1/6/2023 rec'd full size sheets. Ordered king size sheets. Do not own a full size bed. Item No.{{Redacted}} Egyptian Cotton Sheets. The right hand glove had the thumb sewn shut. I contacted customer service and a really nice girl said she is sending a replacement. I based some of the survey answers on the fact that I have not received the other gloves yet. I'm confident she did her job and I will eventually receive them. The shipping is terrible. Took forever to get the original pair.

Contacting someone is a Headache
I have been trying to receive a receipt with the date on it, for about a week and I have yet to receive it. I've put in several tickets, but all I get is an email stating it was sent to my email and the ticket is closed. I asked for the receipt with Date of purchase and still have not received it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After many emails sent I finally received a refund for the 2 missing silver is who missing silver neck chains..

These people will not answer the phone and talk to you or take care of any issues you have. My package with two silver necklaces was left in Smyrna Tennessee on June the 22nd has never advanced any further towards Sweetwater Tennessee appears to be missing I cannot get daily steals to do anything about finding the order or refunding my money they are completely ignoring me. Do not recommend this company.
