website to find that they had switched to a new site. I reached out to customer again and they haven't responded. I sent another email today an d advise them that I was complaining to the better business bureau and pursuing legal action. The items are Calcium Extract - 2 oz. 112006 2 $5.40 Female Hormonal Body Cream 1 $6.74

He is a fraud I worked for his bussiness for years and everything he does is fake. Just as the products are as well. They are not 100% real herbs. He never has product made for customers to ship. He can't even pay his employees/on time He's a compulsive liar. He plays the role of being a spiritual person when in reality he's a joke. He really only cares about himself and he's just taking people's money with his lies. I hope the best for you guys to get your refunds. please share what I've told you with friends and family if they order & most importantly DO NOT ORDER!

What is going on?!
I made an order of $283 and my account was charged twice that amount! I have emailed, messaged, SMS, and have called a listed phone of DMHerbs at (323) 354-**** with no contact or reply!! Also, I have not gotten an order response stating when my products should/would be shipped and/or delivered as well! It's been 2 weeks and I don't have the products that I was overcharged for as well! I have even looked for a physical address to mail them but haven't found one! Please help me resolve this issue and send me my products that I ordered on June 25, 2016 as soon as possible. Evette Holloway.

Dhealthstore Unprofessional
I too purchased several hundred dollars of herbal products from Dhealthstore half off sale. I purchased these items in April 2016 during a half off sale. Today is July 17, 2016 which mean I not only have not received the order but out of all my calls and emails Dhealthstore has not responded. The one time I actually spoke to Dhealthstore one month had past. I was informed by a rep from Dhealthstore to go to Facebook to hear Djehuty from Djehuty why it takes so long to receive his products. There is no excuse from this negligence of almost twelve week "no products"and so I am going to have to call my bank and file a complaint to get my funds back from Dhealthstore. Your bank will go after Dhealthstore for this negligence and return the money to your account. Another thing that happen is that the three phone numbers and emails that was given to me by Dhealthstore because I have been ordering herbs for a long time now. The last time I tried to email them all three emails returned to my inbox as undeliverable. God awful customer service,
that simple! Avoid doing business here you are sure to be disappointed. You may even be lucky enough to be degraded and insulted after handing your $ over and having a voice about an issue. Need a refund? Pray to God that your hard earned $ is returned. Lost my support 100%... The owner does not care anyway he will just go on his rants about you on his social platforms.. The company's profit margin has to be profitable enough that DM can hire enough competent staff to deal with the business. It must be pure greed cause there is no reason to treat those that support(ed) you in this manner. I kept reading about this and I ignored, I had to learn the hard way. If you are doing your own research on this company please take heed at my review. It may not be your first time but at some point you too will experience one of the grievances posted by the customers on this website.
