I purchas a matress unwrapped it placed on bed noticed the seam was ripped obviously a factory defect they won't replace matress will only give me a 100 dis out can you imagine that

Poor customer service.

I gave the company a second chance. I remember why I disliked them, dishonesty. I could have ordered my mattress direct (as the first "Denver Mattress" was unsatisfactory but I kept it just over a year, my misunderstanding) but I bought a Casper through DM, was told it would be delivered in 3 to 10 days as it was in the warehouse and now here I sit with no mattress and first payment due. Any other business I work with, first payment is due 30 days from receipt of product.

Need to speak to regional manager

Asked if there was anything that would clean stains from a mattress. Salesman told me Magic Erasure. Did not think it was a good idea since it contains bleach. Can anyone else help me with this issue?

The location in Selma TX.

I purchase my mattresses on 12/27. No has called me to keep me updated with my order. All this week I've tried several attempts to get in touch with the store, and it rings once or twice but no one answers. I understand they might be short-staffed, but not to answer my call at least once?!? This is the reason I reached to CS. But it seems the store is the one that has to handle everything, so at the end I don't know when is everything going to be delivered.

Dissatisfied

Most umcomfortable biggest POS mattress I habe ever slept on. Got sucked into the 90 dau returm thing. " Oh It will break in". The 1980s twin mattress I slept on throughout my childhood was more comfortable. Wife and I got the split mattresses and they are both crap. Nothing like what we sat on in the store. Theyve been *** from day one. $4000 and many bad nights sleep pissed away. I wouldnt give them to the homeless...no

Poor Customer service

I can't tell you about the mattress yet because it hasn't been delivered. the staff at the Amarillo Store is in great need of learning the the customer is the reason for their jobs and need to be treated with respect and urgency. We purchased two beds and had to wait for a week for one of them to arrive which is not too bad but it caused a delay in the the stores ability to deliver it on the day promised and now they say that I can't request a time for it to be delivered, they will call me and tell me when it is going to be delivered and I paid for the delivery. When, I asked for a certain delivery time, the customer service rep laughed and said oh, it doesn't work that way...Im paying full price for the mattresses, and the delivery and bought the protective covers so the warranty would be in effect...

Denver Mattress MadisonXL Quality issues

I purchased a Denver Mattress branded Madison XL queen size mattress at the Burlington Iowa store and within the six months that I've owned it and it has become unsupportive and the sides are not firm and sturdy as they were upon the purchasing of it. Now needs to be replaced as it is total junk and I'm couch sleeping. The store in which I bought it will not replace it nor offer a refund.

I was sold a soiled mattress

Denver mattress offered me a new mattress at a 40% discount, because it was returned by another costumer within 30 days of their initial purchase. Mattresses can only be returned if a protector pad is used. The mattress i was sold is clearly stained, soiled, lightly shredded, and heavily used. Clearly no protectant was used and it was ineligible for return, let alone resale. My receipt says I may exchange it for something else in the store. However, I deserve a full refund. They breached the terms by selling an obviously soiled, used mattress.

Porr quality mattres, poor customer service no help at all with replacing product under warranty

bought an adjustable bed about 2-3 years ago,have kept mattress cover on it, recently noticed musty smell, took mattress cover off, rusty looking splotches all over the mattress. top , bottom, down the sides, thought it was mold although no mold in my home, mattress has never been wet or damp. tested for mold, which was negative, was told could be adhesive from the mattress. I paid good money for this mattress , why would adhesive be coming up out of it. plus it smells, cant use it, was told not under warranty, called regional manage who was out , another person called me, left a number that was a private number cant reach any one about this issue. Very dissatisfied with this service and mattress, will never ever buy another Denver mattress product again. will be calling the better business bureau!!!!

Yes to Denver Mattress

Everything was completed in a very satisfactory time. We up graded in the mattress. We are getting a goodnight Sleep. Thanks for the help.

Don’t buy Madison mattress

We had our mattress a little over a year. It had begin to sag and have lumps. We are not sleepy good on this mattress. We went in to the Denver mattress in our town. We got brushed off. I would not recommend this to anyone. I have tried to leave a reply before. Receive no reply.

Stay away from air mattresses

We have a Mountainair adjustable mattress. There is no way to find any manuals or any information. There isn't even a Denver Mattress website. We have two bags on one side, middle and foot bag that keep deflating. And without a manual or any documentation, there is no way to figure out how to fix it.
