Parts missing
I order two HRY451T and the blue part that goes at the bottom were missing. I was told that the HYR460 comes with it, but on Amazon they are in the photo on the Amazon web site.ifeel that Dancon owee two of them because the Web site is missing leading to people. Faucet not installing properly
I bought this faucet at Home Depot brought it home and could not install it because it didnt fit valve that it said it would fit tried to call the company need to speak to someone asap about this as I now do not have a working shower because I took the dancing product at its word that it would fit but it did not. Failed shower cartridge

Will not interchangeable for Kohler shower or sink faucet handles. Don't sell as universal. None of adapters fit and shower plate not compatible.

Bought a Danco faucet from Lowes. Terrible product. Within the first six months faucet would not go from stream to spray. Lowes would not take it back because it was a gift to me. Called Danco and spokesman seemed rude. They would not take it back and suggested I put it in a solution to dissolve buildup in faucet. I did this but it did not help. Out $ 40 bucks thanks to Lowes and Danco, two really poor service companies. Bought a Glasier faucet from Home Depot and it works fine. No more Danco products.

2nd Time Contacting You
This is the second time I'm contacting you all. First time went unanswered. I am missing the screw to hold the bronze handle on the tub handle kit I bought. Will you all send me a screw, or do I need to uninstall this and return it?

Missing Screw
Hello, It's been almost a week since I've contacted the company with no response. I purchased a bronze bathtub spout which is' Model#: 10561 Sku#: 630396 I was 99% of the way finishing the install, and I was missing the screw to hold the handle on to the valve. The product comes with both a bronze handle, and a clearish plastic knob, but I bought this specifically for the bronze handle to match the rest of my bathroom. Instead of completely uninstalling to bring back to Home Depot for a refund, I figured I would see if you all could ship me the missing screw. Please let me know if this is possible. I bought a tow-truck from them on 2018,and start having problems first month on valves leaking and more.These company do not care about you after they sales you a product .I am heaving problem with my hydraulic control valve try to contact them by calling 100 times, emailing and no answer. Easy made hard
Fix was made difficult with the danco product. I was just changing my tub spout diverter but this Danco product does not secure as easy as others have in the past. Water kept shooting out from the back. I have used other parts and I've done this before and this never happened before. It should have been a easy fix

Universal toilet handle model 10033
The design of this handle would work for either a front or angle mount, but it does not and cannot work for a side mount, which it also claims to be good for. The angle that the lever has to use is slightly under 45 degrees which, does not provide sufficient lift due to the shorter lever length for a side mount installation. For the side mount installation the lever has to be twisted to a right angle, but from the centre of the side to the front of the tank there is only about 2 inches. This gives about 1 inch of lift which is not adequate unless one holds the lever down for 10-15 seconds. No one should be expected to do that. Most toilets are side mount, so most of the time this handle is unusable.

Danco 88103 Faucet Repair Kit Review
I bought danco repair kit # 88103 the seal's don't fit the Delta faucet leaks worse than it did before these kits are junk!!!!!!!
