8 months and no bulb. Big runaround. Now my e-mails are not going through. This company is a big ripoff scam. Luckily I only ordered 1 item. If I lived in California I'd be kicking down their door. Fradulent Charges of $300 by Dav Beauty Corp, no cooperation from Bank of America
My wife purchased was beads in September of 17'. Then, from December 11-19 they charged her card 59.99 five different times. I disputed the fraudulent charges with Bank of America and they only reversed 3 of the 5 charges. They are saying that the thieves were able to provide them with my address suggesting the purchases were legitimate. So 3 they found to be fraud but the other 2 were legit? I keep arguing with Bank of America every time the respond to me. The keep telling me to contact the merchant but not even they can give me a contact. I've sent them websites with hundreds of complaints nearly identical to my claim and they refuse to refund my account. I have concluded Bank of America is incompetent and a very poor company to do business with and will be severing all accounts associated.

The problem is that nothing happened because I’ve never received my damn order !!! Try contacting the company but they refused to answer me back !!! This company should be sued !!!

Never received my order
I ordered the flaming lights on November 23,2017. I spent 94.00 dollars on that order. As of today 3/24/18 I still haven't received my order. I've made several attempts to contact them and I never heard back from them. I placed my order on Facebook. I guess I'm out of the 94 dollars.

Don’t buy from this company, total scam.
I ordered a neck hammock before Christmas. 3 months later I still hadn’t received it so I contested my charges on my visa. Lo and behold suddenly the product shows up, so they can collect the money. No contact info, no return address. Nada. Bunch of crooks. 3 months my *** Obviously they hoped I’d give up since there were no contact info.

No way to treat customers
DAVBEAUTY Purchased a fire light for $28.70 on Friday, Dec 15th, 2017. The AD did not state it would take 10 weeks to get the item, when I called at 6 weeks, they informed it would take 10 weeks. Well.... it's been over 10 weeks and NO LIGHT yet. I have emailed the dealer twice, both times they stated it was "on the way". Now when I look for my order the page is missing. I will be filing a complaint with the FBI next. Liars, cheaters, scammers. PLEASE, PLEASE, do NOT buy from this company. Save your time and money. They will SCAM you. I bought the item from a store on Shopify.com. What LOSERS they are.

AWFUL experience.
I ordered one of those bulbs on Nov. 28, 2017. I still haven't received it. I emailed them 7 times and received 2 replies.. The replies just they sent said that, "You should receive your order in the next three days." Hah! Anyway, just today I went to my bank and they are going to investigate and get a refund for me. I apparently just barely made the window for them to do this (60 days from purchase). This company is THE WORST I had ever dealt with. Not just their customer service, but all aspects seem to be FUBAR. WARNING! Do not purchase from this company unless you like to go through things like we've been through. If other companies charge are couple more dollars, pay it.

DAV Beauty - Scam company!!
I made one purchase in 8/28/17 and in December of 2017 I was charged 3 additional times from this company in the amount of $59.99 for items I did not purchase. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank and of course they are idiots and said because DAV had all my correct information (of course they did, I purchased from them in August) that they could not refund my account. Clearly the bank (Chase) does not care nor do appropriate research to make sure this was a legit company. I emailed this company every day, 2x/day, without a response!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Bad service...scammers
I ordered a full body pillow on 12/17/17.. Credit card posted on 12/18/17. $67.01. it is now January 12, 2018, and I still have not received confirmation email, phone call, or anything regarding this purchase. I have never received any kind of package in the mail. The email listed on website is phony. There is no phone number listed anywhere on the website for customer service. The only confirmation I have that this was even ordered is my credit card statement. There is no phone number on that either. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company today. There has been no contact from this company in any way, so I am beginning to feel like this website is a full on scam. Someone is out to get rich quick! Sure wish I would have seen this website first before purchasing anything from this company. There are lots of complaints !!!

DAV Beauty (Saiyo), a rip off. Don't ever buy anything from them
I ordered a neck sling on December 3rd 2017. Tracking information says that FEDEX received the request for shipping on the 7th. Tracking information that they provided says it is still waiting for the merchandise to be delivered to FEDEX for delivery. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them using their customer support and finally got an answer. It takes six weeks to ship internationally. However, the shipping tracking label is says it is in California. I am in Oregon. Internationally? I responded to their reply and still have not heard back from them. Customer service is NON- existent at this company and all they want is your money. P.S. Make sure you read all of their SHIPPING information.. no refunds no guarantees items may not be like they show and you have to provide proof for damaged goods. Not to mention if they get stolen or not delivered no refunds and no returns. What a blanked up store. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Dav Beauty...did not receive product
I ordered the LED flame light on November 24th and have not received it yet and today is December 30th. I have notified PayPal and I have notified Facebook that Dav Beauty is a scam business. I have given links to Facebook to show how you have ripped customers off. I think everyone needs to warn people in avoiding your scam business and report you every time your ads are seen. Eventually we can get you shut down. Now give me my money back or send me what I ordered. People in China ship faster than your company.....if there is even a company. I have a feeling we have all been scammed.

Scam and Credit card fraud
I ordered this product in September. the 2 for 3 bags of wax beans for $27 or so and it does work at all like the videos make it look. its not even the same consistency or color etc. whatever. I used it didn't like it so be it. I kept the wax beans and took a loss on the $27. BUT NOW all of a sudden 3 months later DAV BEAUTY has charged my credit card 6 times for $59.99 each day. $300.00 for what? OMFG what a great company. All of a sudden I cant contact customer service. I can't find a link that works to it all of them seem to be out of service at this time. How convenient
