Rude, dangerous Deliveroo cyclist!

I was walking back from The Company Shop (Westerhailes Edinburgh) with my daughter. We were on the path and we had shopping bags with us. My daughter saw a Deliveroo cyclist behind us on the path. I wasnt aware of him until he went cycling past me at close proximity, not slowing down, not saying excuse me ladies but obviously pissed off that we were walking on the path and he was wanting onto the path and to overtake us. I shouted after him that a bike has a bell which should be used to alert pedestrians of bikes coming past. At this , he rang his bell when he was way past us down on the canal path heading east, to taunt us? I have a bike myself and I am a considerate cyclist. This Deliveroo cyclist was not. I have a broken arm and ribs at the moment so am feeling especially vulnerable and my daughter is just young. This unpleasant arrogant man was tall, skinny, grey and oldish. He had long grey straggly hair and a beard. Prob late 50s early 60s.

Hi M Respected madam, I live in Italy I am Deliveroo rider my life gose very normal and happy working with deliveroo rider suddenly its a happened I received email from Deliveroo rider IT they using two account blocked my account I write him soo many emails still not received and response 21/07/2023 they termination my account I am job less not found a job I am going in depression everyday I need to pay my house , Food , Etc also my mother heart patients I need to buy her medication I need to support my family I am only 1 person who can support him family please its my humble Request to you help me out and reopen my account i am not using two account I have only 1 account under my name if I did mistake need to gave me 1 warning before blocked my account ok I can say I do apologise but please reopen my account hope you understand honestly I am not feeling well last 6 days please I really a job its my appeal Deliveroo Rider Team re consideration my case and open my rider account . Keep saying payment declined with all my cards ???

I have been a customer for a few years now, I am also an Amazon prime member. Now I tried to have a couple of things delivered today, I used 3 cards all got declined although all are active and my credit rating is excellent. Can you tell me why you are telling me my cards are declined as even my bank does not know why, they did not decline the cards ???

Money taken from my account but i didn’t order anything

NIm not happy with you because i didnt buy anything but Deliveroo takes £3.49 from my bank account which is not good and makes me feel unsafe for my bank account it means to me even if I didnt buy something your app will withdraw money from customers and Im not interested carry on with your app anymore.

Late delivery

Order was delivered late. Kept saying driver assigned then the driver kept cancelling and took ages for a new driver to be assigned. When I called customer service they apologised and said they understood but nothing they could do. Food arrive and hour and half after i ordered

My food is not delivered

I called the restaurant and they said the delivery driver ran off with my food and they will not send another. Deliveroo app kept re assigning rider. Apparently h The driver that took the food didnt press his accept confirmation on the app.

Bad app when o try to edit order it charged again double same order ehrn i tell less oil. Snd i tried to call snd no customer support

Delivero please keep atleast an option to express customer problem. Dont ask 1000 questions when we dont have direct call option and only through website. So usually all customers just simply leave the money and go since you are asking 1000 irritating questions. And till now ur box has to fill am typing unessarly again

I have not received since March

I requested a payment on my account on 03/14/23 and the transaction gave an error, I tried to contact deliveroo, but so far they have not responded to me and solved my problem

Discount wasn't included

They advertised on £12 discount on first order however they haven't included my entitled discount. After chatting on Web side or on telephone still they haven't resolved the issue. This company doesn't handle any complaints on proper manner and I call the cheating and misleading on to their catch. I m mot happy at all.

Yes i applied a very long time ago and when i email them they always email back the same thing over and over again and never activate my account for me they dont even read my email properly which is even more annoying because when I put the time in emailing them they just simply reply with hardly nothing so thats why the service is rubbish they need to start helping people and understand what is as applicants are saying to them all I want is my account to get activated I have listed a screen shot of the email they say all the time that they dont need anymore drivers they have done for the past 4YEARS!! Yours telling that in them years they havent activated anyone and with myself where I have been waiting also I have been hearing that they take people on if you pay them money to activate your account

Refunds not received

Hello, I had already paid for 110.93 £ for Deliveroo rider kit and I had refused to accept the goods now I had raised a dispute with the bank and they had refunded me the the amount but now after few months they asking to take the refund back. I dont have any product in my hand also now and I am paying 110.93 £ for nothing. Can you please give me an evidence to show to the bank that you agree to refund this amount as I didn't received any goods. I am sharing you the screenshot of the banks customer care message please check and reply me as soon as possible as the deadline is already finished. Thanks, Lokesh Gehani
