You moved my information from NFL Game Pass to your service, put the subscribtion on auto-renew and charged me for the highest possible fee for a subscribtion I never consented to. And you made it impossible for me to cancel it or contact you regards i getting a refund. I demand a refund of the total amount immediately. I will not back down until this happens.

They mislead you saying your subscription has been cancelled then take your money, because the account is still active?! Wtf. So you try to delete to delete the account after they steal your money from your account (by the way it is deleted from your Apple subscriptions) they direct you to a web browser. The instruction is to go to a web browser and delete your account. Then your subscription will be deleted! I am yet to find where this SECRET AND CERY WELL HIDDEN account deletion is. Very crafty THIEVES. DELETE MY ACCOUNT TODAY as you make it impossible for us to do it ourselves. I have told my bank too they are investigating. I sent them screenshot of my apple subscriptions with DAZN nowhere to be seen and yet they are taking money from yhe bank.

Dear DAZN! Unfortunately, after 2 years had passed, I noticed on my bill that since October 2021, a fee has been deducted every month for a service that I have never used! There are a lot of transactions on my account every month, this amount did not appear before. I went to the bank today to block the deductions, but they said that it was not possible because I have a contract with you. This is impossible! My e-mail address is odin.galzsolt@***.com, this e-mail address is not registered with you, as I have never registered! How could it happen that someone registered with you with my bank details??? How can I cancel the service if I have never used it??? Who registered with you and with what e-mail address??? Where is the contract??? How did the person prove himself??? I have never used your service, and I have to say that I don't have a TV set either! I know I was careless, I didn't notice this fee among the many transactions, which has increased since 2021! I am sending all the transactions attached. Please let me know as a matter of urgency on what basis they are deducting 29.99 Euros from me per month!!! I never wanted and never want such a service, I don't watch TV because, as I wrote, I DON'T HAVE A DEVICE! I am very concerned that someone misused my name and bank card details!!! Please send me the e-mail address from which you registered, and I would like you to return the retroactively paid amounts to my account. I am still getting charged for a "subscription" whenever I canceled mine and it doesn't give me an option to delete my DAZN account or take my card off file. I want both done immidiately, I also need a refund for being charged whenever I canceled. I have already contacted my bank. Can't watch the fight I paid for
On April 22nd, I purchased the Ryan Garcia vs Gervonta Davis fight on the Dazn app and could not watch it. I received error messages. I have screenshots. I did not get what I paid for and need a refund. I still have not been contacted. They took my money immediately, but the app denied me access to the fight. It said something about my payment going through which was false according to my bank statement. Then I tried clicking on "buy now" AGAIN, and it said "you already own this". I was stuck in that loop of error messages for what had to be half of the fight, until I finally gave up and stopped trying because the fight was pretty much over. The whole thing was ruined for me. I took off work to watch this fight and never got to see one second of it. So I missed out on work money for a full shift, AND they rook my money $63.00 for a product they never delivered. They STILL have not contacted me 5 days later. This is unacceptable. I have been paying them $158.99 a year for a subscription going on a few years now. I will be canceling my subscription if they don't make this right. I shouldn't have to go through the hassle of disputing this with my banking institution, but I will if I still haven't heard anything a week out from the event(4/22).

Refund of PPV that I never watch
I had purchased a subscription and a add on event of the PPV fight of Garcia Vs. Davis. DAZN took the money from my account and informed me that my account and add-on event would be ready in 10 minutes. I waiting over 2 hours trying to watch the event. The event was over and I still didnt get to watch the fight. I have numerous screenshots of me checking and trying to watch the event over the course of the fight happening in real time. I have reached out to DAZN by email and was informed I would be contacted in 24 hours. It has currently been 72 hours since I sent the email. I even tried to reach a live agent on the website but their AI always informs me no live agents are available at that time. I will soon be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I order the tank and Garcia fight... paid $60 dollars didn't get the stream on time for the fight ... checked my bank account they took 70 dollar from my bank account... I contacted customer service they said there is no one to help me this issue... please don't use danz they are a fraudulent company...don't ever use dnzn

I agreed to the terms which sent me to a phone number that is not working I'm trying to get in contact with this creator of the app to get a refund on the money I paid for to watch an event After paying for the event it did not let me watch the event it just took my money and stated it had an issue I want a refund I paid to watch an event and instead I got robbed

I purchased the fight 2 twice with 2 different cards and that *** ate my money I wasnt even able to watch the fight. Then I tried contacting Dazn but you can only email them which sucks *** All I want is my refund back because this *** makes no sense.

I ordered the Garcia vs Davis fight on pay per view. I tried to watch it but it would not allow me to do so. Every time I attempted to watch the fight it would state that I purchased the fight. For some reason or another it would not allow me to watch the fight though. Im really disappointed. Due to that I had friends and family over to watch the fight but could not do so. Im very activated from what has transpired tonight.
