Authentication Sappointment
scheduling an appointment for authentication of docs is very difficult. website only allows limited slots available and only gives 1 week of schedule in ALL LOCATIONS.

puro ipapa urgent dw yung confirmation hanggang sa dumating na ung sched wala parin confirmation para maipakita sa guard ung appointment 1 week na twagan walang improvement

I am Noor...just want to say n npaka unfair Po ng dfa d2 sa alimall. Nung ngprocess Po ako ng authentication ko hnd nmn ngsabi n staff n after lunch Po Ang releasing for authentication...kht delayed n yung claiming k ng documents ko for authentication at nkiusap sa guard nla ay hndi daw tlga pwede pmsok kc yung releasing daw after lunch..to think n maaga pa po n punta ko..sa iBang branch nmn ng dfa ngeentertain sla ng releasing as long as nsa proper pila ka

Very poor service
Passport appointment system sucks big time. PRevious appt canceled due to lockdown, was promised that a rescheduling email was going to be sent, but didn't get any. COuldn't reschedule in the system, and customer svc is non existent. Note that I already paid for my previous appt. So now I'm trying to set a new schedule, about to pay, but courier requires additional data points but there is no way to input needed data. So i tried again only to be told that i needed to cancel the previous appt before i can make a new one. Hello? no cancel button. Super sucky!

Everyday fully booked ang DFA ( if you check on line )pero may available slot para sa mga kakilala ng mga nagwowork sa loob ng DFA. A very bad situation .

I have an appointment on July 16, 2020 12nn, after paying my appointment, wala po dumating na email for my appointment form. Ilang beses na po ako tumawag sa costumer service, lagi nalang follow-up. Nasasayang po ang load.

Palpak passporting
DFA is very strict when it comes to requirements but their service is disappointing. I was told today that my application is suspended because one requirement is missing. It was determined later on that it was not scanned by the employee who took my photograph :(
