Appalling site.
Just a Terribly operated platform. Used to be ok, now it's appalling. Lack of Customer Service, and a platform that makes videos dissappear, and problem loading errors. Avoid this site. Use a more reliable site for your memories.

Paid account deleted ALL files lost!
Had a 500 GB paid account and all of a sudden one day my account was reverted back to a 20 GB free one and with no files! Customer support doesnt answer!!! STAY AWAY FROM DEGOO!!!

I tried calling them and the number doesnt work. I emailed, created a complaint ticket on their website and no response. The company is absolutely horrible and not trustworthy!

Useless company.
This is BY FAR the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received from any software company. These people offer lifetime membership, then think of ways to cancel the membership AFTER payment has been made. They totally fail to respond to any kind of requests for help. AVOID this company and any of their software at ALL COSTS, BE WARNED.

STAY AWAY FROM These ** they have the worst service on the planet!! I had uploaded a song which apparently had copyright infringement ... they TERMINATED my WHOLE ACCOUNT which I had paid $150 on StackSocial, and I had tons of personal data on it!! They gave me only 2 wks to delete that song file.. however since I hadn't checked my email account during that time and when i did check i found out my WHO *** ACCOUNT HAD BEEN TERMINATED!!! These B*****s scan ALL YOUR DATA!! So DO NOT trust them one bit! Also their hotline is PATHETIC last time i had emailed them with my questions they got back to me after 20 DAYS!!! I HATE THEM TO THE CORE just like most users!! who have had their accounts terminated and their important memories and datas DELETED!
