They it very difficult to return items. Their customer service is terrible. Sends damaged products to customers.

I paid for my order in March. It is now July. I have a tracking number that is not valid. I have emailed several times. I got one response we are sending up to another department . Nothing else. Phone number just disconnects after putting you on hold. WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. Theres no way to actually speak to someone.

Sold refurbished ipad that arrived scratched up, did switch on and synced but further than than was useless because it could not update to latest ios. When tried to call them, there is no easy way to connect. They finally responded to multiple emails but can only give me store credit to buy more trash

I received my Laptop Yesterday and my Disappointment is Still with me today. Being that you are a Respected Company, I am Very Upset with Buying from You, which I have bought from you before and I was Very Pleased with my Order. I cannot Believe that you would have sent me this Laptop in this Condition. This Laptop looks like it was taken out of the Garbage and sent to me that I couldn't touch it without wearing a Pair of Gloves . I bought an iphone from them. The first one overheated. I exchanged it and the second one wasn't compatible with my carrier even though it said it was. They gave me a gift card towards a third. They gave me a gift of $177 (($20 more than I paid) towards a third. I paid an additional $300. This phone also didn't work. I was told they never refund gift cards--I told them I was going to the attorney generals office and they offered me a refund of $377 with a $100 "surcharge" I returned the phone and said I am expecting a full refund. Still waiting and zero response from daily sale. Can anyone help me?
