Missing paychecks

Still waiting to get my paychecks so I suppose I'll call back tomorrow. I'm deeply saddened to have my boss do this to me. I am what has kept store #15418 alive and still I'm treated like this. Please help me get my earned wages back.

Racial issues

I, an ambiguous biracial man was in the store on Grand avenue in hot springs AR(708 w Grand Ave 71913) (my order ID is :AACBJLMYACBG) While ordering, I heard multiple racial remarks between the two white employees. one male (Dylan) and one female and as he(Dylan) handed my blizzard to me he made multiple remarks directly at me and at the employee that was behind the counter. I am very disturbed by this as my child was standing right next to me and I had to explain the meaning of the nasty racial remarks that were said. Complain about a manager at North Keeneland, Richmond KY Store

I called DQ store in North Keeneland Drive in Richmond Kentucky and asked if they have any ice cream cake available, I was told that they had so I went to the store. I parked my car and went inside the store but doors are all close. I went back to my car and order in drive thru instead. I placed my order and the female crew told me that she will have my manager talk to me for my order, a male voice told me to pay in the window, parked in front and he will bring out the cake, I told him that I would like to order for a fries, burger and a drink as well but he said they dont have any and kitchen is close, so I told him ok just the ice cream cake then. I pay for my order in the window and then I was passed the window when I realize that only my card what given back but I dont have my receipt so I stopped and asked the female crew in the window if she can ask her manager to give the receipt with the cake and she said yes she will. I was already in the front when a male manager came out and handed me the cake, I asked him where is my receipt and he said he will have his crew bring it out. I waited and another male crew came out and give me the receipt, I asked the male crew if they had any smaller cake other than what was given to me and he answered yes they had, so I asked him if its possible to get the smaller one instead. He told me to wait and he will ask his manager. He went inside, I waited in my car and the manager came out and he was so arrogant asked me what I wanted. I explained to him if he can exchanged the cake to smaller one since that was the one I ordered to him, he took the cake and he was cursing and said the mother *** I was so surprised hearing those words so I asked him if he had any problem why he was showing bad attitude to think he was the store manager in that store, he answered me back but I couldnt hear what he was saying because he turned his back and walked inside the store. I waited again and a female crew came out (the one that was in the window). She handed me the a smaller cake and I asked her where is my refund receipt and my new receipt for the small cake, I even asked her what is the name of her manager and why he was acting so bad to their customer. I explained to her that I feel so frustrated why her manager was cursing and I told her that I will report to the management the way he acted. She said that the name of her manager is NATHAN and she said that she doesnt know and understand why her manager was like that and she said that she will talk to her manager inside the store for the receipts. She went in and came out with her manager. Nathan gave me the receipt when I check, the receipt said REPRINT it has same amount and description of the 1st receipt I had. I show it to the female crew and the female crew was already crying and talk to her manager that what his doing is totally wrong and he had to stop showing attitude, she told him that he will be fired because of his attitude and she might be fired also, Nathan response was *** and mother *** again and his face looked furious and walked inside the store. I feel so sorry for the female crew, so I told her that I will definitely report this incident. I asked her name and she said that her name is NEVADA. She was crying and I feel sorry for her and told her that she doesnt deserve to be treated by her manager that way as well, I thanked her for her help. Nevada told me she will get inside and fix the problem on my receipts. Again, I waited in my car then Nathan came to me and asked me if I wanted a free cake in sarcastic way. I answered him back definitely not I came to the store to buy a cake and I just need a refund receipt of the first cake that was given to me and charged me the correct amount of the small cake. He answered me back that the price of the small cake is just the same as the bigger one which it doesnt make any sense to me. To stop the conversation with him, I told him that I will get the bigger cake if the price is just the same and I will just deal with what happened to the DQ management, again he walked back to the store cursing and yelled that he doesnt care at all what he had done. I was trying to control my emotions towards him but I was shaking. Nevada came out with the bigger cake and I gave back to her the smaller one, she is still crying that time and she apologize for what was happened, I told her that no body deserve to be treated the way his manager did to us and I left the store. I hope that this will be given much attention so it will not happen again to any of your customers. If you had a camera/cctv in your store please review so you can see what all happened, inside your store and outside. You can also ask Nevada and the other male crew. Remove Aspartame from your products. Its not safe. It can cause serious health problems. Its in your Dilly bars.

Terrible cake

GI ordered a cake for my granddaughter, with a rainbow and writing, the cake was horrible, the writing was misspelled and the borders were falling off and minimal detail, also the manager of the Dr was very dismissive with me, I have not received any calls or emails about any resolution, very disappointed and frustrated

Why would I rate something that hasn’t been done??? 0 if so for asking so many questions & getting no answerss

We were in line, waiting to be waited on and through the drive-through, three or four cars ahead of us drove off, so we drove ahead to the window. No one ever acknowledged us so we laughed after 10 minutes then I decided to try to call them thinking maybe they had a problem or was getting robbed baby then no one still answered so we called and they said oh Im sorry which I actually they did not say Im sorry they said oh were changing shifts but yet they lost for customers and now were pulling off and they did not care to even acknowledge one customer. Thank you.

Dairy Queen has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I even registered the complaint with the BBB who said this situation is outside the scope of what they do, and suggested a lawyer.

Suing them would just cost me more money - THEY GOT AWAY WITH ALL OF THIS !!! Shameless &...

Silvis, IL drive through cost me $200.00! Drove up to window and showed my G5 perfect cell phone for rewards. Clerk snatched the cell phone from my hand to scan and and carelessly dropped it back onto my open palm which immediately slid off and dropped to the ground. Realizing what she had done then said "I'll get it", then leaned out the window hanging on by her feet, got it off the ground and then placed it back in my hand, and disappeared. Another clerk came to the window and handed me my order, which was completely wrong (hot dogs tough as rubber and missing items). Later I realized my PERFECT cell phone was COMPLETELY SHATTERED!!! The next day I called the Silvis location and spoke with the manager, explained what had happened and told him to watch the drive up window video of the event. He confirmed that she snatched the cell phone without saying a word, dropped it back onto my open palm not giving me a chance to grab onto it, then hung out the window to retrieve it off the ground and disappeared, followed by another employee handing me my order. His RESOLUTION is to give me COUPONS and discipline the employee!!! My job requires I have a cell phone. I had to go buy another cell phone which cost my $200.00! The video the store manager watched proved to him that she was 100% in the WRONG, AND CAUSED THE DESTRUCTION OF THE CELL PHONE! I contacted Dairy Queen headquarters and was told that each Dairy Queen is independantly owned and operated and it is the manager/owners responsibility to settle the problem. Obviously this manager is as wrong as his employee was. SHE HAD NO RIGHT GRABBING MY CELL PHONE - NEVER TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO SNATCH IT FROM MY HAND - AND HE HAS NO INTENTION ON SETTLEING THIS ISSUE HONORABLEY!!!

Old, outdated product.

Hello.I was at the Fostoria, Ohio DQ 4/15/23 and ordered an ice cream sandwich. The taste of it was atrocious as it obviously was very old. Had to throw away as there was no way to to eat and enjoy it. I would like to be compensated as I was way beyond the DQ to return. Thank you

Portions

I ordered a large sunday that just really barely came above the bottim portion if the container. Every time i come the staff charges for a large but does not serve a large portion. I took pictures i would be happy to send you

Not the DC IC I remembered

Had a free vanilla cone on 3-20. Very disappointed. It wasn't cold. It didn't melt. It had the consistency of Cool Whip. This was not the cold custard style IC product I remember. It certainly didn't give me any reason for me to go back.

Not one word after repeated attempts to get a gift card issue taken care of. Will not go there. Telling others about it

Short version - bought a gift card for a gift. Receipt shows it was activated. Gift card says it was not. All Dairy Queen said was to mail it to them. Never said mail it to where. And I tried to ask why they just could not issue a new one if they knew the old one was bad. Never a word from them. Lot of issues trying to speak with customer service also with the one time I was able to reach then by phone - again after repeated attempts.

Gift card

My issue is still not resolved. I have an issue with a gift card - the receipt shows it was activated, but the gift card says that it was not activated. I have tried numerous times to get this resolved. The answer I got yesterday did not answer my questions and I am still not satisfied. I replied back but got no response. I was told to mail the gift card back - but mail to where??? and why??? If it shows on your end that it was not activated and I sent you a photo of the receipt showing that it was paid for , why not just send me a new gift card gift. Why should I mail it for it to take forever in the mail, or possibly get lost. I am getting extremely aggravated. This was a gift for my daughter and she is not able to use it. If DQ can't resolve this ASAP then I could care less if we ever go back.

False, misleading, nasty, rude

Someone scheduled my son for an interview. Upon arrival he was told the manager would be back on Monday. I called to ask why no one reached out to tell him, female was very nasty and hung up in my face never once letting meet her name. I would do business there nor allow my son to work in an unorganized and rude environment. Interview was at 2pm he walked out at 2:01 pm head hanging in disappointment. The reminder was sent at 1pm for the interview.

Raw Chicken

Hello. i got a chicken sandwich for takeout. got home ate half of it before i looked inside because something didn't feel right. looked inside to find my chicken was almost completely raw on the inside. i am disgusted and currently feeling very ill. i dont know why this happened but it is quite unacceptable and i will be sharing my experience with everyone. is there something you can do about this? I also have the receipts and the photos of the raw chicken

Terrible food

So far nothing has been done and I have not been compensated for the bad food. The service was great but the food was disgusting. IT was luke warm and rubbery. It went right into the trash. I was hoping to get some kind of a gift certificate to compensate me for the meal

Horrible BD Cake

I have been getting my son a Dairy Queen Oreo Ice Cake for the last 20 years. This cake looks sooo bad, like a child threw it together. I've been trying to get an email address for Dairy Queen so I can send photos. The written words that I had added to personalize the cake, a 5 year old would've done better! Unbelievable. Also there was no fudge in between layers. It's totally different. It tastes ok but nothing like the cakes I've bought my son for 20 years and he's turning 35. I am really disappointed, and it wasn't cheap! I had to take photos as everyone that looked at it commented saying that looks horrible! And there was about 30 people here! Great job, and it was embarrassing, so thank you for that! Lynne Norton
