Ac service

Pls help me. My ac purcheas date 10.07.2023. Very but device. Rude biabihar. My issue no solve. All ready 12000 thousend paid.

7 month old system and it’s failed 4 times

We spent $18,000 on a daikon furnace/ac/heat pump and spent another 1000 on portable heaters since it fails so often. No one can figure out the issue. It will say communication error and many times it will fix itself and start working within 6-8 hrs. This last time we have been without heat for 4 days. The install company sent someone out but said the issue was above his pay grade. The AC never got our house as cool as we want. We like it at 70 in the summer and it will be 74 most of the time. For being so efficient we have spent more money on utilities than we did with our 15 year old system.

Bad service

service/ called rex lilley the one we bought the unit from.have had terrible serviceour unit has been acting yp for several months.we called rex about loud noises coming from unit.he said that not to call him about noises coming from system. we bought a 12 year warrenty.and he will not come out and fix the problem. if he will not fix the problem i want my monet back

To warn other consumers

I am a pastor of a church and we installed a Daikin split system in one of our buildings. We are in our second full year of operation and it has yet to work over a month without something major shorting out or just not working. DO NOT PURCHASE A DAIKIN SYSTEM! WE CAN NEVER GET PARTS! THE WARRANTY IS POOR AND THE SERVICE IS WORSE! Every time something breaks, it has been on average about 3 months to secure the part and get it installed. You are better off doing without than to waste your money on Daikin.

My units don't work

They work and after a few hours stop working. If you just use one it works for a day. Someone is coming on Tuesday and hopefully this will be solved. I hope it doesnt take 2 months for a part. Terrible that no one had fixed it yet. Never had anything fixed this long. So horrible that no one has fixed it yet. You need better service and give these people parts to fix it.

I have had this unit for just over a year, so far, the coils have been changed out, and multiple calls to my service provider because it can't seem to cool during the hot Florida afternoons.

You can call my service provider for a full record of issues. It's a never ending issue with this system

Fan failure the unit may not be operational

Well I did find finally someone who could come take care of the issue but at this point I would not suggest daikon for any homeowner due to the sales person I had or the company that sold me the unit no longer does Repairs or you cant even get them on the phone also they didnt send me the paperwork to show that I even purchased the unit so I had no idea what my warranty was also the AC unit is 10,000 $ Way over priced for a small 1700 square-foot villa that I live in

Dear sir I can raise request so many times you technician visited checked entire unit and gas top up filled again repeatedly same complaint its a manufacturing defect its worst experience in my life to purchase especially daikin ac i want replaced my unit i dont interest always do servicing as possible to as early

One year into the purchase the fan is inoperable so that being said I contact the people that sold it to me they no longer do repair but also they dont answer their phone so I had to contact Daikin consumer or whoever to get that info took me three days to finally get someone phone number that might come out and do a repair but now recognizing that I only ended up with the paperwork for the actual unit I did not get the paperwork on my warranty repair or labor so even though I know my warranty is good till 2033 thats for parts it doesnt say anything about labor and I have no Sales slip to show what I own

Their is no custumer support after so many followups their is no one who can listen replies against complaint after 5-10 days and said that that is not my work they refer the call to another person.

My service complain close without solution

Warranty issue refused to honor warranty for a 1 year old unit based on untimely used part return caused by ocean shipping delays

After 12 years of use a new Daikin Model #RXY096PTJU/Serial #A00040 was needed, invoiced on 11/17/2020 and received on 12/18/20. This unit (manufactured in China) was diagnosed with a faulty compressor and a printed circuit assembly (inverter) on October 28, 2021, less than a year old. A new compressor and board was ordered and paid on December 15, 2021. The unit did not arrive at St. Croix until 1/24/22, and installed on 1/28.2022. The parts were dropped off on 2/3/2022 at the shipper, shipped via sea freight to Miami and then onto New York. The compressor did not arrive via Forward Air until 4/7/2022. Daikin refuses to honor the warranty because the old parts were not returned within the 30 day required by their company rules. Daikin was informed that all delays were beyond our control and provided with all documentation. Daikin has caused a 2 month closing of our restaurant because a new (less than 1 year old) unit broke down. Daikin does not care that their faulty unit caused a business hardest hit by the pandemic loss of income and refused to honor their warranty. We will start legal proceedings against this uncaring company delivering defect merchandise and responded in the most uncaring and disrespectful way possible.
