Order status

You can never talk to anyone when the order status isnt working. The steps you have to go through just to ask a quick question or find out something as simple as an order. Status is lengthy and ridiculous.

Can't open the dresser drawers!!

Drawers are stuck. I cant open any of the six drawers. Ive sent emails with no response!!! I just received this piece of furniture today, July 31st! Laurie Papa

Wagon/stroller

Minnie Mouse stroller wagon wheels do not turn only go forward used only twice had issues both times. Still under warranty.

Missing hardware

Impossible to get a hold of anyone, I sent out 3 emails none have been answered. Bought a brand new sealed crib and it was missing all the hardware. I tried ordering from Amazon. Hone depot and lowes and they don't carry the special bolts and nuts and metric parts this crib requires. It's extremely upsetting that they don't have a direct phone number .

The absolute worst customer service

All I need is the instructions to the crib. The instructions are not online. Only a video & it skips putting together the actual pieces. I received this crib as a gift from Amazon on my registry try through this company! I have sent MULTIPLE EMAILS & have not received a response. Ive been sending to both email consumer/help & have not received anything. Once again, I just need the instructions!!!

Broken product

It was broken when I took it out of the box .The box was beat up and having a hard time getting the company to send me a new push handle and instructions to replace it .I am beyond passed!!! MY MOTHER ORDERED THIS FOR MY 2 KIDS .

No response to multiple help emails

I put in the wrong delivery address (or Shoppay defaulted to my work). Ive sent multiple emails begging them for a response or to change it and they havent responded. Now Im going to have to figure out how to get the furniture moved from my work back to my house six months pregnant with no help. I would have rather paid double with better customer service.

Replacement parts

Have have sent all pictures and information needed and the company denied our request. However they won't call us to talk about it. Seems that the email responses are automated. We simply need a replacement part that we are willing to pay for, but no one will contact us.

Missing parts

Customer service does not respond. There is no way to speak to a human and online inquiries go no where. I just need new hardware for the Lancaster 4-1 crib, but can't order or find the sizes at a hardware store since the parts are metric. At this point the lack of response likely means I need to buy a whole new crib.

Missing package

Missing childrens table and toy box after ordering on Amazon on April 17. Its May 3rd and still no product. It said there was a UPS tracking number but UPS has no record of item. Called your company but there is no option to speak with someone. Amazon said I can get a refund but since it states UPS picked it up Im unable to receive a refund or cancel.

Problem with mattress

This mattress gets used maybe a few weeks in a year and we noticed the mattress material is pealing for some unknown reason. I need to find out if this is covered under warranty I tried with Amazon and they directed me back to the manufacturer. My granddaughter is arriving from Canada on Friday and we need a replacement like yesterday.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Damaged product received and impossible to get ahold of anyone for a return.

I will never buy from this company again and I wish I hadn't in the first place. They had the item 10 dollars cheaper then Amazon so I ordered from them. Pay the extra money to a reputable site where you can return if you aren't happy or receive a damaged item like I did. The quality is terrible as well. I have emailed them with pictures requesting a return and all I hot was a response that they would send it to their quality control team. A week later and I still haven't heard back. Emailed them asking for an update and nothing. Still stuck with this piece of junk and out my money. Save yourself the headache!
