Urgent complaint

Poisoned potatoes. My mashed potatoes were filled with chard of white porcelain glass. Hurt my teeth and my stomach. Police report filed.

Complaint

I recently visited your store at 1670 US 181 Frontage Rd., Portland, TX 78374 with a phone number of 361-643-**** Food was absolutely horrible and a waste of money. Steak was mangled and tasted poorly and it was cooked well done when I ordered it to be medium. Vegetables were burnt, mashed potatoes were cold, and my salad had brown lettuce and old cucumbers. So very disappointed for the lack of quality in the food . Will not eat here again.

Dissatisfied customer

Why is it that everytime i decide to use Dennys i notice that they use a lot of butter, it is not good to cook/fry with so much butter. Today i had 2 eggs, hash brown, turkey bacon and two pancakes. The eggs, bacon, and hasbrown was in a sea of oil/butter, why is this? I think Dennys should cut back on the amount of butter/oil, its not healthy. Please consult your restaurants to limit the amount of butter/oil used this is not healthy. Thanks

Recognize great employees

I just wanted to say that I came to dennys in Castleton Not only did I have great Service I had great food as well My server Amy was one of the best i've ever had The manager on duty her name was Maria she was very Friendly and she greeted us upon arrival and seeded us I just wanted to say they did a phenomenal job. And I will be back again. Hats off to the cook as well

Unruly, disrespectful, condescending, inappropriate behavior and language

I visited the Dennys at 7660 International Dr. on Wednesday, August 2 encountered a woman at the counter that suggested I dont eat at the Dennys. She had been seated and no one even took her order for over 30 minutes. I explain to her that I was here to place a to go order, a man comes out from behind the counter a server and says to us look at me take a picture because this is what *** looks like in America I said to him that is so inappropriate and so rude that yes you could be the *** from America. Nobody else talks to customers that way manager came out and told him I need you to tone your attitude down. After that he told me if I didnt like it, I could leave, because he didnt have time to take my order anyway, at that point, I started walking out, he followed me out, saying all kind of obscenities in front of my grandkids, I was able to take a picture of him right before he was about to flip the bird to me

Disrespectful, inappropriate behavior in language, condescending rude

I visited your Dennys location at 7660 International Dr. on Wednesday, August 2 walked up to place an order to go. There was a woman there that was irate. She had been seated for over 30 minutes and no one took her order and the guy thats in this photograph came out and said if you dont like it its too bad look at me this is what *** looks like in America. I reply to him with that attitude youre absolutely right you are the face of *** after waiting in line for about 20 to 30 minutes he said he was not going to take my order and if I didnt like it I can get out of there theres other Dennys in Orlando. He followed me out, saying all kind of obscenities and inappropriate stuff in front of my grandkids . I went across the street to IHOP to place my order and they informed me that this happens on a regular basis with this guy in the photograph is the arm of the manager that told him that she needed him to stop what he was doing and bring it down a couple notches, but he just got worse . Followed me out of the restaurant, saying all kind of obscenities my grandkids were scared.

This was an order for take-out. The food was very over- priced, not prepared as requested, and was not even fully cooked! Our entire order was absolutely INEDIBLE! We were extremely disappointed. Called the manager who promised an immediate refund. Many phone calls, and ten days later...NO REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED! The food is not fit to eat, and Customer Service has been terrible from the minute the order was placed. If given the option, I'd rate Denny's all 0's. Instead, will never be back, not recommend them, and offer our public rating as written here. An unacceptable experience, indeed!

Customer service and place nasty

We went for breakfast only one cook place was nasty dirty top of table lamps full of dust blinds full of dust with dead flys on the bottom part of blinds food well potatoes where not cook well pancakes where hard food was nasty only two people attending customers ac was not working they had fans on tables terrible never will go here again

Worst experience ever

Just imagine the opposite of a great visit to a restaurant, that is what my kids and I received. It Could be horrible, it was. Never had worse service, food, etc ... Located in flying j off 65 south past mitcheville ky.

I brought my son and grandson to Denny's in North Carolina. We placed our order at 11:15 and was not served until 12:25. There were maybe 30 people in the restaurant. Lots of tables open.

BLEACHED POLO SHIRT

On Saturday 24th June I visited your restaurant (just off the I4 in Winter Gardens) along with my family. The food and service was as usual, excellent and if fact mine was the best of the entire holiday. Just before we left I visited the rest room. The mens toilet had just been cleaned as there was a mop & bucket partially holding the door open. There were no signs warning of the nature of the decontaminant. After washing my hands the end of my polo shirt touched the fluid on the work surface and bleached the colour out of it (see attached) The total cost of the shirt was 18GBP. Ignored by waitress for 90 minutes. Deming, NM.

I realize the kitchen can get behind. But I also realize the waitress should keep customers informed. During the 90 mins I was at my table she came by once to take my order. She never once asked if I or other customers needed anything, or inform us of the delay etc. I got mad, paid for my drink and left.Vannessa waitress.

Refund on order /complaint

This Dennys location is second to none. I originally had a complaint about an online order!, but when I returned I had a chance to speak with the manager. She not only Greeted me at the host stand she was aware of my situation, and resolved the concern with grace and top notch customer service. This is now my favorite Dennys and I look forward to dinning inn or taking food to go. Thank you Dennys st Augustine.

Unpleasant Environment and Worst Experience Ever

To Whom It May Concern: Good morning, my name is Matthew Taylor and the experience I have received here was absolutely uncomfortable, unpleasant, rushed, felt judged, and very uneasy. I walked into the restaurant at about Midnight, I am waiting for my flight and used Uber to get here. I have my luggage which is one suitcase, I was sat at the bar region. Right by the kitchen, I was told that I am unable to sit in a booth due to carpet cleaning going on. Which I found to be a little odd that every section was closed down due to it when normally it is done in sections to accommodate all needs for customers. Now my flight is taking off at 9:30am so I was looking to kill 2 to 3 hours of drinking coffee and munching on various foods. Now first off after I sat down people continuously were coming into the restaurant. Which each one was told they were unable to sit down due to the floors being cleaned. But a group of 6 called earlier and was told yes they can come in and they will have a table or booth, so they were upset when told that they had to leave when they basically called and made reservations. Then the manager came out yelling at them and everyone witnessed it. It was absolutely un-professional, rude, demeaning, and un called for, I do not like to see employees reprimanded in the insulting and aggressive manner Brittany E was spoke down to by the manager DAN.( I am still awaiting for the last name of the manager on duty at that time) It brought down the morale of all the customers experience and of the staff on duty. Also, to add the silverware was absolutely unsanitary and was disgusted to eat off it. Then the whole ordeal caused gossip to go on amongst customers waiting and staff and the environment in general. It caused extreme anxiety while I was eating as customers standing behind me waiting for a seat and waiting to go elsewhere. They should have sectioned off knowing this Denny's is busy at night. The company lost money and so did the owners of this location. Which what upsets me the most is me not being able to enjoy my meal in peace in a comfortable and welcoming environment. As well as Brittany E lost out on multiple tips which basic math, possibly $1300.00 in revenue to the company and $170.00 dollars minimum to the waitress or server, however you want to call the young. The manager came barging out of the restaurant doors to the outside 2 or three times during the time while he was here. It is now 2:30AM and the manager is not available yet again as I asked due to not being here this time. He went home and the restaurant has no acting manager is what I have been told. This established Denny's needs a hefty review based on reviews I have taken from locals here in the area while gossiping during my time here. This experience was the worst in my life ever being in a restaurant and unpleasant. Denny's using gestation crates

I would never of gone to Denny's if I knew of this horrific abuse keeping pigs in crates so small they can't move they crush their babies. They bite on the bars to try and get out they cant even stand no muscle...what is wrong with you people??? My heart is broken...sick to my stomach!!!
