Disgusting
What is floating in my water? It looks like mold. I'm glad I saw it before pouring it into my water bottle. Tried to get a HUMAN on the phone but a recording at 5:38 pm EST said they were closed at 7:00 pm EST and that I needed to call back during normal business hours.

The tops are hard to remove
Tops of Dasani 12ozs bottled water. The tops are hard to unscrew and the leak when replaced on the bottle.

I love your water, but can't figure out how to get the bottle's opened with out a pair of plyers, you might check to see what's going on with the lids, truly aggravating.

Spilled water from removing the caps due to poor quality of bottles!
Flimsy bottles crumple when the top is removed and when holding the bottle to drink!! No more Dasani for me! Plus, the water is no better than my city's nasty tap water

Poor quality packaging
The 16.9 oz. bottle packaging is substandard. The cap is so thin, its very difficult to get it off. The bottle is made of such cheap plastic that it crinkles while holding it, and it sometimes falls over when putting it down on a table. Trying to recap the bottle has resulted in spills as well! Bottle is dated: Produced 061823

I just won’t buy your water anymore because the plastic caps and bottles are no good
You unscrew the bottle cap and try to put the plastic cap back on and bottle is so cheaply made that the top wont stay on the bottle Water falls over and spills onto the floor Garbage Garbage Garbage

Flimsy Bottles
I have always drank Dasani because I liked the sturdy bottles. The ones now are worse than the other brands so I cannot purchase any more Dasani in the flimsy bottles. Will look for another brand with the best bottle that will keep its shape in my hand and sit up straight without tipping over due to a FLIMSY bottom.

Water taste way off in normal flavor.
We are loyal Dasani water drinkers. This batch so far tastes like tap water in Houston. Very different than normal. Just want to have someone address the issue in case you need to know on a quality control issue. Hoping that this is not a normal issue as you will lose customers. It seems like no minerals were added for the flavor. Very off

I won’t buy Dasani Water any longer
These plastic bottles are the worst thing I have ever seen. The screw caps wont stay on the bottles and if the bottle falls over then the water comes out of the bottle. What can be done to make the bottles thicker. This design is so bad there is no words for it

Thin plastic, less water than many brands
I find the thin plastic undesirable. I have squirted water on myself and others when the new plastic is so thin. Dasani has gone too far. I dont like paying more for less.

I found a partical in Dasani water
Am a retailer and i sell dasani water yesterday i got a complain from my customer that this purified water bottle contain partical that means quality of water not so Good

Bottles are too thin!!!
I wrote to you months ago and still nothing has changed except the 20oz. bottles are now stronger. Bottles in the 24 pack are so thin that when you try to open they pour all over you. I have been at events or driving and had this problem many times. My wet clothes and water on my car seats. What a mess.. I support recycling but please find a way!!!

Change in bottles
Why did y'all change the bottles? If I wanted to buy a great value or other water bottles that are so cheaply made then that's what I would be doing. Please go back to the more stronger bottles or I will have to start using Aquafina or Great Value water.
