Service

I was there on Friday and the manager / server was poor. Server didnt know anything I ask and the manager came one time like she was lost. There was other servers that we had to ask for things and one of the server pick app plate up and we wasnt finish. It was a party of 7 at a table I ask for more room and it was like no. I had 2 free app coupons per entree but wasnt allow to use it. Was my daughter worst birthday dinner

Terrible customer service

Our company used Darden to issue gift cards to it's employees for Christmas gifts. At least 4 of us have had our issued cards fraudulently used. It's an embarassing situation when you attempt to use them at a restaurant and the server or manager comes back and tell you that they have been redeemed. Darden will not refund or reissue gift cards. I hope my company never uses them again!

INEDIBLE FOOD and ARGUMENTATIVE MANAGER

Olive Garden Sanford FL Ordered food by phone at 557pm. Was told 35 mins. Showed up at store at 630, food not ready. 15 minutes later still not ready. Manager starts blaming me saying my pickup time was 645. If you check the photo, pickup time was supposed to be 635 and from what i can tell from looking at the "food", the fettucini was left out sitting for over 20 minutes All dried up and nasty brown. Threw it out. Called in only to be met with the same argumentative manager. Don't know if she is having a bad day and don't care. We don't cook and eat out most nights. I can GUARANTEE you we will NEVER go to a darden restaurant again. Fully intend to contact darden corp monday morning. We're in an age folks where dinner for two is greater than $50. Don't you think we deserve edible food for that much money? So, I'm out of forty some odd dollars and the "food" ended up in the trash. The ball is in your court Darden. Waiting for seating

Stopped at your Longhorn location in Amarillo on 1/4/23 around 6 pm. Put our name in at the "seater's station", and were told the wait would be 20-30 minutes. There were other people waiting for tables as well. From our vantage point, it was easy to see that there were LOTS of available tables - yet we still had to wait. After being seated, I counted 14 tables that were available. The food was great, however, when I'm dropping over $100 on a meal, I don't expect to endure such a wait on a week night. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Stupid management at Sandlake Road

Tried to book a 13 person celebration of my wife's 75 birthday. We WERE regular customers of your restaurants.NO MORE. Your STUPID MANGER yes the manager said the computer only allows parties of 10. Idiot Not smart enough to do a party of 10 & 3 . Lazy worthless no level of service. I managed and owned hotels for 40 years 30 plus in the Orlando market. If the IDIOT worked for me he would be FIRED. In these times of WOKE I am sure you will promote him. The current manager at Altomonte 3 times better than this IDIOT. MIKE CASSARA PS my wife's birthday will be celebrated at Del Friscos with accommodation of seating and time WHY because they appreciate me as a CUSTOMER

Manager Needs to be Fired

I work at a Longhorn in Waco, TX. Our manager is disrespectful, degrading, and completely unprofessional. She makes at least one server cry every shift, and that is no way to run a business. If Darden ever looks at these, her name is Leticia.

Complaint

Renigade steak too salty - did not enjoy it. Mashed potatoes were not as good since Covid - were rated by myself and partner very good a 10 - now a 6 or 7.

I waited for food for over 1 hour and 15 minutes. One of the carryout servers was rude and stated to me when I asked about my food "the kitchen is behind give us a moment" He kept asking for my receipt and said I am going to put a rush on it. I spoke to Mgr who was just so bland about it. This is the third time I have received poor service from this restaurant. I cannot support them any longer.I can't give any .

Food was so disappointing.

Have eaten at Olive Garden for several years. Visited one on East Colonial Drive in Orlando. Service was great. Food took 45 minutes. Was worse dinner I ever had. Chicken Marsala was beyond dry. The side of Alfredo was horrible. Sauce was broken. Did not complain as waiter was so apologetic. Will never go back.

Slow, cold food, poor management attitude

Long food wait, tepid food, poor management response (David). David s condescending attitude towards our concerns resulted in informing him that we probably wouldnt return, to which he replied that he was sorry to hear that. Not even the slightest degree of attempting to solve the issues.

Complaint of our Olive Garden in spokane valley washington

It was my brothers 88th birthday celebration and I took the whole family too Olive Garden in Spokane Valley Mall ,Spokane Washington, It was a total disaster. and this is the 3rd bad meall, cheap products, quality faries and not consistant, Our birthday celebration was marked with very bad experiences as we all had bad meals, not warm , dried out looking and not tasty meals. Noodles were more than eldenti, all was bad, We will not be going back there until I hear that things have changed. The food that we got was of poor grade, don't mind spending money on food that is suppose to be a cut above the rest but the total experience in food quality is so diappointing, Not like the old days. You should take this seriously as others in spokane are talking about how they feel taken by then putting out less than good quality. Got a replacement order as u can see st the top photo, what the *** is the cook doing? It look horrible also, mo cheese, no meat or sauce.

I give up, waiting for a response!! The lasanga is suppose to be like the photo with white cheese n red sauce, not like garbage.

I sent the Darden company a email, they should have it. I ordered spaghetti it was undercooked,manager Torsha came out n gave me a to go order of lasagna , i didn't want the spaghetti. When I got home n looked at the lasagna it looked like something that had been cooked n rewarmed up . I took a fork n went down thru it I was blowing away. It was horrible, burnt n dried out. Didn't warm it up I didn't put it the microwave it would have been a double disaster . The cook needs to be fired. We have been going there over 20 years n this is the first I've seen a order this disgusting. I didn't have any dinner to eat, thanks OG. I'm really angry, no excuses for this. Very unpleasant dinner experience

My wife and I had dinner at the Olive Garden at 2397 SR.77 in Panama City Fl. 32405 Last night. we arrived at around 5 pm. We placed our order for the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. I ordered the "never ending soup and salad " because the seafood portafino is no longer on the menu.( that is another issue LOL) My wife ordered the seafood alfredo. after waiting for approximately 25 minutes the server apologized several times and brought our salad and bread sticks so we would have something to begin our meal. It was another 10 minutes after we began eating before our appetizer arrived. Again our server apologized for the delay. After eating the salads and bread sticks and appetizer our server apologized again because my wife's seafood alfredo was still not ready. She brought my bowl of soup while my wife waited patiently for her entree. I had finished another bowl of salad and my soup and her meal was still not there. More apologies from our server and finally my wife received her entree.At this point I was frustrated with the poor service or actually the poor timing from the kitchen as our server could only serve whats ready from the kitchen. I had lost my apatite and was ready to leave. I asked to speak with the manager. Mr. Santos again apologized for the delay with both our appetizer and the entree. His solution for this frustrating date night with my wife was to give us a complimentary piece of pie? I was not happy with the service nor his solution to our ruined monthly date night. I asked him to put the pie in a to go box as my wife and I were ready to leave and that I would take up my issues with corporate. I hope that you contacting them will bring about actual change in the service. To others this may not seem like a serious issue, but when your only able to afford take your wife out for a "date night" once a month, its something we both look forward to and Olive Garden is one of our favorite placed to eat.
