Crap customer service

Ordered an item paid extra for it to be delivered. Still havent had a delivery. Cant get hold of anyone to find out whats going on. after sales customer service rubbish

Order cancellation

I ordered a bicycle for my daughter but I order the wrong one so Im trying to cancel my order I couldnt find no one to do the cancellation . this is frustrating I called customer service, sent emails, sent messages In messenger, WhatsApp all this I have no one to do the cancellation of my order

About an orde

The matter is now resolved I wasn't sure as to weather an order I had placed had gone through. Your communication centre has confirmed that the order was not completed so no problems . I have si ce placed a order else where . Thank you for your help .

Very disappointed with there uk online service. .

Ordered online uk. I paid extra for next day got email to say i will receive next day but they only posted on the day I was to receive goods. Did return goods not the same as previously bought in Staines shop now closed so did return. Did return through asda. Still have not received refund. ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT ANYONE BY PHONE. I'VE EMAILED TWICE America actually replied still waiting for UK to reply 2 weeks later. Still NO REPLY. USE UK DECATHLON ONLINE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Order no GB231505**** kids in-line skates

I have today received the above order 8/6/23, Oxelo play 3 kids skates. One does not have a rubber back stop or screw, could you please send them to me so I can fit the rubber stop on myself.

Appalling Customer Service - Surrey Quays

I am waiting for promised voucher refund since March 2023 - I AM STILL WAITING!!! Despite multiple calls and mails no action has been taken and no updates!

All around terrible online experience.

NEVER buy online from Decathlon UK or use their courier Panther Logistics. EBike bought in sale was returned to depot after Panther tried to deliver on the wrong day despite trying (and failing) to contact them several (4) different ways. They wouldn't attempt redelivery as the bike had to go back into Decathlon stock (stupid Decathlon terms!) although it was a PAID FOR order. I was told I would have to wait to see if I could rebuy IF it should it show up as a stock item. It was MY bike!! Disgusting. Customers services - useless. NO PHONE number. Pray nothing goes wrong cause you'll be up the creek without a paddle (especially if you ordered it from Decathlon). TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE POLICIES.

Product question

I asked if a product will be back in stock in other sizes - they replied same day to say it wasn't their own brand so they couldn't say. Pretty good service and they included a link for future help.

Gift card not working

Hi, I bought 2 gift cards and on checkeout when I try to use them it says: CHECK_UNKNOWN_CARD . Why cant I use my gift cards??? I tried to use them both in the app and on the website they say the same thing!!! Please help

Resolved: I got through to decathlon on webchat, and they were nothing but very supportive and helpful.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was happy with the webchat i had with them, and they sent me out a replacement heart rate monitor very speedily, and it's working fine. So very happy.

They said they would send out a replacement item once i managed to get through to them. And sent me pre-payed tracking to send it back. So in the end i was very happy with the customer service. I told them i wasn't able to login to my account, but they were able to work around that, and to fix my wanting to send back the item as it stopped working. This is my first interaction with Decathlon, and overall, once i got hold of them, i am a happy customer.
