Missing parts on sliding shower doors
I bought your shower sliding door but the handles not the attachments were not on there. I would like to speak with someone or would like to have them send me the missing parts since I barely got the Home Depot profesionals to install them.

Error on an order I placed. When I tried to correct it will not let me
MY NAME IS MIILLIE COTHRAN. MY ORDER # IS 000705**** ON 7/29/23. THE ITEM I'M ORDERING IS 597LF-CZMPU-R. I EVIDENTLY PUT THE WRONG DEBIT CARD INFORMATION IN OR IT PICKED IT UP FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER. IT APPEARS IT WENT THROUGH BECAUSE IT IS IN MY BANK ACCOUNT TO BE DRAFTED. I LOST THAT CARD AWHILE BACK BUT FOUND LATER. I GUESS SOMEHOW IT'S STILL CONNECTED TO MY ACCOUNT. BOTTOM LINE IS I CAN'T CHANGE THE ORDER & I DON'T THINK IT'S GOING TO SHIP. PLEASE CALL ME SO I CAN GET IT STRAIGHTENED OUT. I REALLY WANT & NEED t THE FAUCET ASAP. CALL ME AT 804-586-****. I have purchased delta products in the past and never experienced this problem before.
I contacted Delta a few weeks ago about a broken faucet. I sent the pictures they requested. I havent heard from them since our conversation.

I received the incorrect faucet handle and Delta customer service. Got me a new one sent out by now.

Dissatisfied with a purchase
I contacted Delta a few days ago and submitted photos showing the crack that damaged the faucet I purchased. Two emails were since and havent heard anything back.

Worthless Lifetime Warranty
DELTA 5 Setting H2Okinetic In2ition w/ MagnaTite MODEL#: 75589CSN Lifetime warranty does not mean anything if they cannot ship in a timely manner the replacement. Contacted them on 6/14/2023 and they agreed the showerhead was defective and said they would send me a replacement. Now it is 7/8/2023 and here is the status: Order Date: 6/14/2023 Order Status: Not yet processed So my family has not been able to use the shower for over 3 weeks. When I called the CSR said these items are "custom made" to order. BS...this showerhead is sold at Lowes. Don't you love catching these people in a lie? Bottom line...we are still waiting on the shipment. Never again!

Nicole Shower Faucets with Rough-in valve & H2O Kinetic Spray
I did a very expensive bathroom reno in March 2023. I had purchased all my faucets and shower heards all DELTA and all from Wayfair. My shower has 2 separate heads this one when you turn handle it squeals horribly. You are receiving this now bwcause I had my shoulder replaced right after the reno and my plumbder didnt come out until last week to address this problem He said I had to go directly to you. Good customer service
Soap dispenser refused to work. Delta is going to replace it. I waited before contacting them because I was having a service person fix something else. He advised the Delta has a warranty on this part.

Wrong parts sent
I called in it was like pulling teeth to get the lady to state that the parts were under warranty the part that she sent was still the wrong part I can not find a model number only thing on there is the patten number and I guess that doesnt work.

Customer service sent the wrong part that causes water to spray out int the floor if not in person trying to use sink. I sent pictures that clearly showed a curved sprayer and the sent a straight one. This is highly aggravating.

I need the whole faucet head part not just the aerator like was thought. They sent me the wrong size and now sending me the correct size, but the problem is the whole head piece.
