YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM!!!!!

Just know that you cannot return anything!! You cannot get ahold of anyone at all! No phone and no response on Facebook. Please look elsewhere. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! ALL CHINA JUNK THEY DONT GIVE A *** ABOUT YOUR LOSS!!! Who's chrome just peels off of their wheels? Well, buy them from here and you'll find out!!!

Order is not right

Ordered a set of 18ape hanger handlebars. Something went wrong because my order confirmation email and billing say they are 16 black. This will not work for me please contact me or email me? Thank you very much

All wrong parts customer service staff complete idiots

ordered parts for a 2013 Dayna Wide Glide all the parts won't fit useless to me now.. thought they would be honest and knowledgeable but they really don't know what they are selling to you..

Bought a rolling chassis and almost nothing worked with each other. All mismatched ***

First the rear 250 swing arm was not wide enough for a 250 tire. It was not wide enough to run a belt had to convert to a chain. They sent me different wheels than what I ordered. The front forks were to short for the rake so I had to replace them. The handlebars would not bolt up they were welded crooked.i paid so much money to fix or replace so many things I should have just bought a better setup from someone else. When I called them the customer service sucked. And they were real *** They even hung up on me twice. I was trying to be nice so they might make it right but they didn’t. I feel I was intentionally taken advantage of. Don’t buy anything from them.

Not happy at all

MAN I just oder some handle bars for my2015 street glide special and paid a guy to come and pick up my bike and take it to his shop to put my bars on and they didn't go to my bike what a yoke wow out of money two ways

*** up

I bought a pair of El Diablo 18" bars about 3 years ago this past Monday I went for a ride and while I was writing about 50 miles per hour the bars cracked bottom right, right above the weld . I call them to see if they could send me another pair or at least give me a discount and they will not do anything to help me they put people's lives at danger

Ordered handle bars for my bike and they sent wrong bars for my bike

when I got my bars from them in mail found that mounting area was only for a 1 inch not 1 1/4 like I ask about while on phone with rep. called them back told them what was up and they told me I just need an adapter for 40 more dollars didn't think that was right so called around and talked to a lot of bike builders told me not reamended to do that so called again and told me its been over 30 days and they will not take them back

Bad business

I bought a rolling chassis and had to replace almost every component. It was not what it was described and the service was lousy. I will never do business with them again.

Avoid

Bought a tank it leaks from welds & 2 of the threaded mounting holes & 1 of fuel crossover were knackered , looks like its been used before n returned then sent out to me . They just dont want to know !

Tech's Don't Know Anything

Tech told me a tank would work, ordered it. Got it, it would not work. I returned it on my dime. They would not reimburse me for shipping even though it was their fault! Never again will I deal with this company. Horrible customer service!!!

Al is the best example of what this *** company offers

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a 23” spoke rim from them. I messaged the customer service guy “al”. Was looking for best deal seeing there are so many companies offering same wheel in different packages and deals. The guy was snarky from the begging and shame on me for buying from them. I even had other dealers tell me to steer clear and check their reviews. BBB has them with an awful reputation. Every review service says the same. They will send you incomplete orders and getting help is impossible. Good ole “al” proceeded to insult me calling me cheap and a scammer. Despite never asking for a cent I only asked for what spacers I needed to mount wheel despite the add saying wheels were for my bike. The company had a polite guy call me and try to apologize words mean nothing. at this point I gave the wheel away and bought from a reputable local seller. They offered me all kinds of stuff to remove my review but people need to know how they treat their customers.

Rusted out parts in months of installing them

Had a front end installed and a front spoked rim. With in a matter of months they were both pitted and rusted.

Not happy

Bought a 315.00 rim there were two sets of bearings to come with the rim only one set came call them they said they would send a set they sent redusers call back they said they were out two weeks later still no bearings lost a good customer over this would not recommend them for any thing

Horrible

This has been the worst company in the world to deal with. We called and told them what we were doing and made sure we ordered the right part per their advice. It was a Springer in black for a 48 and the first one they sent was Chrome the second was black. The problem is it didn't fit either and then they said send it back and we have others coming in. That was a lie because they don't get any Springers to fit above a 2003. We packed the Springer up in their bubble wrap and box sent it back. I called after a week and was told our money would be back that day. Nope never showed then I call the next day and they said the front-end was destroyed and they won't sand the money back then the man gets mad and says he will come and throw it through my *** window. End result we filed fraud charges against demon's cycle.

The owner Tom Steinbacher is a total scam artist

He rips people off meanwhile living in the royal palm yacht and country club at 2266 W Maya palm dr, boca Raton, FL 33432, its my personal opinion that he did not afford his rolls Royce by being a honest business man and he also looks like he prefers men in the picture thats attached. he also likes to use the trademark names of products of other companies like Wild one to sell his cheap china made products {{Redacted}}

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS

This is a bit long, but you NEED TO READ THIS FIRST to avoid the issues I had. Purchased the SPORTSTER - DYNA BLACK TBARS FAT 1-1/4" 10" back on June 4th and received in relatively fast on June 9th, but this is where the issues began. Upon seeing the box, it looked like someone has beat the *** out of it. The box was smashed as you can see from the pictures, handlebars were all scratched up, partly hanging out of the box, there was no filler in the box to keep it from getting smashed, and it looked like the box had been opened and then re-taped. Contacted Demon's Cycle and they at first asked if it could be touched up, but because it's matte black it can't be touched up. They agreed to the return and said that they would go after FedEx for the $54 shipping cost that I had to pay since it looked like it was damaged in shipment. FedEx would not return any insurance to me for the damaged product as "I am the receiver and not the sender, which they only issue refunds to the sender." Demon's Cycle asked for pictures of the damages so they can submit the claim, which I sent to them the same pictures I have posted. Then I never heard anything back from, after I had already been emailing them and even spoke to them on the phone. On July 1st I sent the handlebars back at a cost of $54 through FedEx. Well apparently, the handlebars got delivered to the FedEx facility near their shop, but it sat there for two weeks. No one picked it up and FedEx didn't deliver it, didn't even show an attempt to deliver. It was sent back to me and arrived around Aug 4th. I again spent weeks trying to figure this out with FedEx and Demon's Cycle about what happened. I had to get a refund for the package being returned and then send the package again at the beginning of Sept. It finally got there this time! Days after it was delivered, I had to contact them since I had still not heard anything from them. First response back from Demon's cycle was "These are completely trashed. And it did not happen from shipping. What did you do to the handlebars before you shipped them back?" This was after the fact that they ALREADY knew what happened to them in the first place. That these were damaged upon arrival and I NEVER even got to use them, nor did they move farther away than a few feet from the box at any time. After several emails from the customer service person attacking me and getting a just of that they were not going to refund me my money, I submitted my A-Z Claim through Amazon about this product and they again attacked me for saying I am filing a false claim. They even told Amazon it was a false claim and I am still having trouble getting my money back. This was bought over 4 months ago now. This is the biggest joke I have ever had to deal with through Amazon and with Demon's Cycle. Never again will I purchase anything from them. Sad part is that I have a motorcycle parts business and these guys looked promising for a low-priced motorcycle parts. They have lost business for good and lost business from anyone I work with as no one has ever heard of a company doing this, especially not through Amazon.
