The Customer Service from DaBella is the worse I have ever dealt with.

Our Salesman, Nick Toole, came and showed us windows and the trim colors for inside and outside. Took forever to get a copy of contract and by the time we got it, was too late to cancel if we wanted to. Had a young man come and measure the windows inside. Said he would get Nick to get in touch with us as the window ledge was wider that what framing they had. Never heard from Nick. Call other Customer Service, never get a return call. We finally got our windows almost 2 months later. Aslide installed and the young men did a awesome job. Except...the window frames inside are not finished as promised and the outside frames are brown and should of been while. Called and no results. I am suppose to get paperwork to turn into our power company so we can get some kind of rebate that DaBella told us about. Talked to a rep last week. She was going to get in touch with the RIGHT people and it will be sent. Guess what. Nothing. I like our windows but I wouldn't recommend DaBella to anyone if asked. One person had called and said she was looking at a picture of the window frame outside the house. Said it looked finished to her. Well It's not. My house is gray with with white trim...now its Gray, White and brown. If you look facing the window...looks ok but on from the side you can see it's not finished. These windows were not cheap. I was told I would have all finished trim and I was lied too..

DeBella sent illegal immigrants, two men said fromexiso, "please don't call ICE". This company only allows first names, no ID that says they work for DeBella. Get their ID before you make a contract.

DaBella sent two men who said they crossed Bidens border and were from Mexico."Please don't call ICE". Felons. Company won't provides business cards and said policy only first names.Mine gave nick names. Get ID b4 signing contract with full name. drivers license.

This turned into a scam. To this day we are passed between Travis and Jamar and never got our money refunded.

To start we ordered a patio door. Of course it did not come in on time, no problem. However they never even called us. So we called them. They told us it would be a couple weeks. That turned into a month. They insisted the appointment needed to be at 12. My wife completely changed her calls for her work to accommodate them. She wanted it after two. They insisted on noon. They showed up at 2:30. I guess they are not great at scheduling either. When they did show up noone had the sense to open boxes and check things out. They did not have any patio door frame just the panels. So they boxed it up and left. They claimed they would call the next Monday to reschedule. Nobody called. We called them a week later. Jasmine said that they had not even ordered the frame yet. We asked for a refund there. She said she would check. We heard nothing as of a week later we left a message for the regional manager and heard nothing again. So we filed with the Better Business Bureau. That got their attention. A week later Travis came out on April 1st. He took our statement and had us fill out paperwork to process our refund. He said no problem you will have a check within two weeks. I said okay as long as I get it by the end of April. He said definitely. Today is May fourth and no check. The approval email came on April 14th. Today is May 4th and no check has been sent. We even agreed to take our complaint back from BBB and removed it from this site. This was requested by Travis. I said if we get our refund. This is a scam company that is not worth the headache. Do yourself the favor and check all the complaints on the BBB. There are pages of them.

Taking money not providing what is in contract

Dabella expects us to pay for siding and instsllation that hasn't been done properly. My heat bill tripled after siding was done. Went without heat for 3 wks due them botching the install. I have wires ripp3d out of boxes mold growth due to water coming in at the bottom of wall. They refuse to redo the work

Update on remodeled shower by DaBella

After I personally visited the business location and talked with a rep, I got answers to the questions I had. Unlike, a phone call to the company, which was not directly connected to the local location. The project took about 5+ months to complete. We are completely satisfied with the remodel.maybe

POOR SIDING, RAINGUTTERS, AND FACIA

Their salesmen contacted me in Dec.2021. Sold us on new James Hardie siding, new rain gutters and new facia around the eves. They represented themselves as "factory trained" installers. They financed the project for me for $52k with $10k down. When they started the project by removing the old siding, they cut my phone line, removed my insulation, and disconnected my back porch light. I had them put up new gable vents, but they gave me less than 1/2 the required opening behind the new vents. The overall work they did was lousy with broken panels, misaligned panels, broken trim, damaged bay and kitchen windows (replacement cost over $5k), tore many shingles causing major leak that damaged 2 interior rooms, they put nails into shingles, left roof flashing protrude out from trim, miss cut several panels, didn't install starter strips... much more could be added. DaBella's response "That is to building code and Mfg requirements." Yet despite my research of Mfg requirements and bldg code says otherwise. This company refuses to take responsibility for the damages they caused and the repair costs are on me. I've a verbal quote so far from the only contractor in my area, that's $72k to replace the siding and no one will repair the damage DaBella caused.

Bad company

I didn't receive what I paid for. No vent pipes put in use the old one.Worker said they delivered wrong ones.Did not install lower vent in roof.Had to make them go up and install after roof was done. The vent flanging with workers I mentioned earlier were not in stalled. Sent back with workers.Call company to let them know. They said that they don't put them in.I said I paid for them.So refund me for labor and the vent flanges. They would not.I have a contract that has vents on it.Very shady company stay away! I learned a lesson if they are knocking on your door for business there is a reason. Thank goodness I only lost few hundred bucks. Lets hope they honor their warranty if needed???My recommendat ion is don't use Debella.

No Reply No answers - waiting for installer???

To whom it may concern, We started this process of a new shower installation on 7/21/22. So far, very little communication with anyone except the main office- I assume. I hear the parts are in and still waiting, now it's been weeks, for the imaginary Installer. WE WANT TO STOP THIS PROCESS! The only real paperwork we've received is from the Finance Co. We have NO info on the Contractor. No CCB#. No Notice of Cancellation, NO Consumer Protection Notice, No Info on a Construction Liens, No Notice of Procedure from the State of Oregon for Arbitration. I have nothing that states we OWE you anything if we back out of this. We gave you a $3000 deposit and would like it all back.

$10,335.00 Out the window

HOW TO SPEND A YEAR WITH DABELLA My first contact with Dabella windows was 11/25/2020. I requested a second bid on three small slider windows. The bid that Dabella representative gave me was a modest and competitive bid, but the install dates were Feb 1st - 15th in Minnesota. I chose the first bid from the other installer, and the windows were installed before Christmas. In the spring of 2022, I needed four more windows in the same building. Three small glider windows like the type used high up in a garage and a large bay window with opening windows on either side (a triple casement window). I found the paperwork from my first attempt to use Dabella. I decided to give the company a second chance to install new windows, as winter would not be a challenge for them. The representative they sent, was a nice young man who put on a great performance and did a wonderful presentation of the Dabella window products. The proposed price he quoted was way out of line with most replacement windows. However, I wanted this young man to make the sale. Then came the delays. First they werent sure they wanted to sell me windows, since I did not have them install the project they quoted in 2020. I had to describe to someone why they lost the 2020 bid and about winters in February on a frozen lake in Minnesota. On 6/10/22, the young salesman returned with an iPad looking contraption on which to sign a contract. The contract needed to be signed and initialed 33 times to cover Dabellas behind. If you wanted to read the small print that you just signed. You needed to go on line and print it out yourself or request a full sized copy by phone, email or snail mail. It also listed a final outrageous pricing of $20,670.00 which included a discount for a Flexible installment. Instead of charging for three windows they charged for 6 pains of glass. I still wanted the young rep. to have a great sale. It took 20 days to get a second measurement. The estimated flexible install date on the 6/10/22 contract is Estimated start date 09/01/2022 In September- no communication no windows and no start date. I called Dabella to inform the company that I did not want the the windows anymore. I needed to get a quote from a local company and get windows in before November. The verbal telephone response was, Well the windows are made already. My response was, Well the windows are not here and I would like my down payment back and I dont want the windows. A man was sent out to my house with a full-size printed copy of the iPad contract to convince me that I had signed a contract and if I sued the company, I would not win. He did not assure me that they were about to perform the service or that the windows were even ready. He gave me the printed copy of the contract and informed me that the young salesman I liked, no longer worked for DaBella. It is now October 5th and no windows. Be aware this story started in May.

Estimate.

WE made an appointment for them to come out and when I spoke to the women who set up the appointment I told her I wanted to just replace some siding on the front of my pool shed. They sent 2 sales people and proceeded to give us a 2 hour presentation. I kept telling them that it was overkill and all I wanted was a price. Still she droned on and on and finally gave us 3 different prices which was more than a brand new shed would have cost. At that point I told them to go but they stayed and kept hounding my wife. The kicker in all of this was when they told my wife "we have to call our manager to see if he can give you a better price" My wife finally told them to leave STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Anji Roofing Contractor Recommendation from ***

Was expecting a roofing contractor estimator. In stead got two high pressure sales persons that must have trained in timeshare sales. $40K+ to redo a 2,000 sqft roof?! Really?! Have never had so much smoke blown up my backside.

DaBella has never responded to our complaints, which had to be sent in letters because they have no email address. Local employees never responded. They said we needed a new roof & we didn't

Total lack of customer care. Absolutely no response to our communications. Worst company we've ever tried to deal with. We finally just gave up! The local salesmen dodged us and would not take phone calls.

Screens on windows.

We had new windows put in our house. Everything was ok. The only thing is this was months ago and when they put screens in our windows two of the screens had holes in them and they are still there. We have called and texted about them and I feel like we are only getting lip service. We can't have our windows open because the flies come in.
