RECEIVED DIFFERENT PRODUCT

Respected Sir, As I am one of the genuine customer of Flipkart shopping services from the year last 2016, I really trusted to go for a shopping in here but in this time I am facing a huge problem I have ordered Partybox 310 in Flipkart website and the payment mode is done by IDFC EMI having a tenure of 6 (Six) month. The product has reached at Namsai Delhivery hub on 28/08/2023, Delhivery agent asked me to collect from the Delhivery hub, immediately I went to collect my product then I asked Delhivery agent to open the box in front of me when the unboxing has been done inside the box instead of JBL Partybox 310 there was a shewing machine which is completely unacceptable. I refused to give him OTP why would I accept if the product is totally different which I have ordered, but he is not listening to me and insist me to give him OTP. I want to know instead of JBL Partybox 310 HOW THE PRODUCT IS CHANGED to shewing machine. I refused to take it back and Delhivery agent asked me to share the OTP that I got. I have shared the OTP to the Delivery boy. My question is where is my product and without receiving my JBL Partybox 310 how can I pay the EMI monthly wise. This is completely a mental harassment for me from the day this wrong product has been received because it includes my hard earned money and instead of real JBL Partybox 310 why will I accept the shewing machine. I want you to fix it as soon as possible, And help me out to get my original product so, that I could pay for the my monthly EMI. and one thing Seller is also refused to take back the return because they have sent the item in an intact condition. it means that every fault is goes to the logistic team some is in behind the scene who create this cheap things. Thank you.

Losses and damages

Never trust on this courier never ever use it because are stealing parcel and even they eating your parcel if its food present for family or loveones ,they will open ur box intentionally and they will steal and eat rest they will tell its damage alredy but the truth is they will make a damage small to look damage but my sister is smart she know how the damage and internally open and eating the chips and wrapper was open,,,so sad having such a company who coudnt feed the crew or employees...go to *** courier

I had booked a package vide consignment number AWB #282773****343 with Delivery on 22nd July 2023. The assured delivery date was 27th July 2023. Since 29th July 2023, every day in the morning Delivery is showing in their tracking system that the package is out for delivery and in the evening the status has been changed to 'Our delivery person cannot reach you.' And the Package has not been delivered till now (10:21 AM on 1st Aug 2023). Also, everyday they are sending me a mail stating that your order is out for delivery. There is no way to directly contact the Delivery customer care. In their website, one number is given which is of no use. I am suffering a lot and would like to suggest all the readers that NEVER EVER BELIEVE DELIVERY TO COURIER YOUR VALUABLES.

Delhivery CHARGE HIGH AND NEVER DELIVER PROPERLY

Couriers from a bank but charges high delivery amount and never delivering to my address. Then what is there job and what service they giving. Fed up with this delhivery. As a customer i am paying and not getting service. So i am interested to do consumer case with this. This may never happen to any customers

Return pickup not done

I am Biswapriya Pradhan booked a sneakers of Puma, order I'd is 10496**** on 22/7/23 from your site.order item size is too low for me.for that reason I have cancelled my order.return initiated and delivery agent came to pick up my order item but not picked up for tag issue.he told me that please show the tag of sneakers but no tag was attached this sneakers.original bill,box and packaging are available but no tag was there.so he refused to pickup my order item.please tell me what was my fault to not refund my product.please looking in this matter and return my product as soon as possible and refund my money

When my issue will get resolved? No response from customer service neither by call nor by email despites of sending so many email with attachment proof. It's almost 5 days over and there is no response.. Why you people not able to see the tracking for the return or contact the delivery agent for the confirmation. Because of your incorrect information for the tracking my refund money is on hold from the merchant. I'm still waiting for the issue resolution there is no status update yet. I'm everytime getting call for the order pick up reschedule for the same item.. My return schedule for the pickup is already done and completed on 6th July, 2023. Multiple reschedule return is created for the same item.. a huge bug in your services which conflicts the the status update of the return. The merchant has hold the money due to incorrect return tracking status updated on the system. Please take immediate action as the item is already picked up and returned to the seller.

Incorrect item delivered

A delhivery guy came with a product for COD. Rs 690 which i paid to him via Gpay. He said he doesnt know which app it is from it was written FDKFLY. I never heard of this neither did I oder it. Knowing it came from delhivery I trusted and paid without checking as I was on an important call. The item are some belt n socks which i never ordered. I have paid delhivery. Kindly return these products n refund my money. After payment i got a msg FDKFLY EXPRESS package AWB 141386****0361 delivered successfully - Delhivery Pics attached.

Pathetic service

I ordered for parcel pickup on app The delivery guy arrived at the location and he dont even know if they have the facility of pickup. Secondly the parcel got delivered at my location and was lying at the warehouse but no one bothered to deliver it as it was all broken, infact no person from delivery called to inform me that it was broken. I have called them and they said its broken and you need to cancel the delivery from the app post which it has returned to the origin. After reaching the origin, the app says the parcel has been delivered however it was again lying at the merchant and on top of that there is no contact number given to call them.. From some where we got the contact of the concerned delhivery person and after enquiring about the product he used abusive words and language and hung up. My relative then went to the Delhivery office and collected the damaged parcel as it was thrown in the lost items. Above all, the parcel contains time bound medicines worth INR 10000 and it was specifically mentioned FRAGILE yet this was not handled with care. I have not asked for the refund and have only asked Delhivery guys to again get the same medicine from the pick up address at their own cost, and they said neither they will going to refund the amount nor they will going to give the same set of medicines. Well this will now be taken up with consumer forum as I have all the proofs along with call recordings and photos of the damaged product.

Few products missing from my shipment

I ordered few products from Libas.in, total 7 products were ordered with the tracking id 184283****1733. on June 26, 2023 two shipments were delivered by a delivery boy with mobile no 989072****, in a good faith i share the otp, but later on after opening the shipment I realised that products are not matching with the invoice kept inside. in one shipment there were supposed to be total 5 products whereas only 3 products were there. when i checked with the vendor they confirmed that there's no any error from their end and originally when the shipment was handed over by their warehouse total 5 products were there in the shipment. that clearly means that the shipment was tampered by your delivery person/employees of Delhivery. Kindly lookinto this and give me the resolution

Damaged goods received

Further to our discussion, I am sending you this mail. My orders consisting of 3 boxes from Craft Triangle(Bankura, WB) was received by me on 13 June, 2023 with damaged broken contents(terracotta tiles) inside.( photos enclosed). This was most disappointing since the tiles were long overdue. The Orders 274299****, 748756****, 436750**** were received by me with Shipment Damaged labelled on them. Inexperienced & callous handling and tampering with the packaging caused the strappings to come off which was later restrapped at your facility centre in Pune. Losses incurred by me as a result of this is substantial in terms of cost & time. Hence the compensation that is due to me should be quick & fair! Expecting a prompt response from your end followed by a quick resolution Thanks Gopa Mukherjee

Parcel problem

This is reg. a parcel that i packed and sent via delhivery through Freeup app,(the tie up u have). The parcel containing crockery was nicely packed in its box itself. It was mentioned in the app as well as on the package, that it is FRAGILE. It took 10 days to reach Maharashtra and then i don't know why it came back. The worst part is that as the delivery man kept it on my doorstep, it was clear that everything inside has gone broken. I have the package pic, before packing, after packing and the video of ur man handling or i should say mishandling it. Although it belonged to me but why will I accept such a broken item. The package was to be sold via Freeup. I am not going to bare the loss. I want Delhivery to take necessary action asap and pay me the remuneration

Delivery not done

None of your company staff is sincere to his/her work. Parcle is in hub for 3 days but no one is responsible for delivery parcle to customer. Very very very bad customer service..since 2 days i am following for my parcle but no one knows about it...the worst part is there is no direct line to contact the representative. Worst service at all.

DELIVERD PRODUCT IS DIFFRENT, LOST MY MONEY

SIR, I BOUGHT A WIPRO SMART EXTENSION BOARD FROM AMAZON ON 16/10/2022 AND AFTER FOUR MONTHS, MY PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING. THE WIPRO SAMRT EXTENTION BOARD HAS 1 YEAR WARRANTY & I DECIDED TO CLAIM A WARRANTY. I CONTACTED THE WIPRO TEAM AND SENT THE REQUIRED DETAILS LIKE THE INVOICE PDF FROM AMAZON & THE WIPRO TEAM APPROVED FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM. I PACKED THE PRODUCT NICELY & IT DOESN'T HAVE ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE AT ALL. PICK UP TEAM TOOK THE PRODUCT ON 22/02/2023 AND I WAITED ONE MONTH FROM WIPRO FOR ANY REPLAY ... FINALLY, THE WIPRO TEAM SENT A VIDEO OF WHAT THEY GOT. THE PRODUCT IN THE VIDEO IS NOT MINE IT'S DIFFERENT. & THEY TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE DELHIVERY TEAM ... NOW I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE TRANSPORTATION PERIOD OF THE PRODUCT... I ATTACHED HERE ALL DETAILS I'VE RECEIVED FROM THE WIPRO AND THE INVOICE THAT I & THE MESSAGE I GOT WHEN THE PICKUP BOY PICKED UP THE PRODUCT. AFTER READING THIS MAIL, KINDLY PROVIDE A SOLUTION BECAUSE THE MATTER ALREADY GETTING TOO DELAYED "THE MESSAGE I GOT ON THE PICKUP DAY" Your WIPRO SURFACE package with AWB 175629****8723 will be pickeup d today by agent 0804577**** - Delhivery
