Defective tool and Lowe's will not return

Dcf891 impact I just bought it 33days ago and something is broken inside of it or something I took it back to Lowes where I purchased it and they would not do a exchange or return because it had to be within a 30day period so im just out because off 3days and I need this impact to work with every day, but Lowes has an exclusion on its warranty, any black and decker tool has a 90 day warranty, now from my understanding B@D owns desalt and it even says on the website that desalt is umbrellaed under black and decker, and Lowes still wouldnt do anything to help me and looks like Dewalt isnt either, but Im not done yet, update later!

I bought a battery powered mower 2 years ago and the re-chargeable lithium batteries it came with are no longer holding a charge. They're a complete waste.

Dewalt fid not make any effort to resolve the issue.Even after reaching out to them multiple times got no response whatsoever.It’s just e very badly managed company.

Recall again Mitre saw 779 Filed first claim 10 weeks part never showed up. Filed second time , didnt receive it either 3. Claim not even answered anymore from customer service. Need to get rid of all Stanley/Dewalt crap. Is garbage anyway The quality drops constantly, its for diy er not for serious trades

Horrible Customer Service
Purchased their hammer tool is Nothing like description on package !!! Was putting up a wall , live part time in Michigan & part time in Tennessee. Has to postpone putting up wall & return to Michigan. When came back to Tennessee begin putting up wall, tried to use tool was totally useless did nothing claimed it wouldnt. Contacted Dewalt they want to Repair a brand new tool !!! Refuse to refund it , my garage is completely Dewalt , they are becoming Horrible!! Guess from now on I purchase Milwaukee Tools .

i have a 20 volt lithium battery for both my sawzall and drill. only used a few times since bought them. they will not charge. they both are almost brand new. not very happy with Dewalt products i talked to a lot of plumbers and said Dewalt use to be good product but going to Milwaukee because of battery issues. please call me as no one answers your customer service number. Thank you John Waterman.

My name is Tracy and i purchased your 12 inch Compound dual bevel miter saw and if i hadn't been wearing my safety glasses i would be blind if not dead right now, The blade guard some how caught the blade shot pieces everywhere, not only that it bottomed out an cut into the dang metal almost broke my dang finger, and last but not least the frame is freaking cracked, I've been a Dewalt Customer for almost 30 year's is this the type of equipment i can get use to ? Lawn mower stopped working after one season customer service ignored me after gathering information from me
I bought a Dewalt battery powered lawn mower last year thinking it would be a good product as I have a full collection of their power tools. I also thought it would be the environmentally responsible way to cut my grass. The machine was under powered and it wasnt unusually for the batteries to stop functioning before I finished an average sized yard. In the second season I could start the mower but stalled as soon as I tried to cut grass. I connected with customer service and they requested the machine details including pictures. I provided that to them and they stopped communicating with me. This has put me in a situation where I needed to buy a new machine. Pathetic service, and faulty product. I was once a huge fan of Dewalt products but I will never buy another one. Never buy Dewalt

I have a 9 W hour 40 a.m.P. Flex DeWalt battery that will not charge on the XR kit it came with.

Nearly $300 for two batteries that cannot charge on the charger that it said would charge them. I have a uncle who has the same charger same batteries no problems. It charges every other battery I have but not those. And I don't have another $300 for batteries or another $200 for a charger. so yes I am a slightly pissed consumer not to mention the amount of money I have spent on batteries and the kits that I bought ranging from $1300-$1800 in the last year and a half. Please help.
