As of now I have yet to receive my dispute refund and I've been calling and being patient. I get the run around and get told something different each time I call... I even call Evolve Bank and Trust, your parent bank... I just want to know the real truth.. I'm asking for tangible results. I need those monies so I can get off the streets. I wasn't able to verify myself
I was signing up for this. But for some reason it says I already had an account so I checked my emails. Then I had it supposedly send a message to a phone number it gave me like five numbers none of them are mine I have never had any of those numbers I've only had two numbers in like 15 years. So I'd like to speak to someone to see what if I have an account and I'd like to know how I have an account. I also like to know what numbers are connected to an account with my name on it or my email fraudulent I tell you fraudulent it would be nice if there was a person a human being on the other side instead of a recording that hangs up on you when you do not pick from what it has you pick from. How do you conduct business and satisfaction of customers when you have no way of actually getting hold of someone.

I had same bank sane card same Dave card linked to my app as long as I been using I recently had problemonaponto link my debit card again for some reason never took it off but over and over linked it said good then it denied from stripe I have called stripe the app and my bank my bank say it good have an open case I get the runaround noonecid fix or dealing with it stripe said they don't know but Dave app has to call they are having the problem I sent pic and everything I never had a problem on top of that hsd an advance they took that back with my bank and Dave card still linked noone can tell me wy thif I's haopeninb or getting in touch all I get id sanethry will escalate faster three times I got thif noone call back or to stripe o sent all photos whst haoeens t I want it foxesI wan

My account was charged $25 and I have no idea why. But you overdrew my checking account
I was charged $25 and I havent used your services in weeks. It over to my checking account which I got charged another $25 for so I would love to speak to someone but no one is available. I dont have my card with me. Impossible to get through without information from the card. Im disgusted right now.

My account was hacked by a cash app transaction for $200 and another one for $65 I contacted David immediately because I don't know what the transactions were?
I sent them everything they asked told them I knew nothing about this company and it was completely unauthorized obviously because I don't know what pixie at Cash app was all about the other one was Peru linen I've never done business with either of these merchants I found a complaint and investigation turned up that everything was fine and they weren't paying me back? I appealed that and again they said it's my account I'm responsible for it I can't be responsible for something I don't know anything about somehow I got scammed and they are not helping

Took money from my bank account, still says theres an outstanding balance on app. I have repaid on time multiple times. Not only that, pay period max has not gone up.

Used Dave for 2 years then had a deposit of $3930 an when try get help to figure out why my money did not go on my daves card they closed out my account an still have not got my money back an cant even contact them anymore by phone or can't get into my daves app any longer

Problem with the address
Cannot add my office address as a address right now living out of the office area and wanted to see if I can still create an account to put aside some funds and get the opportunity to use the advance opportunities, build my credit scores to purchase a few Condos. New car purchase just some of the things to get the credit scores up.

Waiting on a refund
I received a email saying that my card was off due to Dave customer service deciding it was duplicate accounts but the card ending 5520 that Dave customer service rep cut off had a refund pending the full total should be $50 I have turned in proof and everything on my email I still haven't received my refund

I applied for a 75$ loan. Instead of them depositing the 75$ they withdrew it!!! Causing 2 NSF charges of 35$ each! It has been a week since this has happened! Customer service took my claim and allegedly sent it to their fraud department and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have since called a few times but customer service says that their fraud department will contact me. They cant say when, they cant transfer me to the fraud department or give me an email address. I have used this app. for years now and have never had any problems with it.

Dave stole $2060.00 from my account and I cant talk to anyone to get it back. Their human chat is not human they only email. This service I wouldnt even recommend to my enemy. DO NOT GET THIS ACCOUNT they will steal your money. There are pictures of my account and the messages I have sending to this so called chat!
