We opted for their healthcare industry email list. Although we faced a higher bounce rate than expected, their support team was very helpful. We did panic a little since the purchase was done, and we were doubtful if they would respond to our queries, but we did get some extra support and help from their team. In the end, the bounce rate was somewhat reduced. Kudos to this team !

Hats off to their teamwork. Initially, when we made our first deal with them, there were many loopholes and a lot of delays in response but since the database we received worked out well, we decided to go ahead with them with our following requirements and I must say they have been improved in many ways. DataCaptive is a contact insights provider, who has helped us with our business upgrade. They provided us with the data we needed earlier than expected. Some of the data they delivered was not quite up to our standard, and we explained what had to be fixed. DataCaptive then rectified the errors accordingly.

Horrible quality only 20% deliverable. Slow response and no accountability.
Ordered a supposed verified and opted-in list of doctors for a start up. Scrubbed list only to find 1064 out of 5000+ to be deliverable. Their list tripped spam alerts with email scrubber and the scrubber dropped our subscription. Horrible response to concerns (none).. BUYER BE WARE!

An offer to work through the problem which I am happy with..

We requested a list of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and the original list provided included vet / animal physios. Yes they re-supplied and replaced the ones we had highlighted as totally against the brief - 1500+/- However, the bigger problem is that I have come up against some serious issues around the verification, and in the end safety of these email addresses. I started a few prospecting campaigns with them and was noticing a dangerous level of Bounce Rate, so I had to pause and assess what was happening. I concentrated on looking at our own set up and DNS and domain health etc and all in all that was ok, although we did need to make one element our end right around the SPF records. With that done, I then set about re-starting campaigns in the hope that things would have improved significantly off the back of the change I made to our DNS but unfortunately this was not the case. At this point I commissioned a contractor to take a look at the campaigns and give me their opinion. They ran a sample of the leads through EmailListVerify and the results were terrible. So all in all we have been left with less than half the 16000+ supplied. Obviously this is very disappointing and definitely wouldn't use this service again.

Sells fake emails
We bought several thousand hospital CFO emails from DataCaptive. One third were invalid, looked to have been guessed --and guessed wrong. DataCaptive would not issue a refund, they only replace the invalid emails with more emails, which are also invalid. Stay away from these thieves!

DataCaptive is the best example of human intelligence at its best. Their service, quality and delivery time are incredible. And the fact that everything is manual makes it trustworthy and a must use and most empowering tool for sales and marketing.
