Bed Bug Bites and More

The worst hotel experience I ever had in my life. I booked my room online for a visit to Kentucky for my daughters' wedding from Aug 24th to Aug 27 2023. Upon first arriving I did not notice everything due to jet lag. My husband and I went out to eat dinner upon returning we went to sleep. I went into the restroom the next morning and noticed the towels were dirty, the shower was moldy, the floor towel was dangerously cracked. It was was roaches on the bathroom floor. During the night I was awakened by a strange looking insect. There was load traffic all night long like drug activity. To top it off my husband and I ended up with insect bites not knowing they were actually bed bug bites. We cancelled the rest of our days and found another hotel.

They never call me back on my problem with my stay

I call them talk to one of their employees who said they would call me back and still nothing and my stay wasnt a good one

Was there got biting by something

We stay on days inn in woodland reading PA got biting by something in the room all of my leg and my hubby ear that needed meds inform then in a letter no answer back and the toliet seat broke and they charge us 50 buck the stay was horrible and the lie about breakfast only cold stuff like cereal bars

Unclean rooms, nasty service

We had the room for 7 nights, there was no room service at all. We had to go to front desk to ask for towels each day to shower with, let along had to ask for toiletries each day. We had to get the key to the room door reprogrammed everyday so we could get back in our room. We wasnt the only quest that had issues. I went to get towels one night to use to shower and dry off with the receptionists told me there wasnt any available. Yes I did contact Days Inn head quarters along with a couple more quest that stayed here. It is definitely not worth the money nor time.

Because I was ripped off on not getting refund for the days I didn't want bed sheets cards were not working

Horrible room conditions - left after 15 minutes. Want a refund.

Upon pulling in, there was a couple fighting and screaming in the parking lot. I walked into the room - right off the bat I could tell how disgusting and dirty it was. The smell was horrible. The bed comforter and sheets had yellow stains and covered in black curly hairs, the pillow cases were stained with hair as well. The bathroom floor was covered in black hair. Even the tub was filthy and had hair in it. I went to the desk for clean sheets, and they were very nonchalant about it. The walls were disgusting and paint missing all over. The carpets were dirty and not vacuumed. None of the surfaces had even been wiped off. There wasn't even a single roll of TP! Stay away from this place. I am currently trying to get a refund but have been treated very poorly and the workers are extremely rude and careless.

Dirty and false advertising

The online pictures made it seem a lot nicer. We paid over $300 for 2 nights. We couldn't get a wifi login Our coffee machine was broken in our room. When I asked for coffee from the front desk (from the window off the Main Street because guests were locked out of the main building). The woman said "I don't make coffee until 6:40" so rude. We asked if they were going to clean the pool and the woman at the front desk said "I don't know. Ask the other woman in 15 minutes " I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel experience, but this was absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I give 2 stars was the first woman who checked us in was kind and accommodating.

Disgusting Room

Days inn Newberry SC. Pictures are worth a thousand words. LOOK AT THE PICTURES, Asked for a refund would not give me one. Finally found us a room decent enough to stay never stay here 50 Thomas griffin rd Newberry sc

Disappointed about the hotel

My husband and I we got the very bad experience with one of your Hotel Days Inn by Windham in Orangeburg SC I want for one night one of the Maneger to sleep in the same room where I slept last night - room 202 and then to tell me how she/ he felt in that room . Its a shame to have this hotel under your wing ! Your advertising is nice but once you get in you want to run - from the room and from the hot breakfast area as well .

Refuse to refund

We (my daughter, myself, and my two grandchildren ages 10 and six), were excited to be able to stay in Pigeon Forge TN for the weekend. We checked in, the first room was filthy, there were towels and washcloths all over the beds, lamps, and furniture; the beds were dirty and unmade, the front of the nightstand was broken and falling off. The second room was smelling so strong of smoke, my grandson couldn't breathe. The third room was smelly and the beds were wet to the touch, not sure what was on them, wasn't taking chances. Also was about an inch between the door and the door frame on the outside, you could actually open the door with a credit card! Immediately went down and checked out, requested a refund. Was told that since I booked through Expedia, they would have to refund me even though the hotel charged me. I immediately called Expedia, they told me since the hotel charged me, they would have to refund my money. So it has now been almost a week, still working with Expedia, they are having issues contacting the property, have filed a dispute with my bank, with no guarantee that I will get my money back. I will have to file a small claims suit if I don't get it back soon. DO NOT STAY HERE IF IN PIGEON FORGE TN. I have suggested to Expedia that this hotel should be removed from their site, and I have also lodged a complaint with Days Inn corporate office. I will get my money back, it may take a while, but I refuse to stop until I do.

Very bad value for your money.

Swimming pool out of order and didn't know when it would be fixed. Breakfast not much to it. Bathroom near breakfast area closed not working. Elevators, one working other broke. Carpet in our room looked like a construction crew walked thru it. Toilet seat broke slides side to side. We were there four days and never saw a cleaning person.avoid

Everything was horrible and also no one resolved the issues and also we has to clean the tub the blow dryer for hair the room was also half painted one collar dirty chair the balcony was also dirty but they wanted a 50 dollar deposited was a already dirty room customer service wasn't helpful at all no discount on another room or anything talk to atleast 3 or 4 different people couldn't hardly flush toilet handle broken and it's not professional when a hotel can not rent to the local residents that reside in the area also it was a big hole in the wall by the air conditioner unit I would like a refund please

Building and a hotel and safe and clean and it’s not what you pay for

Paid online in advance for a reservation at the Days Inn by Wyndham for April 21 and April 22. We arrived the room with had roaches inside and out I took pictures. My mother fell, got hurt before we even entered the premises. The light was out in the hallway. Outside the door it had a piece of wood a wooden plank connected to the door. They keep the door shut. I took pictures of that. I took pictures on the steps that wasnt connected or the plate that made my mother fall when she stepped onto the premises, we never state not one minute, requested our money back and havent received it. When she hit the floor and even in the hallway, it reeked of urine, so did the room.

Dirty room and bad customer service

We stayed one night at Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port hotel. First, we stayed in a bad room and the room smelt very bad because it never cleaned up properly. Secondly, the shower tub had mold and looked like never cleaned at all. In addition to that, we were supposed to be picked up by the hotel shuttle from FLL airport and the shuttle came twice and was full. So, after waiting for one hour, we ended up taking a taxi to the hotel and cost us $40.00. Finally, we asked for manager, and they said manger not available in the weekend. So, I would not recommend this hotel to any one and I will never go there again.
