Did not pick up my trash Wednesday
They told me the truck would come back yesterday to pickup my trash they left on Wednesday but no one came it was out all night again now it is Friday 7/9/2021 and my husband is moving the trash to the side of the house. I dont know what is going on with your crew but I am not happy paying for a service that is not reliable. There has been construction in front of my house for weeks and the barrier was still up when we put the trash as close to the curb as we could but they came later in the day and removed the barrier and your crew would not take the trash even that was on the curb.

I HATE DEFFENBAUGH SO MUCH!!!! They didn't pick up my trash last week due to the snow. I called and said they wouldn't be back out till next week. I told them that wasn't going to work for me, my bin was full and I had a NYE party coming up and needed a place to put trash. So they escalated the claim to management and said they'd be out to get it the next couple days. They never did. Now I have 8 bags of trash sitting next to my full trash bin by the road. Trash is supposed to come again tomorrow morning so I've been trying to call them all morning to make sure I don't get charged for 8 extra bags. ALL 5 of their customer service and phone lines I've found either go straight to dial tone or after it tells you the initial recorded info instead of giving you number options, it immediately says due to incorrect entries (even though I haven't entered anything) we are unable to direct your call, please try again later. Deffenbaugh is literally not picking up trash AND dodging their customers. Also in my area Deffenbaugh just started picking up recycling bins every other week but they're still charging the same. My recycle gets full every week cause I actually recycle. So now I have to be more selective what I recycle.

Consistent late pickup.
customer last ten years last 3 or 4 yrs.pickup is a day late sometimes 2 days late.consistently as in about half the time.We are switch ing!Obviously mismanaged.

Left trash container at neighbors
July 06th left my trash container at neighbors house i pay hoas so neughbor might of taken container we r not allowef too keep out trash why not put it where it was in my driveway???

Trash not picked up
Trash not picked up in over 2 weeks, 20 bags of trash, yard waste and recycling are all over the street, the driveway, sidewalk, and my yard, makes it a huge hastle to get the car off of our driveway. The trash has been stinking up our house and we have spent over 100 dollars in air fresheners, just to contain the awful odor emitting from out rotting trash. This is a huge health hazard, because a majority of the trash not in the can is SOILED CAT LITTER, in which some bags have holes, and when it rains, it spills toxins into the storm sewer, polluting water with poisonous bacteria, and we could get sick from drinking it when it gets into our drinking water. I want all my extra trash picked up free of charge.

Deffenbaugh Industries Waste Collection Review from Platte City, Missouri
So today, I placed 5 trash bags out along with the huge green trash can. I'm moving out. I made sure the bags weren't too heavy cause they won't pick up. I covered them with a old grill cover cause it was pouring rain. Nope. Didn't touch the bags. Lazy. Drive down the street afterwards & if they drop it, it stays there. I had to get a truck & haul it away myself. I'm moving & can't be running back to try again. But I saw 2 trash trucks stopped, drivers out tacking away. Blocking all traffic. Collectors need supervision. Lazy, half *** service.

Short Review on April 15, 2016
I moved out of state late January and was promised a refund. I was in contact with a rep through email and she kept apologizing but still no refund. Getting ridiculous.

Unreliable Service
On any given Friday morning, either the trash, the recycling, or the yard waste will not be picked up. It's not that they're totally unreliable...at least they get two of the three each time. And, when I called and complained about this, they said, we'll get it next time. This is the same company that recently was dumping all of the recycling into the SAME bin and the trash since they were apparently so far behind that they couldn't send out two separate trucks! Anyway, I'm out of stuff to say but I have to get at least 100 words in here or the computer won't accept my input so I'm just continuing to type until it's safe to quit.

Deffenbaugh Industries Trash Collection Review
Been over 3 weeks since garbage not being collected. The trash is starting to stink. Really annoying having like 10 extra garbage bags taking over my driveway, it's a huge eyesore. Need trash picked up and a refund of missing pickups, along with ALL trash BAGS AND ALL picked up. Really disappointed with the service lately.
