They charge you before letting you choose your schedule which is wrong. I was charged before even getting to know I can’t request a one time service.

Randomly charging my credit card : Unauthorized
My credit card is being charged without my authorization. I was charged $52.24 in the July statement and I had cancelled all bookings after the only cleaning appointment in June. Please cancel the membership and refund the $52.24 that was charged in July. If this is not done, I will report your company to the Bbb and join the long list of complaints against your fraudulent practices.

Getting cash from my account when I canceled my membership. Please, I need all my refunds. I canceled membership because I wasnt receiving the service I was expecting.

Continuously stated had issues with my card for actual cleanings, although able to charge the monthly fee just fine. No cleanings for past three months. Last cleaner canceled through text night before. Site wouldn't let me cancel without being charged for late cancelation, said cleaner needed to do it, which she did not. Two days later it showed cleaning was done and charged me for a cleaning I didn't receive. I've tried to contact with no call back. This will be my second time trying to cancel. They scheduled cleanings after I tried to cancel the first time. Now I have to escalate with my bank.

Refund for breach of contract
This is what I was charged for one cleaning: $79 for a voucher, $131 for cleaning, $49 for membership, and $10 for tip. I also gave cleaner a $30 cash tip without knowing I could tip her through Dazzling Cleaning. My 4 hour cleaning cost me a total of $299! I cancelled my membership because every time I tried to schedule a service with a particular cleaner, you would schedule me with a different cleaner without my permission! This went on at least five times. Then the lady who did show up at my home was not the cleaner I chose and did not even resemble the picture you showed me online! I expect a refund for membership fees of $49 and extra cleaning fees of $131 because you breached our contract by scheduling a cleaner that I did not choose.

They did not follow their own rules
They gave me a FREE 3 hr voucher for cleaning. When I used the voucher, I specifically selected ONE TIME use. They automatically signed me up for a 6 month commitment!

Cleaners are not showing up. All my appointments are always cancelled. Wasting time and money. No service happened but you charged me for nothing .

The service was absolutely horrendous, she was there for 3 hours and simply tidied up. When you reach out to customer support you cant get anyone on the phone only email based and they just offer you a credit toward future cleaning. I dont want a future cleaning and when I tried to cancel online it will charge you $150. Please dont do it!!! Use a local cleaner!!

Dazzling Cleaning is unsafe
Besides having terrible cleaners, Dazzling Cleaning is unsafe. My last cleaner arrived with a friend. Both gentleman wreaked of marijuana. The supplies he brought included: a large cooler bag, a pink feather duster, wood polish and a swiffer. As anyone who has ever cleaned anything knows...these supplies are insufficient. They proceeded to clean the dog hair off my couch with a pink feather duster. In fact, they cleaned everything with the duster. Not one single surface was wiped down. My shower wasn't even turned on to clean. Even the sinks...just a pink feather duster. When I asked if they cleaned the toilet, the friend immediately got mad and raised his voice. So much so that the alleged actual cleaner had to ask him to calm down and apologized to me. I started to realize in that moment that I have two strange men in my home, I've seen no identification, don't know their names or even have a phone number and they clearly brought no supplies to actually clean my apartment. When I asked my cleaner why he brought no supplies he told me that they live an hour and a half away and they were running late so he forgot some supplies. Later when I mentioned the lack of supplies again he said he forgot them at the last job. I'm not entirely sure what their intention was coming to my apartment that day, but I am certain the plan was not to clean. I have gone back and forth with Dazzling Cleaning trying to get out of my contract because I have safety concerns as a single woman, and they refuse to allow me out of my contract unless I pay $289. While Dazzling Cleaning claims to do background checks, what good are they if they also allow cleaners to arrive with friends who have not been checked? I asked if there was a policy around bringing friends and they confirmed that they allow cleaners to bring friends if they want. I had two other cleanings with Dazzling Cleaning. They both resulted in some version of a refund based on how bad the job was. My third cleaner was a no-show. The above was my fourth, and last, scheduled appointment with Dazzling Cleaning. I will now have to pay my contract for the remaining four months but will not be allowing anymore cleaners into my home.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I received an email promising changes to my account settings, consequences for the no-show cleaner, and a new service at my next available time.
As far as I can tell, all promises were honored and I was happy with the new cleaner. I will continue as a customer.

Update: My second appointment went very well. The cleaner was friendly and on time.
She cleaned well and I requested her for my next cleaning. I will continue as a customer, as the company has fulfilled the promises it made after my terrible experience.

Update: I actually received an email from a real person trying to resolve my issues with the service. I will try the company again this week and see how it goes.

Ridiculous. First time cleaning, already charged for membership and $20 additional, cleaner never showed and I could not find a way to get help or a different cleaner. The no-show never appeared on the cleaner's file as promised, so he has a 5-star rating still. There is NO customer service. They don't even pretend to promise to get back to you by email any day soon. Chat function is disabled. Customer service phone makes you leave a message but does not promise call back within days. I cannot believe this company exists - is it a total scam?

Cleaning not completed on 6/2
Cleaner arrived at 11:05am after helping herself to one of my sodas she wandered around the house talking on her phone, At 12:22 she vacuumed for 2 minutes. Relaxed on couch at 12;45 and left. Bathrooms floors mirrors dusting none were done. Tried contacting company no reply but charged for 4 hrs for nothing

Horrible company
Ive been emailing over and over with no response or call from your company. Ive been charged 3 times before any service was even done. When someone finally came they did not complete anything at all. Then after she left I noticed items missing. Ive asked that someone contact me to resolve the issue and no one have called and only responded with issuing me a free 2 hour cleaning

The last only was supposed to clean my kitchen,pantry and laundry room. She never started on the laundry room. Took 4 hours in the kitchen for some reason and half did it and did not clean the pantry

I was charged twice and have not even received service from you all yet. It says I wont be charged until service is rendered but I was a charged 3 different time and 3 different amounts. I emailed almost a week ago but no one has emailed back or called. They say it couldnt be paid from my cash app so I put another card on file but was charged on both.The lady that came out stole items from my house. I wouldnt recommend there service to anyone!

Im taking them to court for fraud and Emotional distress. I have never in my 40 years dealt with such a disgusting company blatantly taking my money and throwing it in my face with vouchers I have over 200 emails with EMMA since December. Im going out of my way to hire a real good attorney. Hopefully itll eventually help put a stop to these scam *** how in the world are they even in business???

My floors are filthy, no vacuum was used, toilets and counters not cleaned and half the whiskey I bough got my brother in law coming tomorrow is gone!!! Sinks are dirty trash not taken out only front on some counters dusted. Oven was put on self clean which is poison to animals and my dog was home oven not cleaned out after. I am disgusted!!! I have pictures of all! Shoved a ton of dirty dishes in dishwasher and didnt even run it! Obviously only vetting homes to be robbed later!
