Trying to see if it O K to go back to Southland Casino and Gaming

They gave my leather jacket away in coat check! They had it on Surveillance and I had my coat check ticket. After a month they said they wasnt going pay me! They me and the man was Kohoot together which wasnt Truth. That happened about 7 years ago. I Really missed going to Southland! I just know is it OK to go back! Thank Very Much for Listening! Thanks again

Unfair Business Practice by slot attendant

I was playing a slot game called space Regal riches. I was too green Wilds away from the major bonus on this game when the machine went out of service as it has done many times in the past. What has happened in the past is I would just press the service button and a slot tech would come over and take 15 seconds to reset the machine and the gameplay would continue where it left off. On Saturday March 11th 2023, on this occasion when the slot attendant came over he informed me he has to turn the machine off because it has already been reset once in the evening. I explained that I have hundreds of dollars in the machine and that I'm only two green miles away from the major bonus of 100 wilds and 10 free games and I asked him why he could not reset the machine as they have done so many times in the past. I explained that I am a good player at this willing Island Casino and he didn't care. He proceeded to turn the machine off and I lost all my money hundreds of dollars that I had in the machine as well as an opportunity for the major bonus. I realize that playing slots is a game of chance but I do not recall anywhere reading that it the machine goes out of service you will lose all your money when you had no way of knowing that it had already been reset once during the evening because there was no disclosure on the machine stating that at any moment this machine goes out of service we will shut it off and you will lose all your money plus any potential bonus opportunity. I have sent several emails to Delaware North I have called the casino several times I've left several different messages for the director of slot operations as well as the president and CEO and nobody is returning my calls or even address the situation this is. This is not only bad customer service but it is unfair slot play. Anybody who's playing this game has no way of knowing if the machine has already been reset once during the day and they are allowing people to play this machine and I find that I deceptive unscrupulous business practice

The casino at Wheeling Island contacted me and resolved the issue by refunding me my money. The slot director agreed with me that the machine should not have been turned off and if the behavior of the slot tech was inappropriate. So they took my issue seriously and...

I cant give an answer because I have not received any response to my complaint. The Wheeling Island Casino Slot Manager and technician do not care about any issues that arise. My machine went out of service as it has many times prior and they always come by and it literally takes 15 seconds to issue a reboot so you can continue to play but on this particular day they would not do it. I was playing a slot called Regal Ritches and was 2 green wilds away from a bonus of 100 wilds on 10 free games when it went out of service and they refused to do a simple reset and I lost hundreds and I even told them that and their candid and rude and could care less response was TOO BAD

Unsatisfactory Service and stolen opportumity

I was playing a slot machine called Regal riches. The game went out of service when I was only two greenwilds from a minor bonus I had a lot of money in the machine so I asked the slot tag to please reset the machine so I could achieve the bonus that I had put so much money in for the slot attendant told me he had to turn the machine off and refused to reset it because they only reset them twice this caused me to lose a lot of money as well as another foreign couple and the manager was horribly rude and shouted at us and told us too bad I've had this happen before and it literally takes them only 15 seconds to reset the machine and they refused to do it and I feel like I have been stolen from because somebody else there when that machine is turned on will get my bonus and all my money that I have in the machine this place is fraudulent and it is at Wheeling Island and I do not recommend anyone to visit this place because they are thieves they do not care about their customers or their concerns and I am a good player at this casino but no more and I will be telling everyone I can on social media and everywhere that I go what a horrible place this is to visit and that they do not care about their customers experience

TAV Fundraiser funds

I have over 1700.00 in fundraiser money in my TAV account for my daughter. However, she is not playing for TAV this season. I would like to know what I need to do to get the credit transferred or paid out. The TAV fundraiser that is on the website says that if the player is not with TAV -NO problem that TAV will take care of you. Please advise so we can get the ball rolling. Thank you.

No refund for resevations cancelled 3months ago

I booked a room in Grand Canyon National park through National Park Reservations in Feb. due to covid -19 park closed and had to cancel reservations.After 2 months of trying to contact NPR I finally talked to a person and was told Delaware North was handling refunds.I have tried several times over 6 weeks to get intouch with Delaware North as to inquire about my refund and no response.Do not book anything through these people as it seems like you will get ripped off .

Pure evil

Deleware north has successfully sued the American public for the use of historic names in Yosemetie National Park. The company should be banned and all employees locked up for stealing from the American public. Nobody can own a national park. This company is pure wvil and they all belong behind bars.

Couldn’t be bothered to get off of Facebook

I get that we are a captive audience in the airport, but I was just served by John who couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone to sell me a $6 bottle of water. I even half joked that there must be real drama on Facebook since he barely acknowledged me, but that didn’t seem to register either. Some of us are also stuck all day in an airport for work and it would be nice to get the basics of service. This is the second airport and second vendor run by Delaware North that seems to think this is acceptable. I mean, I’m not asking much.

This place is pathetic. I was working for the Ridgeline Hotel in Estes Park, CO as a quick rebound job that I only got because I got fired previous job. They decided to put me in the restaurant which I applied for and instead put me in laundry making minimum wage.... I told him I was overqualified because I had serving experience and assistant management experience. I was offered position for a management job while I was working here, and when I tried to put in my two weeks notice the company gave me two days instead and told me I had to move out of the staff housing regardless of the fact that I wouldn't be able to move into my new place until a week later. The HR director constantly would talk to me like a dog. I can't believe this company is as pathetic as it is. Do not work here if you have any other choice, seriously just don't do it...

TERRIBLE VENDOR CONTACT!

Having read a Jackson Hole News and Guide article soliciting applications this year's "vendor's fair" from local craftsmen wishing to enroll for consideration to "pitch" their products, I have been diligently working to meet the announced enrollment deadline of March 31. First I went to the web site application and discovered that "local" apparently means "Wyoming" only--since that was the only acceptable address entry--excluding residents of Idaho just 15 miles away. Then it became IMPOSSIBLE to find an email address to explain that difficulty AND present a description of the three Yellowstone maps that I would like to sell in the Park--with the potential to bring Delaware North tens of thousands of dollars in revenue and profit. I certainly will be contacting the National Park Service about this incredible way to run a business (and I DO have their address).

Top 3 lousiest mafia-canteen companies out there

Most of the stadiums in London are under DNC, while they are plagued with managers struck by mental disorders, with a bully development that would put anyone else in trouble for anti- social behavior. Putting hands on food without washing them is a common thing, not providing basic gloves to food handlers and bringing people from the till, to handle food immediately after handling cash - this is mainstream to them. But it's just going worse and worse. The last fashionable 'number' being - managers who come on purpose and mess up with food handlers at the peak hours at games, just in order to slow the sale and keep this way much more food that they can take home/steal afterwards. They don't give a &^%$ on the customers, employees or their own dignity. Did I say dignity?

Tim Hortons at Buf Airport

Waited ten minutes for a cup of coffee, nobody was in a hurry to move the customers through. Looking around, talking. Not one serviver was going there job right. Need to replace them all, cashier was making orders instead of taking orders. No boss to push them along, omg?

It was awful

Work place Delaware North owns all of the restaurants in the Boise Airport, (BOI) from fast food, such as Smash Burgers to sit down restaurants as Cross Grains/ Bar N Grill. However, the downfall of Delaware North is that they don't know how to handle having so many restaurants with few management that doesn't have more then 5 years experience. Management come and go, like the employees there. Even though Union signed a contract with Delaware North, the company never bothered reading the contract before signing, and often don't do what they are legally suppose to be doing for their workers. Workers are treated unfairly, and treated as if they have no rights. As such, mistreatment, and rudeness happens daily in the work place making it a very stressful place to work. Mangers are allowed and often very very rude to the workers in front of their guest/ customers, and often embarrasses them in front of their customer to teach them a lesson, instead of pulling them off to the side and speaking to them as a trained manger is supposed to do. If the employee goes to the Human Resource which is located at the airport office that shares with Delaware North, they will take the manger's side over the employee even if it was caught on airport cam! I worked for Delaware North for almost 9 months now and I have to say I am very disappointed in the company, and believe they should be removed from the airport. They are sending an awful name to all businesses that is under their name such as Smash Burgers, River City, etc. I have never been so mistreated before at a work place. I have seen workers come and go, lasting a week to a month before quiting or getting fired for reporting the company to the Union! Food safe is also another issue in some of the stores. While it is a requirement to do the food safety log, it isn't being down in a food safe way. The mangers will say to throw down whatever they want in the logs so that they can legally say that it was done, however never bother reviewing it to see if it is correct. Management also got upset at the workers when they tried to tell them to just changed the date stickers when the food is past due to be thrown away. Even though the workers would insist that it is against the health code, they would get written up, for going against a manger when they tell them to do something, even if it is dangerous to the people who is eating the food. Expire food such as raw meat, line food, even items up front. The only thing that I do enjoy about that work place is the workers themselves. There are people from all over the work that I had the highest pleasure of meeting. From here in Boise, Idaho as far as across seas from Iraq. They open my eyes and never cease to amaze me of how they lived and that it's so different then what we read up on media and the news.

No More Delaware North in Parks

Sequoia is one of the worst managed parks in the business. Since DNC lost Yosemite, most of the failed Yosemite managers are now double staffing Sequoia. This is a turnstile for help. In fact, due to lack of leaders, this place cant get any decent help. The food reviews are steadily horrendous. I met one of the corporate employees there once who headed up the company wide training program. This person would not even stay at his own company's lodging because he claimed he had been robbed there once while on a working visit. There is a lack of security and the lodge doors do not lock nor have any security features to protect the guests. Poorly run is an understatement. Perhaps the Jacobs brothers can sell of the Boston Bruins and the Garden and invest in this park's leadership. Yosemite let this group go and was sued for the iconic names of the historic properties.

Never opening on time

I fly in and out of hartfieldjackson all the time. The grindhouse on T Concourse is never open on time. I can never get a breakfast sandwich before my early morning flights.
